推散气促攻中指，夹根掐汗出少府；横纹和气皆腹痛，定吼后溪觅昏沉；水泻兼疟疾，
轻摇 肘调营血；二便不通或泻行，阴阳分按阴□□；膈胸痞满欲消详，八卦营运化痰疾；
久掐 箸大陵穴，能消诸热退目赤；阳池头痛推可止，腹痛寻穴按中渚；喘吼无名夹指根，
劳宫外掐止泻泄。
推拿小儿要诀 心经有热作痴迷，天河推过作洪池；肝经有病患多痹，推展脾土病能除；
脾土有病食不进，推展脾土效必应；肺经受风咳嗽多，手把肺经久按摩；肾经有病小便塞，
推展肾水即救得；大肠有病泄泻多，好把太阳着意摩；命门有病元气亏，脾土太阳八为卦；
三焦生病多寒热，天河六腑神仙诀；膀胱有病作淋 ，肾水八卦运天河；胆经有病口作苦，
只从妙法推脾土；胃经有病寒气攻，凉却肺经能去风；小肠有病早来攻，横纹 门推可通。
掐法 掐惊之法，起自中指甲肉尽处，先掐一下，以引动其血脉，随揉九九数，以调和
其元气，所谓先冲而后补也，此名苍龙摆尾之法。次及小指、食指，再以口咬大拇指，亦向
甲肉尽处一咬一放，轻重得宜，亦九九数，是为龙入虎口法也。再以右手大指望小儿印堂推
至发际，到囱门，共推二十四下，次以两手大指于印堂分摩眉间，至太阳、太阴穴，复至印
堂中掐五下、九下，如 此图。复向发际、囟门、山根、准头、人中、地角各掐一把。此法
通五脏，行气血，壮精神，除风痰，为开关秘诀，百病俱用此法。若泻痢，开关后仍向脐下
揉百遍即止；若惊风暴死，取男左女右中指外一分，重掐一下，见哭出汗方是活症，此探生
死之妙诀也。如欲儿汗，开关后从男左女右风池掐一下，太阳穴揉十余下，其汗自出；多欲
止，从右风池掐一下，即止。或欲儿吐，开关后，用大指中指按见颊车、太阴、太阳穴，先
泻二十四下，各行单双数目， 紧紧拿住，待有哭声时才放，再急将儿大指甲一线之地，外
面重掐即吐，待吐而放，吐多从甲内一线掐一下即止。若欲儿下，开关后用手心在儿KT
尾穴，左转十下，气海穴重揉三下，右转即泻下。凡治诸病，如外感则汗之，内伤则下之，
内外两感
按摩法 按以留之，摩以去之，掐以冲之，揉以和之，运则行之，推则走之，搓则转之
，摇则动之。凡小儿不拘何病，父母抱之，以手掌心贴儿脐下、小腹，往上轻轻托抱之，又
令一人抱其头，左右旋摇各数十，能令五脏冲和，百病消散。其睡时亦以手按小腹，功效如
神。
三关脉诀 虎口脉纹乱，儿童气不和；三关参脉色，百病见沉 ；黄色雷轰□，赤烦人
叫呼；白疳 食积，紫热吓青多；枪刺风痰怪，环珠脾胃魔；外弯风热犯，内曲食寒魔；黑
粒流珠毙，红丝内热过；风痰兼气急，红脉感寒科；黑色命关透，良医无奈何。
看惊歌 五指梢头冷，惊来不可当；若逢中指热，必定是伤寒；中指独自冷，麻痘正相
当；
看耳法 耳后青筋起，主螈 跳跃之状；耳前后微黄，主惊风，入肾切牙；两耳畔青筋
，横过发际，主脐下痛，吊肾气；耳后黑色侵绕者死；耳疮生者，肾经热；耳后红丝现者，

活幼黄金散 治小儿一切惊风、吐泻、腹胀、不思饮食，热极烦躁，二便结涩，诸般杂

天竹黄（炒）五钱 全蝎（去头尾，瓦焙干）五钱 蝉蜕（去头足）三钱 白蒺藜（炒
去刺） 姜黄 防风 甘草 黄芩 郁金 山栀仁（炒）以上各一两 蚕（炒）五钱 牛黄
一钱五分亦可以上十二味，共研为极细末，每服小者一匙，大者加用。如惊风，薄荷汤下；

