Wash adzuki beans [Vigna angularis] thoroughly with water, fill them completely into the winter melon, place in a sieve, dry by baking, then grind into fine powder. Use rice paste made by boiling water to form pills the size of sophora seeds [Sophorae Semen]. Take 50 pills per dose, delivered with decoction of winter melon seeds [Benincasae Semen], at any time, until urination becomes profuse.
Treats water qi disorder causing limb swelling and fullness, activation of primal qi, generalized high fever, and urinary obstruction.
