虫牙作痛方用明雄黄末二两 麻油四两 调匀含口片时吐出再嗽数次即愈。有人虫牙痛不可忍饮食不进百治不验。用此断根屡试神验，治虫牙第一仙方也。再用五倍子煎浓汁含嗽数次其虫立死更妙。
392.走马牙疳：牙根腐烂名走马牙疳。凡大人热病后，小儿痘疹后火毒流于胃经致有此患，势甚危急。甚则落牙穿腮透鼻，二三日即能致命。故有走马之名言其骤也。此症有五不治。不食烂舌根不治，黑腐如筋者不治，白色肉浮者为胃烂不治，牙落穿腮鼻臭不堪闻者不治，山根上发红点者不治。如是危险命在须臾。急用生大黄三钱丁香十粒 绿豆二钱共研末热醋调敷两足心最为神效。
金鞭散：绿矾五两煅赤透 人中白煅三两 明雄黄二两 真当门子一钱 冰片一钱 先将银针挑破捻去毒血然后将药敷之吐出毒血恶涎方能愈也。
赤霜散专治走马牙疳用红枣一枚去核入红砒一粒如黄豆大。杂好入瓦上灰火炙至枣枯烟尽为度。取出碗盖住候冷加顶上冰片一分研末。将患处洗净吹入速效如神。久烂之孔生肌亦速此方较前方简便而极效验乃林屋山人秘传也。
人中白散治男妇大小走马牙疳并咽疼腐烂红赤舌肿龈臭脓血牙床溃腐等症极效方用。人中白 儿茶 青黛 硼砂各一钱 薄荷 元明粉 马屁勃各五分 冰片二分共研细末放舌上无渣为度。掺之如病重加牛黄三分珍珠五分其效更速。喉症用笔管吹入。日三夜二次甚妙。较以上二方更为效验。
393.青腿牙疳：牙痛腿肿名青腿牙疳此症两腿形如云片或红或青大小不一，痛而肿硬，步履艰难其毒上攻以致牙根腐烂甚至穿腮破唇，虽高声说话亦痛。牙内用人中白散治之。腿上用清凉膏即芙蓉叶调蜜敷之。内服六味地黄汤去山萸加茅根服十剂。
有人患青腿牙疳痛苦八年不愈。一乞食道人用艾火在耳门边肉尖上 蒜片隔住连烧五下。立时全愈神妙非常。左痛烧右。右痛烧左。或两耳俱烧无不奇效。
394.骨槽风：牙腮疼痛初起不红不肿久则溃烂或有骨出此名骨槽风，乃阴疽也。最忌寒凉宜用二陈加阳和丸煎服。犀黄丸。每日轮服内用推车散收功用保元汤加川乌煎服。屡试如神。此经验神妙方也。
395.齿痈：牙根胬肉渐长此名齿痈症用生地汁 皂角煎汁搽之。或用朴消末敷之亦消。
396.髓溢：齿长数寸名曰髓溢方：真白术为末 人乳拌蒸服之即愈。此孙真人千金方也。
397.软牙疮：软牙疮此症小儿多生用生蚬四个。撬开取肉先将壳烧枯和蚬肉捣烂敷之甚效。
399.下骸脱落：此症起于肺肾虚损，元神不足或谈定高兴忘倦一时元气不能接续所致。须平身正坐令人以两手托住下骸两脑后后送上关窍随用布条兜住务须避风至要。若受风邪则痰涎上壅口眼歪邪则难治矣。外用天南星研末姜汁调搽两腮颊一夜即上次日再用党参 白术 茯苓半夏 各五钱 当归二钱 僵蚕二钱 天麻 陈皮各一钱 川芎八分 甘草三分 附子六分 灯心十四条 生姜三片 水煎服。
又方用白术一两 防风五钱 水煎服半刻即上其效更速。
400.颈硬：颈项直硬不能转侧此肝肾两脏受风故也。方用木瓜 没药 乳香 生地 黑豆煎服。
401.鼻渊：苍耳散治鼻流涕不止名曰鼻渊方用辛夷仁半两 炒苍耳子二钱半 香白芷一两 薄荷五分共为末每服二钱用葱茶下食后调服。