萝卜子（
上随症所主者多用，其余次之，每服不过三钱，袋盛煮汤，任意渴饮，或加蜜少许。调
理小儿丸 茯苓三两 山楂肉 砂仁 白术 神曲 黄 白芍各一两 用山药二两打糊为
丸。
香橘饼 治小儿伤食腹饱，呕吐作泻，发热口干，饮食不消，胸膈不宽。
山楂四两 神曲六两（炒） 麦芽六两（炒） 陈皮（不用片）四两 砂仁四两 紫浓
朴四两（姜汁炒） 木香四两 三棱四两（醋拌炒） 蓬术四两（醋拌炒） 香附四两 青
皮四两（醋炒） 甘草三两
上为末，炼蜜作饼，一岁一饼，或二岁至五岁二饼，量强弱增减用之。用陈米四十粒煎
汤，空心化下。或病势壮实，用淡姜汤下。忌油腻硬物、鱼腥面食。如小儿泻甚，倍用牡蛎；
如惊跌，倍用朱砂；如咳嗽，倍用玄明粉；腹饱，倍丹青，忌同前。琥珀珍珠散 小儿有五
症，心肝脾肺肾是也。十岁以下为疳，十岁以上为痨，皆因饮食不节，以致吐泻日久，渐成
瘦弱，骨蒸内热，骨瘦如柴，手足俱细，肚大青筋，眼花夜盲，口渴
鼻孔俱红，并皆治之。
滑石二斤（米泔水飞） 赤石脂十二两（米泔水飞） 软石膏六两（ ） 石决明（
白）十二个 海螵蛸（去壳）三两 玄明粉（洁白）二两 青丹二两（米泔水飞） 牡蛎三
个（醋 九次） 箭砂
上为末，雄猪肝用竹刀批开，掺药在内，不落水，不犯铁器，用药五分入内，以线扎好，
米泔水一碗煮熟，空心莲汤服尽为妙。如小儿不吃汤，以碗贮之，饭上蒸熟亦可，或掺粥饭
内吃之亦可。
沙氏紫金锭 蛇含石四两（炭火上，加破铁锅炙红取下，置于青石上七次，视内红出为
度，和水研末极细，水飞过，炼得红者妙） 青礞石一两（入银罐内和硝火 ，飞过）白附
子二两 明天麻二两 天竹黄（嫩者）一两 胆星二两 朱砂二两 麝香五钱
又方
加神曲、山楂，治五岁以上儿，用糯米捣和成饼。
治小儿痞积 急性子 水红花子 大黄 皮硝各一两（拌匀）用白鸭一只（去毛粪，勿
犯水，以布拭净），将药装入内，以线缝之，入砂锅内，用水三碗，重重纸封，煮干将鸭翻
掉，黄色止，冷定。早晨食之，日西时疾软，三日大便下血则痊矣。
又方
观音柳煎汤露一宿，五更空心饮数次，腹中痞自消。
治小儿慢惊 全蝎一个 僵蚕三条 青蒿虫七枚 朱砂 硼砂各一分研细，用人乳和匀
送下。
治小儿急惊搐搦欲死 麝香一分 丁香七粒 胡椒三十五粒为末，用猪板油少许为丸，
入脐中上，用湿草纸三层，以热砖熨纸上自愈。
治小儿惊风吐泻 宜服五苓散，以泻丙火，渗湿土。内有肉桂，能抑肝风而扶脾土。
加减柴苓汤 治小儿疟，和解表里，分理阴阳。
柴胡 半夏 黄芩 茯苓 白术 青皮 当归 知母
以上各等分，暑渴加石膏、麦冬；寒盛加桂枝、干姜；痰盛加前胡、槟榔；食积加草果

