(There are forty-two acupoints in total on both sides.)
The *Jingmai Pian* (Chapter on Meridians) states: The Spleen is the meridian of Foot-Taiyin. It originates at the tip of the big toe (Yinbai, SP1), follows the medial white skin margin of the toe (Dadu, SP2), passes behind the nuclear bone (Taibai, SP3; Gongsun, SP4), ascends to the anterior edge of the medial malleolus (Shangqiu, SP5), ascends to the medial aspect of the lower leg (Sanyinjiao, SP6), follows along the posterior border of the tibia (Lougou, SP7), emerges anterior to the meridian of Foot-Jueyin (Diji, SP8; Yinlingquan, SP9), ascends to the anterior edge of the medial aspect of the knee and thigh (Xuehai, SP10; Jimen, SP11), enters the abdomen (Chongmen, SP12; Fushhe, SP13; Fujie, SP14; Daheng, SP15), connects with the Spleen and links with the Stomach, ascends through the diaphragm (Fu'ai, GB24; Qimen, LR14; Riyue, GB24; Dabao, SP21; Shidou, SP19; Tianxi, SP20; Xiongxiang, SP20; Zhourong, SP20; Zhongfu, LU1), flanks the pharynx, connects with the root of the tongue, and scatters under the tongue. Its branch separates from the Stomach, ascends through the diaphragm, and pours into the Heart.
It also states: The Luo-connecting vessel of the Foot-Taiyin meridian is named Gongsun (SP4). It is located one cun posterior to the base of the first metatarsal bone, branches off to connect with the Yangming meridian. Its branch enters and links with the intestines and stomach.
The *Jingbie Pian* (Chapter on Extraordinary Vessels) states: The Zheng-meridian of Foot-Taiyin ascends to the thigh, combines with Yangming, travels together with the Luo-connecting vessel, ascends to knot at the pharynx, and penetrates the middle of the tongue. This is referred to as the "Triple Combination."
The *Jingjin Pian* (Chapter on Sinew Meridians) states: The sinew meridian of Foot-Taiyin originates at the medial end of the big toe, ascends to knot at the medial malleolus. Its straight portion links with the medial condyle of the tibia, ascends along the medial thigh, knots at the thigh, gathers at the external genitalia, ascends to the abdomen to knot at the umbilicus, follows the interior of the abdomen, knots at the ribs, and scatters in the chest. Its internal portion attaches to the spine.

Fushhe (SP13): Intersection of Foot-Taiyin, Yinwei, and Foot-Jueyin. This meridian enters the abdomen上下, links the chest, and knots at the Heart and Lungs, ascending from the chest to the shoulder, adjacent to the branches of Taiyin, San-yin, and Yangming. [The *Waitai Mi Yao* lacks the characters "Jueyin". Regarding the following twenty-six characters: The *Zisheng Jing* reads "These three meridians enter the abdomen three times up and down," and "bi" (adjacent) reads "ci" (this). The *Zhenjiu Ju Ying* reads "Enters the abdomen, links Liver and Lungs, knots at Heart and Lungs."]