402.防疫：避瘟杀鬼丸方用炙虎头骨五两 朱砂半两研 鬼臼一两 雄黄半两研 皂荚炙一两 雌黄研半两 芜荑一两 右七味筛末以蜡蜜和丸。大绛囊盛系肩。男左女右家置屋四角，朔望夜半中庭烧一丸。忌生血物。
外台治瘟方：瘟疫转相染著至灭门延及外人无收视者方用。赤小豆 鬼箭羽 鬼臼 雄黄 丹砂各二两 右五味捣末蜜丸如小豆大。服一丸可与病人同寐。
403.斑症：人有一时身热即便身冷而满体生斑如疹者，乃火从外泄而不得尽泄于皮肤故郁而生斑。人尽以为热也。用寒凉泻火之药不效者。有斑不得消而死者，亦可伤也 。用元参 麦冬各一斤 白芥子 沙参各三钱 升麻二钱 白芷一钱 丹皮五钱 水煎服。一剂斑势减。二剂斑散 三剂斑影尽消矣。此方妙在元麦以消斑，亦妙升麻多用引元麦入皮肤奏功。
404.冻疮：冻疮船夫、脚夫、农夫多有是疾。兹选良方数则列左。方用橄榄核烧存性研末加轻粉少许，香油调搽神效。马粪煮洗亦效。
秘方用蚶子壳煅研极细以麻油调搽湿则干掺数日痊愈。
伏暑时处暑后捣大蒜为泥敷上年生过冻疮之处连敷数日则肉上起泡破皮。虽极寒不得再生。此方传船夫、脚夫预防未病亦功德也。
405.大麻风：大麻风者身上必麻木之处针之不痛。然后发见与外。若不麻木则非麻风。身虽麻木数月即发见与外虽重易治。若年久病深坏形变貌鼻塌肉崩，手指脱落、足底穿烂则难治矣。江西萧晓亭先生著有麻风全书亦可参看。兹将曾克广五服方。得自良医已经验过多人医治疯癞恶疾活人甚众。屡试屡验真神妙方也。
初服方：羌活 苍术 防风 荆芥 银柴 元参 赤芍 黄芩 白藓皮 枳壳 银花 甘草水煎服四剂。
次服方：羌活 细辛 白芷 生地 防风 知母 黄芩 川芎 甘草 水煎服 二剂。
三服方：大黄 朴硝 银花 桃仁 枳壳 元参 黄连 黄柏 黄芩水煎服三剂。
四服方：荆芥 防风 川乌童便浸米泔煮 白附子姜汁蒸 天麻 僵蚕姜汁蒸 蒺藜水提过炒去刺 独活 元参 大麻仁洗去土炒 苦参 赤芍 黄柏 银花 甘草 枳壳 大枫子水煎服。十剂以上依次空心服俱不加引。
五服丸：元参 枳壳 白芷各二两 赤芍 银花各一两 大麻仁 蒺藜 大枫子各一斤 独活二钱 制川乌一个 北防风十两 以上共研细末。蕲蛇十二两去头尾用热酒浸三日 秋冬浸六日，浸发松后去骨蒸熟焙干研末和前药蜜为丸每日早午晚三次各服四钱茶送下。
皂刺散：一人得麻风恶疾双目风盲，眉发俱落。鼻梁倒塌。遇一异人传方用皂角刺三斤烧枯蒸一时久晒干为末。每日饭后服二钱 大黄煎浓汤调下。半月后眉发再生。目明肌润。
秘传漆黄蟾酥丹：鲜螃蟹四个 真生漆一斤 真蟾酥 明雄黄各二两 先将磁罈装蟹次入漆封口埋在土中十四日足。方取开看二物俱化成水去渣净。将水入锅漫漫火煮焙干为细末。方入雄黄 蟾酥二味末搅匀，磁罐收之。每日空心临卧各一服好酒送下二钱。不过一月其疮全愈除根。妙不可言。治大麻风如手取之之妙。况所费不多末轻忽修合。亦勿妄传匪人密之珍之。
大麻风.白花蛇丸：白花蛇一条 乌梢蛇一条 并去头尾生用 防风 蝉蜕去泥土 生地 川芎 苦参 枸杞 槐花 银花以上各二两 白蒺藜 全蝎醋浸一日去盐味 北细辛 蔓荆子 威灵仙 何首乌 胡麻仁 金毛狗脊 川牛膝 乌药 天花粉 川连 黄芩 栀子 黄柏 连翘 牛蒡子以上各一两 炒漏芦半斤去苗洗净四两 荆芥穗半两 上头面者加白芷一两 肌肤溃烂者加大皂角一两 共研末米糊为丸。桐子大。每服五六十丸茶送下。午后临卧各一服。