加减芍药汤 治小儿赤白痢。
当归 芍药 陈皮 枳壳 黄连 木香 干姜（炒黑）甘草以上各等分如赤痢加红曲、
黄芩；白痢加滑石（炒）、肉桂少许；食积加麦芽、山楂、砂仁；水泻痢加猪苓、泽泻、茯
苓、苍术；血黑加桃仁、红花、山楂；赤白痢加玄胡索。
调中汤 治小儿疟痢齐行。
柴胡 半夏 黄芩 白术 茯苓 枳壳 木香 陈皮 青皮 甘草 草果以上各等分
如渴加石膏、生姜水煎，赤痢加当归、红曲、桃仁，白痢加滑石。
断痢散 治小儿赤白滞下并水泻。车前子（炒香）为末，每服一二钱，米饮下即止。
青六一散 治小儿赤白痢。滑石六钱，甘草一钱，青黛一钱，为末，每服一二钱，温水
下。石莲饮 治小儿噤口痢。石莲肉（炒）、淮山药各等分，为末，每服一钱，米饮下。治
小儿泻痢后脱肛 用槐花末一二钱，陈米汤下。
三仙保命丹 治小儿疳积。
谷精草（研末）八分 蛤蜊壳（研末）三钱二分 石燕（研末）二钱共和一处，每用二
钱，将猪肝二两，用竹刀刳碎，将末药掺在肝上，用酒煮熟，去药吃肝，重者五六服，酒送
下。治虫积 辰砂二钱（明者佳），石决明四钱（须眼多者），二味为末，用一钱入猪肝内，
笋箬包
神效走马牙根腐烂验方 用溺桶中白垢（火 ）一钱，入铜绿三分，麝香一分半，吹之
即愈。
又方
用牡蛎三两（火 红，醋淬七次），冰片二分，共为细末，吹之即愈。
病原论∶夫小儿者，幼科也。初生者曰婴儿，三岁者曰小儿，十岁者曰童子。儿有大小
之不

则面青，肺病则面白，心病则面赤。
治 头方 厕内久浸瓦片，洗净晒露七日夜，不可见雨。研末敷之，中留小孔即愈。
一方 加蒸过馒头荷叶。
又方
紫口蛤蜊壳烧为末，香油敷。

枳壳半个去穣，合上面封之，干则用水湿，开再换，脓完即好。一切硬毒俱治。
又方
蛇壳一片，唾湿贴疮，即出脓愈。
一方 用小麦。
治暑月头上生疖 槿树花敷之。
又方
用鬼馒头白汁点之。
治抱头火，并贴骨火方 芝麻萁烧过存性为末，入银朱少许，醋调敷。
治流浆泡及抱头火、赤游丹并一切热毒川大黄 蚯蚓粪 黄柏 侧柏叶等分并炒，鸡子
清调敷效。
治赤游丹 半岁内因湿生热，初起一二点红，走动遍身，从头手起者，至心死；从足起
者，至肾死。急则将线扎住，用瓷锋从两头刺出血，嚼浮萍敷之；缓则将姜汁、葱汁烧盐煎
汤洗之（汤勿令入眼），再服后药。白芍、陈皮、黄芩各五分，藿香、木通各四分，煎服。
又方
葱白、蜂蜜捣敷云头处。
又方
赤小豆粉醋调敷。
又方
瓦松捣敷。
又方
大黄、巴蕉根捣敷。
又方
用生猪肉贴之。
又方
治一切火毒。用鸡子清调伏龙肝敷。
治蛛丝丹 韭地蚯蚓粪（微炒）研末掺之。如干，用香油调搽。又方，用醋磨铁锈搽之。
治重舌 巴豆半粒，饭粘五粒，研饼如豆大，贴眉心，待四围起泡去之。又歌曰∶小儿

