雷庭磊落可回天，急宜早早求清地，（汤名，）免得爹娘枉叫冤。未出腰痛甚可怜，腮颧年
寿不须嫌，若在逆部痘先报，牵牛丸方可结缘。初出头面痘形好，遍身如麻不均匀，
若还方法不得诀，连烧十日见阎君。已出头面却如麻，遍身痘色莫须夸，风池两背
若先肿，不遇明医枉费嗟。初出胭脂一片红，只因血滞气难攻，羌活散中加减用，莫
待临时枉用功。初出哭泣哑音声，色如明润可回生，若如紫黑发斑疹，一梦南柯十
一行。痘放标时手足先，脸多脑少背多缠，四肢果然多密地，斯时看法又玄玄。头面
灰白黑兼多，果然周身红活窠，心窝两旁无空地，肾 夹脐黑穿梭。痘标出放在天
庭，胸背稀密不均匀，四肢略分疏地阔，心窝空地二三分。痘疮先放在太阳，面上稀
疏四肢浓，胸膛背脊无空地，九日之内往泉乡。痘标初放在司空，颧骨腮少密离宫，
胸腹四肢大分地，背心上下密重重。方广出标大可嫌，面多胸少背多缠，此痘定然
三四样，医人用药要心专，印堂出痘见形来，太阳方广磊如堆，心窝铺毡无空地，一
交九日己时亡。山根年寿痘形先，面胸稀少背相穿，四肢略有二三十，喉咙尚痛要
清咽。两腮放痘见形来，面少胸背四肢排，婴孩若遇此等痘，不必忧心且放怀。风池
三台一点形，其痘原来蛔出行，呕恶不宁清白粪，急宜用药救回生。三台放痘要先
知，上吐下泻不须疑，喉咙又疼难得过，甘橘汤中仔细推。承浆出痘不须疑，其毒原
来痘必稀，此痘定烧三日外，退凉身静再无穷。
又诀∶
六日七朝见痘疮，满面稠密地无荒，细看阴阳梁上穴，内中略有水珠藏。此乃心
肝肺痘出，心窝略有几数行，二日见标无大害，十一十二防作痒。作痒之中防作泻，

出不祥，二日见标火中出，十一午时枉思量。五六七朝见痘疮，浑身发痘地疏荒，此
乃肝经疮发出，胸心略有似红珊。三日见标连火出，急用疏痘凉地汤，服过之后听
调理，在后不必用他方。六七八日见痘疮，满面红滑水珠样，此乃肝脾出痘疹，二日
见标可推详。胸中空空有数个，逢人一见喜扬扬，细详不可一断论，此痘在后有传
方。九日方来定作痒，作痒之中又作渴，作渴之中又作泻，寒战切牙甚难当。挨过十
三十四日，过此凶日定无妨，七八九朝见痘疮。阴阳两腮甚难当。灰白略带淡红色，
肝肺二经发根详，八九天门见痘疮。坎离二穴平塌样。心肾二经紫黑色，水中发出
火中殃，十一二日定作痒，内攻外剥见阎王。九日十朝见痘疮，黑陷焦枯不上浆，阴
阳二处不起发，肺肾二经不灌浆。胸背稀疏黑数个，日半见标莫思量，十二切牙并
气喘，十四午刻返阴乡。五日六日见痘疮，痘出皮肉一连舟，斑点阴阳不分地，胸肚
紫泡气难当。日半见之真可恶，九日之内往泉乡，三日四朝见痘疮，红斑紫泡地先
胖。（肿也）。眼目阴阳俱无缝，斑点六日一场空，十八九朝见痘疮，浑身收完皮肉红。原
痘不曾先灌顶，邵公一见喜相逢，十二切牙并寒战，十四子午赴泉乡。八日九日见

阴阳天庭略上浆。邵公问医无答者，勉而犹豫始知难，急推土心行八卦，此证诀后
有奇方。药施用当反如掌，危者能生有主张，五日六日见痘疮，头脸肢体灰白光。邵
公至嘱再至嘱，急用良剂保安康，此痘气血相和助，健脾行气正相当。八日九日见
痘疮，阴阳唇口痘红藏，肝肺二经痘淡白，心窝稀少四肢均。三日见标真可羡，十一起顶十二藏。
又诀
痘之热证，汤水饮多，申日必泄，亥日寒战，切牙恶证，死期辰午。申日多归
乙亥。丁丑之期，己卯或灵。辛巳常验，甲申极准，仙数难逃。证值吉凶，从诀可断。
且如凶现，堪断几朝。用意推详，再加且力。究其精奥，仅可称神。谨密仙机，幸毋乱泄。

When heat is surging and the pox are difficult to bear, one should examine the locations and deduce in detail. If the "Li Fang" (auspicious position) shows spots first, there is no need for worry or panic. Initially, if red spots cover the head, apply treatment based on location; if it is indeed a "Bao Dou" (ominous sign) rather than an unfavorable pattern, after seven days the condition will dissipate into emptiness. If initial spots are purple-red, resembling thunderous clarity, heaven can be turned back; urgently seek Qing Di Tang (Clear Earth Decoction) early to spare parents from vain grief. Lower back pain before eruption is pitiable; do not disdain the cheeks, zygomatic bones, and Nianshou area. If eruptions appear first in adverse positions, Qian Niu Wan (Morning Glory Pill) may be used. If head and face eruptions are well-formed but uneven like hemp seeds