疠风方：镇江丁参领得此秘传治之全愈。又以医治多人多人无不取效如神。但患此症者眉毛若尽脱落其症难治。若眉毛未脱虽手足节骨有塌损者，皆可取效。若初起未深之症百试百效也。先汤药四剂。每日一剂。服完再服丸药，每丸一钱加枫子膏。春秋八厘 夏六厘。冬一分。
汤药方在；陈皮 白芷 苦参 天麻 秦艽 川续断 防风 荆芥 羌活 风藤 苡米 牛膝 当归 海桐皮 苍术 木香 桂枝 连翘 甘草 各三钱 黑枣二枚。水二碗煎至一碗服。渣再煎二次服。
丸药方：大胡麻 小胡麻 白蒺藜各一斤四两 苦参一斤 防风 荆芥各八两 当归 苍术 续断 牛膝各四两 共研细末水叠为丸。每日早午晚三服。每服三钱或二钱照数加枫子膏。橪圆搅以细茶送服。
枫子膏：大枫子去壳取仁铜锅内炒至三分红色 七分黑色为恰好。大过无力，不及伤眼。炒后研成细膏如红砂糖一样。用铜锅水加适宜，火上熬至六滚倒在纸上放地上面以物盖之听用。
406.肠痈：肠痈有生于肠内者，腹内胀急大小便牵痛如淋转侧摇之如水声。溃后则脓从大便出。有生于肠外者，肚脐肿痛作胀或一足湾曲口有臭气或脓自脐出。甚则肠穿有虫自脐中出，势难为计。初起宜用牡丹皮散以消之，溃烂则用参芪内托之剂。或多服六一散至神至稳之方也。牡丹皮散：丹皮五钱 苡米一两 瓜蒌仁二钱 桃仁二十粒 水煎服。千金方也。或单用皂角刺八钱酒水煎服，脓血从大小便出而愈此单方也。
407.疳蚀：遍身肢节生疮此名疳蚀。因风寒所博气血凝滞故也。方用蚕网一个入矾五分 每矾一两另加陀僧五钱 白芷一钱 研末用蜜调敷即愈。
408.疔疮：疔疮不一辨别颇难以生黄豆令病人嚼之，如无豆腥之味即是疔疮。先以红芽大戟嚼融敷之立刻止痛。内服地丁饮：紫花地丁一两 白矾 甘草各三钱 银花三两煎服。各疔俱效。有人生红疔已走至乳旁服之立愈真神方也。
头面诸疔救唇汤：紫花地丁 金银花 各一两 白果二十粒 桔梗 甘草 知母各三钱水煎服。至重三剂必愈。此方治头面口角疔毒俱效唇疔更妙。
有人唇口生疔七个头肿如斗心闷神昏，百药不效。后有人云名七星赶月疔。用蛔虫捣烂敷之。顷刻疮口流出黄水肿消神清。次日痊愈。更有生蚬肉捣融敷即消。雄鸡冠血点上均效。活大蛤蟆肝贴之立消。对口疔似亦可治。
拔疔根方。疔毒重者好而复发，此疔根未出故也。急用蓖麻子三粒 乳香一分共捣烂用饭和饼贴之。少时疔根自出。
409.杨梅疮：霉疮最毒治不得法多数缠绵不救。今得至稳至灵治杨梅疮第一妙方。忌醋、青椒及一切发物半年。方用：红枣丸以红枣三斤以杉木作柴煮之煮熟剥皮去核，多取烧过杉木枯炭磨细末和枣肉捣匀为丸如弹子大。每日任意服之。不可间断。虽疮毒满身，结毒穿顶，穿鼻溃烂不已，多年不愈者，服之大有奇效。愈后再服两月断根。按红枣能解丹石之毒。杉木专祛湿热之功。是以奏功如反掌也。
外用洗药方：生甘草 金银花 苍术 白芷 藿香 槐花各二钱 煎水洗之。
又汤药方用土茯苓一两 木通 白藓皮 防风各一钱 宣木瓜 苡米仁 金银花各二钱 皂角子四分 水煎服。每日服一剂。以愈为度。忌醋、椒、茶及一切发物半年。屡试如神。