治一切无名肿毒湿烂 大人亦效。蚯蚓粪三两，熟皮硝二两，研末，汲水浓调浓敷。
治肥疮、黄水疮 红枣（烧灰） 枯矾 黄丹 松香各一钱 官粉五分 银珠三分湿则掺
之，干则用香油搽。
一方 用猪爪灰（即猪蹄鞋烧灰）湿则掺上，干则用麻油调掺。
治秃疮并顽癣 桃头七个（长四寸，捣） 乌梅七个 白矾 川椒 胡椒各一钱 香
油二两
又方
黄丹、豆腐渣浓敷之，数日而愈。
又方
腊肉骨烧灰，香油搽。
又方
陈小麦半升，炒时陆续下，硫黄二两为面，每两下蜈蚣三条，再研，先将葱椒洗净，
麻油调敷，三次即愈，剃发再搽三次，永不再发。
治身上痱子痒 冬瓜皮摩之即愈，冬月用藤煎汤洗之。
治疮疥痒 金银花 苦参 荆芥 甘菊 防风各五钱
煎好入皮硝一两洗之。
五福化毒丹 治一切胎毒上攻，口舌生疮，重舌、木舌，马牙鹅口，及遍身疮疖，赤
游惊，
桔梗（去芦皮微炒） 玄参（去芦洗，焙）各六两 白茯苓（去皮）五两 牙硝 人参 青
黛各二
治夜啼 蝉蜕七个，取下半截为末，薄荷汤入酒少许，调下一字。如不信，服上半截则
复啼
治盗汗 胡黄连、柴胡等分为末，炼蜜丸如芡实大，一丸至三丸，用酒化开，加水五分，

治断脐不如法，脐内血出 僵蚕（炒去丝）为末，蜜调敷疮口。
治小儿出尿 乌药为末，米汤下三钱。又方，燕窝草烧灰，水调服。
治大便不通方（幼弱不可下者用之） 蜜三两熬如饴，加牙皂末三钱，捻作挺子三四
条，将一
万亿丸 能治小儿百病（方见普济）。
治嗽方 甜梨一个，切开入蜜于内，面裹煨吃之。
又治久嗽方 南星 半夏 白矾（生） 牙皂 杏仁（去壳研） 巴豆（去壳研）
枣肉丸如梧子，用三五丸，针挑灯上烧存性，茶清下。余儿克大，时年十三，咳嗽发
热，痰
抱龙丸（壮实者宜服） 治伤风发热，痰壅潮搐，瘟疫中暑等症。
胆南星八钱 麝香一钱 天竺黄 雄黄 辰砂各四分 甘草膏（腊雪煎尤佳）为丸，
如皂子大，百日分三次服。
白术散 治吐泻后作渴，将成慢惊者。
人参 白茯苓（去皮） 白术 藿香 干葛 炙甘草 木香等分煎服。若泻痢频数将
成惊，加山药、白扁豆、肉豆蔻（煨）各一钱，用姜一片煎。若慢惊已作，加细辛、天麻
各一钱，白附子八分，全蝎三个。若冬月小儿吐多，胃寒，加丁香二粒。胃虚不能食，大
渴不止，加天花粉；能食而渴者，乃用白虎汤加人参。
肥儿丸 磨癖清热，进食杀虫。

【调中汤】治小儿疟痢齐行。柴胡、半夏、黄芩、白术、茯苓、枳壳、木香、陈皮、青皮、甘草、草果。以上各等分。如渴加石膏、生姜水煎，赤痢加当归、红曲、桃仁，白痢加滑石。