all over the body, failing to grasp the method leads to death within ten days of burning. If head and face eruptions resemble hemp seeds, do not boast of the body's color; if Fengchi (GB20) and the back swell first, without a wise physician, sighing is futile. Initial eruptions like a patch of rouge indicate blood stasis and qi stagnation; modify Qiang Huo San (Notopterygium Powder) accordingly, lest effort be wasted at the last moment. Crying with hoarse voice suggests potential recovery if color is bright and moist; if purple-black macules appear, it is like a dream ending in death. Eruptions start on hands and feet, abundant on the face, scarce on the brain, dense on the back, and very dense on limbs—this requires profound observation. Gray-white-black dominance on the head and face with red-active pits on the body, empty space around the heart pit, and black streaks near the kidneys and navel indicates severity. Eruptions on Tianting (GV26), uneven chest and back, sparse limbs, and 2-3 fen empty space at the heart pit. Eruptions starting at Taiyang (EX-HN5), sparse on face, dense on limbs, no empty space on chest and spine, leading to death within nine days. Eruptions on Sikong (EX-HN14), dense around cheekbones and cheeks, large divisions on chest/abdomen/limbs, dense on back. Wide-spreading eruptions are concerning; face dense, chest sparse, back dense—this pattern has three or four variations, requiring focused medical application. Spots on Yintang (EX-HN3) appearing, wide Taiyang piles up, heart pit covered like felt with no empty space—death occurs at Ji hour on the ninth day. Spots on Shangen (Yin Tang base) and Nianshou appear first, sparse on face/chest, penetrating back, 20-30 on limbs, sore throat needs clearing. Spots on both cheeks appear, sparse face, arranged on chest/back/limbs—infants with this pattern need not worry. A single spot on Fengchi (GB20) and Santai suggests roundworm involvement; vomiting and discomfort with clear stool require urgent medication. Santai eruptions must be known early; vomiting and diarrhea are certain, sore throat makes survival hard—deduce carefully within Gan Ju Tang (Sweet Orange Decoction). Chengjiang (CV24) eruptions are not suspicious; toxicity implies sparse pox, fever lasts three days, then cooling brings peace.
