攻医转食取盘盘，中脘提搓摩自然，气上加搓通使用，伸提要补又加弹。
便闭支沟气上攻，升阳三里要搓松，搜松皮吸针头住，再使伸提即便通。
太冲气下又弹针，取血昆仑妙理深，前穴无功三里下，三阴交处摄相回。
阑门穴取又盘寻，左取盘盘提出针，海底二分针头用，大敦出血灸如金。
归来七壮右盘旋，取动阴交气下全，照海重加烧七壮，棱针出血效仙传。
上脘七遭左右盘，关元提取右盘端，大敦灸火三五壮，照海之中出血欢。
肺俞先提补刮行，膏肓艾灸百劳迎，膻中喘泻三里下，提刮涌泉补要明。
妇人横产命难存，符药诸般无效门，右脚尖头小指上，艾加三壮灸还魂。
胎衣不下最伤人，合谷全凭三补呈，刮要三来战七次，阴交气下泻相因。
妇人难产命将倾，合谷先当补左迎，气下忙将阴交取，至阴提补二三行。
经事不行月数过，大盘中极摄盘那，搓搓摄下阴交取，再用伸提功效多。
带下赤白相兼行，右盘气海七七迎，左盘中极后提补，三里灸来气上升，提动精宫右盘
七，白环提战数遭平，阴交气下肾俞穴，三次泻提要分明。
小水不通（小便闭塞）的病位在丹田，操作大盘穴时利用旋转手法，先上提阴交穴，再下按，提动的时间点类似于涌泉穴的操作。
若因攻伐药物导致食欲减退或脾胃受损，取中脘穴，通过提搓摩的手法使气机自然恢复；若气机上逆，则使用搓法疏通，伸展并提针以补益，再加弹针法。
大便闭结取支沟穴，配合气机上攻的情况，需对足三里进行搓松处理，搜刮皮肤后吸气定住针头，再施行伸提手法即可通便。
太冲穴气机下行后再弹针，取昆仑穴放血蕴含深奥医理，若前穴无效，则转取足三里，在三阴交处摄持针具回转。
取阑门穴并运用盘法寻气，向左旋转盘针后提出针具，在海底穴（会阴）二分处进针，大敦穴出血或艾灸如金般有效。
归来穴灸七壮并向右盘旋，取动阴交穴使气机下行完全，照海穴加重施烧七壮，棱针刺破出血疗效如仙方传授。
上脘穴左右盘旋七次，关元穴提取时向右盘端操作，大敦穴灸火三至五壮，照海穴出血效果欢畅显著。

Obstruction of small water (urinary retention) is located in the Dantian. When manipulating the Panmen point, utilize rotational techniques. First lift the Yinjiao point, then press down; the timing of lifting resembles that of Yongquan.
If appetite is impaired due to harsh medical treatments, select Zhongwan. Use lifting, rubbing, and massaging techniques to naturally restore Qi. If Qi rebels upward, use rubbing to unblock; extend and lift the needle for tonification, adding flicking.
For constipation, select Zhi-gou. In cases of ascending Qi attack, loosen Sanli by rubbing. Search and loosen the skin, hold the needle head while inhaling, then employ extension and lifting to achieve immediate passage.
At Taichong, after Qi descends, flick the needle. Taking blood from Kunlun holds profound principles. If previous points fail, descend to Sanli, and at Sanyinjiao, grasp and return the needle.
Select Lanmen and seek Qi with the Pan method. Rotate left, extract the needle. At Haidi (2 cun), insert the needle head. Bleeding or moxibustion at Dadun is as effective as gold.
Apply seven moxa cones to Guilai, rotating right. Activate Yinjiao to fully descend Qi. Add heavy burning of seven cones to Zhaohai; pricking blood yields effects passed down like immortal prescriptions.
Rotate Shangwan left and right seven times. Extract Guanyuan towards the right Pan end. Apply three to five moxa cones to Dadun; bleeding from Zhaohai brings joyful efficacy.
First lift and tonify-blade-sweep Feishu. Moxa-burn Gaohuang, welcome Bai-lao. For dyspnea and diarrhea at Danzhong, descend Sanli; clearly understand lifting, sweeping, and tonifying Yongquan.
In cases of transverse presentation where life is at risk, and talismans/medicines fail, apply three moxa cones to the tip of the right little toe to revive the soul.
Retained placenta is most harmful. He-gu relies entirely on three-tonification methods. Rub three times, tremble seven times; Yinjiao descending Qi follows the principle of draining.
In difficult labor where life hangs in the balance, first tonify the left He-gu to welcome Qi. When Qi descends, urgently take Yinjiao; lift and tonify Zhiyin two to three times.
When menstruation is absent for months, use the large Pan method to grasp at Zhongji. Rub and grasp downward to take Yinjiao; further employing extension and lifting yields great efficacy.
For leukorrhea with mixed red and white discharge, welcome Qi with the right Pan at Qihai seventy-seven times. After tonifying and lifting the left Pan at Zhongji, moxa Sanli to raise Qi. Lift Jinggong with the right Pan seven times; flatten Baohuan by trembling several times. Descend Qi at Yinjiao and Kidney Shu; three drainings and liftings must be clear.
Needle Xinshu first, lift and sweep to unblock. Drain Laogong within seven lifts. Urgently add descending Qi to Sanli; rely on bleeding at Yongquan for merit.
Zhongji: first Pan, left first encounter. Add lifting, then tonify, right Pan high. Drain Pan at Qihai and Yinjiao below; drain and lift Shenshu, tonify Gulaobone.