【三仙保命丹】治小儿疳积。谷精草（研末）八分，蛤蜊壳（研末）三钱二分，石燕（研末）二钱。共和一处，每用二钱，将猪肝二两，用竹刀刳碎，将末药掺在肝上，用酒煮熟，去药吃肝，重者五六服，酒送下。
【治虫积】辰砂二钱（明者佳），石决明四钱（须眼多者），二味为末，用一钱入猪肝内，笋箬包……
【神效走马牙根腐烂验方】用溺桶中白垢（火煅）一钱，入铜绿三分，麝香一分半，吹之即愈。又方：用牡蛎三两（火煅红，醋淬七次），冰片二分，共为细末，吹之即愈。
【病原论】夫小儿者，幼科也。初生者曰婴儿，三岁者曰小儿，十岁者曰童子。儿有大小之不……盖望……则面青，肺病则面白，心病则面赤。
【治疖头方】厕内久浸瓦片，洗净晒露七日夜，不可见雨。研末敷之，中留小孔即愈。一方：加蒸过馒头荷叶。又方：紫口蛤蜊壳烧为末，香油敷。又方：枳壳半个去穣，合上面封之，干则用水湿，开再换，脓完即好。一切硬毒俱治。又方：蛇壳一片，唾湿贴疮，即出脓愈。一方：用小麦。
【治抱头火，并贴骨火方】芝麻萁烧过存性为末，入银朱少许，醋调敷。
【治流浆泡及抱头火、赤游丹并一切热毒】川大黄、蚯蚓粪、黄柏、侧柏叶等分并炒，鸡子清调敷效。
【治赤游丹】半岁内因湿生热，初起一二点红，走动遍身，从头手起者，至心死；从足起者，至肾死。急则将线扎住，用瓷锋从两头刺出血，嚼浮萍敷之；缓则将姜汁、葱汁烧盐煎汤洗之（汤勿令入眼），再服后药。白芍、陈皮、黄芩各五分，藿香、木通各四分，煎服。又方：葱白、蜂蜜捣敷云头处。又方：赤小豆粉醋调敷。又方：瓦松捣敷。又方：大黄、巴蕉根捣敷。又方：用生猪肉贴之。又方：治一切火毒。用鸡子清调伏龙肝敷。
【治蛛丝丹】韭地蚯蚓粪（微炒）研末掺之。如干，用香油调搽。又方，用醋磨铁锈搽之。
【治重舌】巴豆半粒，饭粘五粒，研饼如豆大，贴眉心，待四围起泡去之。又歌曰：小儿重舌……
【治口中诸病，不能吮乳及喉肿】黄连、黄柏各八分，辰砂、青黛、雄黄各二分，朴硝一分半。
【治一切无名肿毒湿烂】大人亦效。蚯蚓粪三两，熟皮硝二两，研末，汲水浓调浓敷。
【治肥疮、黄水疮】红枣（烧灰）、枯矾、黄丹、松香各一钱，官粉五分，银珠三分。湿则掺之，干则用香油搽。一方：用猪爪灰（即猪蹄鞋烧灰）湿则掺上，干则用麻油调掺。
【治秃疮并顽癣】桃头七个（长四寸，捣），乌梅七个，白矾、川椒、胡椒各一钱，香油二两。又方：黄丹、豆腐渣浓敷之，数日而愈。又方：腊肉骨烧灰，香油搽。又方：陈小麦半升，炒时陆续下，硫黄二两为面，每两下蜈蚣三条，再研，先将葱椒洗净，麻油调敷，三次即愈，剃发再搽三次，永不再发。
【治疮疥痒】金银花、苦参、荆芥、甘菊、防风各五钱，煎好入皮硝一两洗之。
【五福化毒丹】治一切胎毒上攻，口舌生疮，重舌、木舌，马牙鹅口，及遍身疮疖，赤游惊……桔梗（去芦皮微炒）、玄参（去芦洗，焙）各六两，白茯苓（去皮）五两，牙硝、人参、青黛各二……
【治夜啼】蝉蜕七个，取下半截为末，薄荷汤入酒少许，调下一字。如不信，服上半截则复啼……

【治嗽方】甜梨一个，切开入蜜于内，面裹煨吃之。又治久嗽方：南星、半夏、白矾（生）、牙皂、杏仁（去壳研）、巴豆（去壳研）、枣肉丸如梧子，用三五丸，针挑灯上烧存性，茶清下。余儿克大，时年十三，咳嗽发热，痰……
【抱龙丸（壮实者宜服）】治伤风发热，痰壅潮搐，瘟疫中暑等症。胆南星八钱，麝香一钱，天竺黄、雄黄、辰砂各四分，甘草膏（腊雪煎尤佳）为丸，如皂子大，百日分三次服。
【白术散】治吐泻后作渴，将成慢惊者。人参、白茯苓（去皮）、白术、藿香、干葛、炙甘草、木香等分煎服。若泻痢频数将成惊，加山药、白扁豆、肉豆蔻（煨）各一钱，用姜一片煎。若慢惊已作，加细辛、天麻各一钱，白附子八分，全蝎三个。若冬月小儿吐多，胃寒，加丁香二粒。胃虚不能食，大渴不止，加天花粉；能食而渴者，乃用白虎汤加人参。

