黑灵散
治妇人远年血气刺痛甚者。
穿山甲（半个） 黑豆 鱼皮（半个） 小儿发（半两） 皂荚（不蛀者三捶） 上件
四味。同入瓮瓶子内。用盐泥固济。先用文武火烧。次用大火 之。令赤黄熟。于冷取出。
研细。每服
治血气逆心烦满。
以烧羚羊角。或水羊角末水服方寸匕。
治血气逆。心烦闷。心痛。
用生蒜捣汁服二升。则瘥。

使用四物汤一帖，加入橘皮、香附子、延胡索（各半两）。
顺气木香丸
治疗妇女血气攻冲，引起手足疼痛，冷痹，心腹长期积聚如掐刺般疼痛，口吐冷涎，面目呈现青黄色，发作有时。
黄芫花（一两）、巴豆（七个，用半碗醋浸泡一夜，在锅中煮尽醋后炒至紫色）、延胡索、秦艽、桑蛾（各等分），用酒送下。
治疗妇女心脾疼痛剧烈难以忍受。使用赤芍药、白芍药、枳实、当归，配合手拈散；再加入草果、玄胡索、没药、五灵脂四味药，与甘草等分，用生姜煎煮。另外磨沉香、木香调入服用，效果极佳。
黑灵散
治疗妇女陈旧性血气刺痛严重的情况。
穿山甲（半个）、黑豆、鱼皮（半个）、小儿头发（半两）、皂荚（无蛀虫者三遍捶打），以上药材一同放入瓮瓶子内，用盐泥密封固定。先用文火、武火烘烤，再用大火煅烧至赤黄色熟透，冷却后取出，研成细末。每次服用适量。
治疗血气上逆导致心烦胸闷。
将羚羊角烧成炭，或用水牛角末，用水送服方寸匕。
治疗血气上逆，心烦闷，心痛。
用生大蒜捣取汁液，服用二升，即可痊愈。

Treats stabbing pain in the heart and abdomen of women, accompanied by alternating aversion to cold and fever.
Curcumae Rhizoma (Ezhu), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi). These herbs are divided into equal parts and ground into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with ginger juice and wine for administration.
Modified Siwu Decoction
Treats unfulfilled desire in women, leading to confusion and stifling sensation in the chest and diaphragm, accompanied by stabbing pain.
Use one dose of Siwu Decoction (Four Substances Decoction), add Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu), and Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo) (each 0.5 liang).
Shunqi Muxiang Pill
Treats blood and qi attacking and stabbing, causing pain in the hands and feet, cold bi syndrome, long-standing accumulation in the heart and abdomen feeling like pinching or stabbing, spitting out cold saliva, and a bluish-yellow complexion of the face and eyes, with intermittent attacks.
Genkwa Flos (Huangyuanhua) (1 liang), Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (7 seeds, soaked in half a bowl of vinegar overnight, boiled until the vinegar is exhausted, then stir-fried until purple), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao), Bombyx Batryticatus (Sang'e) (equal parts each). Administer with wine.
Treats severe pain in the heart and spleen of women that is unbearable. Use Red Peony Root (Chishao), White Peony Root (Baishao), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhishi), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), combined with Shounian San. Additionally add Tsaoko Fructus (Caoguo), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yanhusuo), Myrrha (Moyao), and Trogopteri Dung (Wulingzhi) in equal parts with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao). Decoct with ginger. For best effect, grind Agarwood (Chenxiang) and Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (Muxiang) and mix into the medicine before taking.
Heiling San
Treats severe stabbing pain from old blood and qi disorders in women.
Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia) (half scale), Sojae Semen Nigrum (Heidou), Pisces Membrana (Yupi) (half scale), Capilli Pueri (Xiao'erfa) (0.5 liang), Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zaojia) (3 pieces, free from wormholes, beaten three times). Place these ingredients together in an urn bottle, seal firmly with salt mud. First roast with mild and strong fire, then calcine with high fire until red-yellow and ripe. Remove when cool, grind into fine powder. Take appropriate amount per dose.
Treats rebellious blood and qi causing mental restlessness and chest fullness.
Calcined Cornu Saigae Tataricae (Lingyangjiao) or powdered Cornu Bubali (Shuiyangjiao), administered with water using a fangcun bi measure.
Treats rebellious blood and qi, mental restlessness and stifling sensation, and heart pain.
Crush fresh Allii Sativi Bulbus (Suan) to extract juice, take 2 sheng, which will lead to recovery.
Treats rebellious blood and qi, mental restlessness and fullness, and heart pain.
Powdered Calcined Cornu Bubali (Shuiyangjiao), administered with wine using a fangcun bi measure.
Treats rebellious blood and qi attacking the heart causing unbearable pain.
Finely chop Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (Liaogen), soak in wine, and take for recovery.
Treats blood distension and abdominal pain.
Decoct Nelumbinis Nuciferae Folium (Lianye) and Nelumbinis Nuciferae Calyx (Lianfang) with wine and take.