Another Secret Formula:
On the sixth or seventh day, see pox covering the face densely. Examine Yin-Yang and Liang Shang acupoints; water droplets hidden inside indicate eruptions from Heart, Liver, and Lung meridians. A few rows at the heart pit show no major harm on the second day, but watch for itching on the eleventh and twelfth. During itching, guard against diarrhea; by fifteenth and sixteenth days, peace returns. On the seventh, eighth, or ninth day, see pox covering the face like felt, purple in color. Throat obstruction is taboo; eruptions from Kidney and Liver meridians are inauspicious. Markers appearing on the second day emerge from fire; thinking is vain at Wu hour on the eleventh day. On the fifth, sixth, or seventh day, see pox scattered sparsely. This is Liver meridian eruption, resembling red coral on chest/heart. Markers appearing on the third day emerge with fire; urgently use Shu Dou Liang Di Tang (Disperse Pox Cool Earth Decoction). After taking it, follow regulation; no other formulas needed later. On the sixth, seventh, or eighth day, see pox smooth and red like water droplets. This is Liver-Spleen eruption; markers on the second day allow deduction. Empty spaces in the chest with a few spots bring joy upon seeing them, but do not judge hastily; transmission methods exist later. Itching arrives on the ninth day, followed by thirst, then diarrhea, severe chills and teeth grinding. Surviving the thirteenth and fourteenth days ensures safety. On the seventh, eighth, or ninth day, Yin-Yang cheeks are hard to bear. Gray-white with pale red indicates Liver-Lung root details. On the eighth or ninth day, Tianmen shows Ping Ta (flat) Kan-Li acupoints. Purple-black Heart-Kidney eruptions emerge from water causing fire disaster; itching on eleventh-twelfth days, internal attack and external peeling lead to death. On the ninth or tenth day, black sunken scorched pox fail to fill with pus. Yin-Yang areas do not rise; Lung-Kidney meridians fail to fill. Sparse black spots on chest/back, markers seen halfway through the day—do not calculate. Teeth grinding and asthma on the twelfth day, returning to the underworld at Wu hour on the fourteenth. On the fifth or sixth day, pox skin connects like a boat; Yin-Yang spots indistinguishable, purple blisters on chest/abdomen make breathing hard. Seen halfway through the day, it is detestable; death within nine days. On the third or fourth day, red macules and purple blisters cause swelling first. Eyes Yin-Yang have no seams; spots vanish in six days. On the eighteenth or nineteenth day, whole body finishes healing with red skin. Original pox did not fill tops first; Shao Gong meets with joy. Teeth grinding and chills on the twelfth day, journey to underworld at Zi-Wu hours on the fourteenth. On the eighth or ninth day, dense pox cover the face. Carefully observe Yin-Yang acupoints; Yin-Yang Tianting slightly fills with pus. Shao Gong asks physicians who answer nothing; hesitantly knowing difficulty arises. Urgently push Tu Xin and perform Eight Trigrams; this syndrome has miraculous formulas after the secret rules. Medication application reverses like a palm; critical cases can survive with proper judgment. On the fifth or sixth day, head, face, and limbs are gray-white. Shao Gong urges repeatedly; urgently use good remedies for health. This pox harmonizes Qi and Blood; strengthening Spleen and moving Qi is appropriate. On the eighth or ninth day, Yin-Yang lips hide red pox; Liver-Lung pox are pale white; heart pit sparse, limbs even. Markers on the third day are enviable; tops rise on the tenth, store on the twelfth.
Another Secret Rule:
For pox heat syndrome, excessive drinking of soups/waters leads to diarrhea on Shen day, chills on Hai day, teeth grinding as evil signs, death period at Chen-Wu hours. Shen day often returns to Yi-Hai. Ding-Chou period, Ji-Mao or Ling. Xin-Si often verified, Jia-Shen extremely accurate, immortal numbers cannot escape. Syndrome value auspicious/inauspicious, judged from rules. If ominous appears, how many days can be predicted? Deduce carefully, add strength. Investigate essence, only then called divine. Keep immortal secrets strict, do not leak randomly.
