漆得蟹而成水。中漆毒者。服杉木汤紫苏汤蟹汤俱可解。生漆疮者煎汤洗之立愈。

。得火良。巴豆一钱。锻石拌过。人信一钱。糯米五分炒研。点疣痣黑子。
味甘平。入手足太阴足阳明经。功专除风热。化痰涎。开经络。行血气。治中风失
音。惊痫痰迷。眩晕烦闷。消渴热痢。为去风化实痰之妙品。姜汁助送。则不凝滞。
【芜荑】
味辛、苦。归入足厥阴肝经。功效专于杀虫。配伍诃子（Terminalia chebula）可治疗小儿虚寒性痢疾，加入豆蔻（Cardamomum）效果更佳。配伍槟榔（Areca Seed）能杀灭各种寄生虫。存放陈久、气味带有膻味的品质较好。
【诃子】
味苦、温。归入足少阴肾经。功效专于涩精固气，强壮阴液并辅助阳气。可止遗尿及淋证，消除泄泻与痢疾，收敛阴部汗出，乌黑须发。其药性偏颇，不可轻易使用。又名无食子。
【卫矛】
味苦、寒、酸、涩。归入足厥阴肝经。功效专于破血通经，堕胎、杀虫及祛除邪祟。需经酥炙后使用。又名卫矛。
【巴豆】
味辛、温，有毒。归入足厥阴肝经。功效专于消瘀破积。配伍白芜荑可治疗小儿虫积病；配伍牛膝（Achyranthes Root）、生地黄（Rehmannia Root）可治疗妇女经闭；配伍大麦可治疗产后气血凝滞肿胀及水饮病；配伍柏子仁（Biota Seed）、山茱萸（Cornus Fruit）、枣仁（Ziziphus Seed）可治疗七伤证。血液接触漆后会化为水状。体虚之人及习惯性生大疮者忌服。炒制以烟尽为度，或烧存性使用。半夏为其使药。畏川椒（Sichuan Pepper）、紫苏（Perilla Leaf）、鸡蛋和蟹。漆遇到蟹会变成水状。中漆毒者，服用杉木汤、紫苏汤或蟹汤均可解毒。患生漆疮者，煎汤外洗可立即痊愈。
【杏仁】
味辛。归入手阳明大肠经和足阳明胃经。功效专于荡涤脏腑。配伍杏仁（Apricot Seed）可治疗飞尸鬼疰（一种急性传染病）；配伍乱发灰可治疗舌上出血；配伍白矾（Alumen）可治疗天丝入咽（咽喉部异物感或病变）；配伍雄黄（Realgar）和郁金（Curcuma Root）制成丸剂，含化咽下，名为解毒丸，治疗缠喉急痹（喉部紧急痹阻）。然而此药属于猛烈之剂，不可轻易使用。去油后称为巴豆霜。芫花（Genkwa Flower）为其使药。畏大黄（Rhubarb Root）、黄连（Coptis Rhizome）及凉水。中巴豆毒者可用此法解救，或用黑豆、绿豆均佳。遇火则药效增强。取巴豆一钱，用锻石拌过，加入人信（即硝石，Niter）一钱，糯米五分炒研，点涂于疣痣黑子上。
【贝母】
味甘、平。归入手太阴肺经、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经。功效专于除风热，化痰涎，开通经络，运行血气。治疗中风失音，惊痫痰迷，眩晕烦闷，消渴及热痢。是去除风化实痰的妙品。用姜汁送服，则不致凝滞。
[Wuyi]
Taste: Pungent, Bitter. Meridian Tropism: Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian. Action: Specifically expels parasites. Combination: When combined with Hezi (Terminalia chebula), it treats pediatric cold dysentery; adding Doukou (Cardamomum) is especially effective. When combined with Binglang (Areca Seed), it kills various parasites. The aged material with a musky odor is preferred.
[Hezi]
Taste: Bitter, Warm. Meridian Tropism: Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. Action: Specifically astringes essence and consolidates qi, strengthens yin and assists yang. Stops enuresis and strangury, eliminates diarrhea and dysentery,收敛s阴部 sweating, darkens beard and hair. Its nature is biased and should not be used lightly. Also known as Wushi Zi.
[Weimao]
Taste: Bitter, Cold, Sour, Astringent. Meridian Tropism: Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian. Action: Specifically breaks blood stasis and unblocks menstruation, induces abortion, expels parasites, and dispels evil influences. Use after frying with butter. Also known as Weimao.
[Badou]
Taste: Pungent, Warm, Toxic. Meridian Tropism: Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian. Action: Specifically resolves blood stasis and breaks accumulations. Combination: With Bai Wuyi, treats pediatric ascariasis; with Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) and Sheng Dihuang (Rehmannia Root), treats amenorrhea in women; with Damai (Barley), treats postpartum qi and blood stagnation swelling and water retention; with Baizi Ren (Biota Seed), Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit), and Zaoren (Ziziphus Seed), treats Seven Injuries. Blood exposed to lacquer turns into water. Deficient persons and those prone to large sores should avoid taking it. Stir-fry until smoke disappears, or burn to retain its properties. Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) is the guiding herb. It is incompatible with Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Zisu (Perilla Leaf), eggs, and crab. Lacquer mixed with crab becomes watery. Those poisoned by lacquer can be treated with Shanmu Tang (Fir Wood Decoction), Zisu Tang, or Crab Soup. For lacquer dermatitis, wash with decoction for immediate relief.
[Xingren]
Taste: Pungent. Meridian Tropism: Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian, Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian. Action: Specifically purges the zang-fu organs. Combination: With Xingren (Apricot Seed), treats Feishi Guizhu (acute infectious disease); with Luangfa Hui (Ash of tangled hair), treats bleeding from the tongue; with Baifan (Alumen), treats Tian Si Ru Yan (foreign body sensation/pathology in throat); with Xionghuang (Realgar) and Yujin (Curcuma Root) made into pills, swallowed slowly, named Jiedu Wan (Detoxification Pill), treats Chan Hou Ji Bi (urgent throat obstruction). However, this is a harsh agent and should not be used lightly. De-oiled, it is called Badou Shuang (Croton Frost). Yuanhua (Genkwa Flower) is the guiding herb. It is incompatible with Dahuang (Rhubarb Root), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), and cold water. Those poisoned by Badou can be treated with this method; Black Bean or Green Bean are also good. Fire enhances its efficacy. Take 1 qian of Badou, mixed with Duanshi (Calcined Alum), add 1 qian of Renxin (Niter), stir-fry 5 fen of Nuomi (Glutinous Rice) and grind. Apply to warts, moles, or black spots.
[Beimu]
Taste: Sweet, Neutral. Meridian Tropism: Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian, Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian. Action: Specifically dispels wind-heat, transforms phlegm-saliva, opens meridians, promotes circulation of qi and blood. Treats stroke aphonia, convulsive epilepsy with phlegm confusion, dizziness, irritability, thirst, and heat dysentery. It is an excellent product for resolving wind-induced solid phlegm. Administer with Ginger Juice to prevent stagnation.
