夫目生肤翳者。以腑脏气血虚实不调。加以风邪痰饮。郁于膈上。熏蒸既久。冲发于目。
乃
龙木论云。黑翳如珠外障。此眼初患之时。忽然疼痛难忍。泪出不开。有翳如珠子。在
黑睛上。如大人患者。肝肾俱劳。毒风入眼。如此疾状。不宜针灸触拨。宜服补肾丸。如小
儿患者。即是实热急疳。只宜服羚羊角饮子。
歌曰。黑翳珠排黑水间。医工会者始知难。如神药点翻为极。服药汤丸即得安。不用强
看将手拨。恐因手重出青涎。遇医挑拨并烧炙。要见三光路更难。
冰瑕翳深外障。此眼初患之时。或痒或痛。发歇不定。作时赤涩。泪出眵瞒。致令黑睛
上膜横立似青瑕。多少不定。久后为患。全损眼目。此疾不可挑拨。摩去钩割。切宜服茺蔚
散。除热。人参汤。点退翳清凉散。立效。
歌曰。黑睛横竖点青瑕。似翳沉沉少与多。医者细看如此状。根深入骨莫挑摩。老忧久
后深为患。除热除风药最佳。出入不防须省谨。志心医疗别无他。
因他患后生翳外障。此眼初患之时。或即赤烂。渐生翳膜侵睛。盖是瞳仁。即无所见。
医者细看翳心。若不赤黄。犹见光明。宜令钩割熨烙。后点烂翳散。服细辛散。

逆顺生翳外障。此眼初患之时。皆因五脏虚劳。风热冲于肝膈之间。渐渐生翳。或从上

取雄雀屎细直者。人乳和。熟研敷之。当渐消烂。

用猪胆白皮曝干。合作小绳子。如粗钗股大。火烧作灰。待冷。便以灰点翳上。不过三
五度即瘥。
楮实方（出龙木论一名楮白皮散）治肝热生翳。亦治气翳细点。及生花涩
痛。

度渐消。一方用楮实子研细。蜜汤调下。食后服。亦治小儿翳眼。

以兰香子洗净晒干。每用一粒。以箸点眼 头。闭目即觉药在目内。团圆旋转。药力过
即不转。须臾自随泪出。翳膜在上。如鱼眼然。再易一粒。以病退为度。一方为细末。每

眼睛出现肤翳（覆盖在眼球表面的薄膜状病变），是因为脏腑的气血虚实失调，加上风邪和痰饮停滞，郁结在膈肌上方。经过长时间的熏蒸，最终冲击并发于眼部。
《龙木论》记载：黑翳如珠外障。这种眼病在初发时，突然感到剧烈疼痛难以忍受，流泪且无法睁眼，黑睛上出现像珠子一样的翳膜。如果是成年患者，属于肝肾俱虚，毒风侵入眼睛。对于这种病情，不宜采用针灸或触碰拨动的方法治疗，适宜服用补肾丸。如果是小儿患者，则属于实热急疳，只适宜服用羚羊角饮子。
歌诀说：黑翳珠排布在黑水（瞳孔/瞳仁）之间，医生只有精通此道才知道其难治。如果用神药点眼翻转它极为困难，但服用汤剂或丸药就能使病情安定。不要强行观看或用手指拨动，恐怕因为手重导致流出青色涎液。遇到医生挑拨并烧灼艾灸，想要恢复视力（见到三光）将更加困难。
冰瑕翳深外障。这种眼病在初发时，有时发痒有时疼痛，发作间歇不固定。发作时眼睛红涩，流泪且有眼屎，导致黑睛上横立起一层膜，看起来像青色的玉瑕，大小不定。时间久了会造成危害，完全损害视力。这种疾病不可挑拨、摩擦去除或钩割，切宜服用茺蔚散以清热，配合人参汤，点用退翳清凉散，立见功效。
歌诀说：黑睛上横竖分布着青色的瑕疵，似有翳膜沉沉，多少不一。医生仔细观察如此症状，若根深深入骨切勿挑摩。担心日久以后成为深重隐患，使用除热除风的药物最佳。出入生活须要谨慎小心，专心医疗别无他法。
因其他疾病后生翳外障。这种眼病在初发时，或者立即红肿溃烂，逐渐生出翳膜侵犯黑睛，甚至遮盖瞳仁，此时就看不见了。医生仔细观察翳心，如果不红不黄，尚能看到光明，适宜令医生进行钩割熨烙治疗，之后点用烂翳散，服用细辛散。
歌诀说：眼睛因为其他疾病后，渐渐失去光明。起初觉得微微生出膜，经过一年翳便形成。遍布通睛上变白，日子久了生出赤黄色。
逆顺生翳外障。这种眼病在初发时，都是因为五脏虚劳，风热冲犯肝膈之间，渐渐生出翳膜。有的从上方向下方生长，有的从下方向上方生长，名叫逆顺之障。也适宜钩割熨烙，点用药物去除晕膜，然后适宜服用补劳人参丸、知母饮子，立见功效。
歌诀说：一般的眼眸都有翳，逆顺的情况必须知晓。从上方向下生长为逆，名医见效也迟缓。停歇经过日月，汤药到了又分离（指病情反复）。
方剂
决明散（出自《圣济总录》）治疗眼睛生肤翳，遮蔽覆盖瞳仁。
决明子（微炒） 地骨皮 玄参 黄连（去须） 桔梗（炒） 柴胡（去苗） 茯神（去木各三分） 山栀子仁（半两） 羚羊角屑（一两） 以上粗捣筛过。每次服用五钱，用水一盏半，加入洗净的淡竹叶十片，煎至七分，去渣放温。饭后服用，临睡前再服一次。
坠翳丸（出自《海上方》）治疗眼疾日益加深，以及白翳较大的情况。
人参 川当归（各一钱） 甘菊花（一钱半） 北细辛 北五味子 川芎 旋复花（各二钱） 黄连（二钱半） 荆芥（三钱） 甘草（七钱半） 黄芩 防风 羌活（各三钱） 柴胡（三钱半） 知母（四两） 赤芍药 白蒺藜（炒各半两） 木贼（去节一两） 以上锉成散剂，晒干研为末。不要用火焙干。然后加入以下药料：

During attacks, the eyes are red and dry, with tearing and discharge, causing a membrane to stand horizontally on the black pupil, resembling a blue jade flaw, of varying sizes. Over time, it causes harm, completely damaging vision. This disease must not be picked, rubbed away, hooked, or cut. One must take *Chongwei San* (Leonurus Powder) to clear heat, combined with *Renshen Tang* (Ginseng Decoction), and apply *Tuibi Qingliang San* (Cloud-Dispelling Cooling Powder) for immediate effect.
The verse says: Blue flaws appear horizontally and vertically on the black pupil, with clouds appearing deep, few or many.