[Pinch Method] The method of pinching for fright starts from the junction of the nail and flesh of the middle finger. Pinch once first to stimulate the blood vessels, then rub for 9x9 counts to harmonize Yuan Qi, known as "First Rush then Tonify," named the method of Green Dragon Swinging its Tail. Next involve the little and index fingers, then bite the thumb towards the nail-flesh junction, biting and releasing with appropriate pressure, also for 9x9 counts, this is the method of Dragon Entering Tiger's Mouth. Then use the right thumb to push from Yintang (EX-HN3) to the hairline, reaching the fontanelle, total 24 pushes. Next, use both thumbs to separate-massage between the eyebrows from Yintang, reaching Taiyang and Taiyin acupoints, return to Yintang and pinch 5 or 9 times, as shown in the diagram. Then pinch a handful each at the hairline, fontanelle, Shangen, Zhuntou, Renzhong (GV26), and Dijiao. This method opens the five Zang organs, moves Qi and Blood, strengthens spirit, removes wind-phlegm, and is the secret for opening the orifices, applicable to all diseases. For diarrhea/dysentery, after opening the orifices, rub below the navel 100 times to stop it; for sudden fright coma, take one fen outside the middle finger of the left hand for boys and right hand for girls, pinch heavily; seeing crying and sweating indicates a living condition, this is the subtle secret for probing life and death. To induce sweating, after opening orifices, pinch Fengchi (GB20) on the left for boys and right for girls once, rub Taiyang acupoint over ten times, sweat will naturally appear; to stop excessive sweating, pinch right Fengchi once to stop it. To induce vomiting, after opening orifices, use thumb and middle finger to press Jianjing, Taiyin, and Taiyang acupoints, first drain 24 times, following odd/even numbers, hold tightly, release only when crying occurs, then urgently pinch heavily on the outer side of the line of the big fingernail to induce vomiting; release after vomiting, if too much vomit, pinch once inside the nail line to stop it. To induce defecation, after opening orifices, use palm on the sacrococcygeal point, rotate left 10 times, heavily rub Qihai (CV6) 3 times, rotate right to cause defecation. [Massage Method] An (Press) retains, Mo (Rub) removes, Ka (Pinch) rushes, Rou (Knead) harmonizes, Yun (Rotate) moves, Tui (Push) walks, Cuo (Twist) turns, Yao (Shake) activates. For any pediatric disease, parents hold the child, place palm center below the navel and lower abdomen, gently lift upwards, have another person hold the head, rotate left and right dozens of times each, this can harmonize the five Zang organs and dissipate hundred diseases. Even during sleep, pressing the lower abdomen with hand has god-like efficacy.

[Huo You Huang Jin San] Treats all pediatric wind-fright, vomiting/diarrhea, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, extreme heat irritability, constipation of urine/defecation, and miscellaneous symptoms. Tian Zhu Huang (fried) 5 qian, Quan Xie (remove head/tail, baked on tile) 5 qian, Chan Tui (remove head/legs) 3 qian, Bai Ji Li (fried remove thorns), Jiang Huang, Fang Feng, Gan Cao, Huang Qin, Yu Jin, Shan Zhi Ren (fried) above each 1 liang, Can (fried) 5 qian, Niu Huang 1.5 qian. [Prescription for Treating Various Pediatric Diseases] Shan Zha 4 liang, Chen Pi (remove white) 1 liang, Zhi Shi (fermented fried) 1 liang, Hu Huang Lian (clean) 1 liang, Qing Dai 5 qian, Shi Jun Zi 1 liang, Lu Hui 5 qian, Ren Shen 5 qian, Qing Pi 5 qian, E Zhu 5 qian, Wu Yi, Shen Qu each 6 qian. Grind above into powder, boil Shi Jun Zi shell in water, grind roasted rice into powder, make paste into pills like dragon seeds size, one pill per dose, take with clear rice soup.
[Qi Wei Bao Ying Dan] Lao Hu Mi (mainly clears Stomach), Huang Tu (nourishes Spleen, fried), Ku Zhu Ye (removes heat), Deng Cao (mainly treats night crying), Luo Bo Zi (...).