又方：大黄一两 炒穿山甲 川厚朴 白芷 大枫子仁 花椒 甘草各三钱水煎兑酒服毒气从大便出。七日痊愈。戒忌与上同。
410.鱼脐疮：窄而长肿而黑者是名鱼脐疮。此因风毒蕴结或气血凝滞或误食人汗所致。方用腊猪头骨烧枯研末 生鸡蛋白调搽数日即愈。
411.蜘蛛疮：形如蛛网痒不可忍。用豆腐皮烧枯存性香油调搽。
412.蚯蚓毒：蚯蚓毒症似麻风令病人站在风炉旁脸绿者是也。用盐汤洗。内服淡盐水一碗极效。
413.蚂蚁毒：形如珠颗成片成串或红或白破则流水好而复发。用穿山甲瓦上焙枯研末香油调敷。虽多年不愈无不神效。
414.葡萄毒 ：一小儿年六岁额上忽起一颗紫色形如葡萄。顷刻周身皆有。一医云此葡萄疔毒。一见鼻血即死。因小儿饮食言笑如故。病家不信至夜半忽鼻中血如涌泉而死。其疮发无定处。总系热毒内蕴。法宜解毒凉血汤。外用吴萸热醋引热下行至妙或用水银擦之自落。
415.瓜藤疮：一身十余个牵连是名瓜藤疮。方用尖尾芋 茄子叶 五月艾 葱姜共捣烂醋煮敷擦。
416.天泡疮：形如水泡者是名天泡疮。方用莲蓬烧枯 井底泥调敷神效或用荷花瓣贴之。
417.黄水疮：黄水疮初如粟米痒而兼痛，破流黄水浸淫成片流处即生。由脾胃湿热外受风邪相搏而成。发于心下者若不早治难治。宜用青蛤散，方用蛤粉煅一两 青黛三钱 熟石膏二两 轻粉 黄柏各五钱 共研末。先用香油调成块，次用凉水调稀涂之神效。并治鼻中生虫。
418.热疮：热疮其色红而作痛者是。用男子尿桶中白霜敷上立刻清凉止痛。
419.漆疮：杉木屑煎水洗。用活螃蟹黄 滑石和蜜调敷甚效。此秘方也。或用白羊乳搽之。内服大黄三钱 枳壳二钱 芒硝一钱水煎服，以泄为度。或用橄榄叶煎水洗立刻消愈。白果树叶亦效。
420.癣疮：癣疮单方用荔枝核磨醋将癣抓破搽之，虽痛不妨。用珠兰花叶时时擦之，半月断根。又方青矾炒研加猪腿汁和融再炒再研老姜切片蘸药擦之大痛即愈。小儿生癣用青黛 黄柏 枯矾 雄黄 百药煎 硫磺 研末香油调搽，名换形散。

392. 走马牙疳：牙根腐烂称为走马牙疳。凡是成人热病后，或小儿痘疹后，火毒流注于胃经导致有此病患，病情非常危急。严重时会导致牙齿脱落、脸颊穿孔、鼻子穿通，两三天内就能致命。所以有“走马”之名，形容其发展迅速。此症有五种情况属于不治之症：不能进食且舌根腐烂的不治；黑色腐烂如筋状的不治；白色肉浮起的是胃烂，不治；牙齿脱落、脸颊穿孔、鼻臭不堪闻的不治；山根（鼻梁根部）上发红点的不治。像这样危险，命在旦夕。急用生大黄三钱、丁香十粒、绿豆二钱，共研为末，用热醋调敷在两足心，最为神效。
金鞭散：绿矾五两煅至通红透彻，人中白煅制三两，明雄黄二两，真当门子（麝香）一钱，冰片一钱。先用银针挑破患处，捻去毒血，然后将药粉敷上，吐出毒血和恶涎才能痊愈。
赤霜散专治走马牙疳，用红枣一枚，去核，放入一粒红砒，大小如黄豆。混合好放在瓦上，用灰火炙烤直到枣干枯、烟尽为止。取出后用碗盖住，待冷却后加入顶上冰片一分，研为细末。将患处洗净，吹入药粉，速效如神。对于久烂的孔洞，生肌愈合也很快。此方比前一方简便且极有效验，是林屋山人秘传的方子。
人中白散治疗男女老少走马牙疳，以及咽痛腐烂、红肿、舌肿、牙龈臭脓血、牙床溃腐等症，极有效。方用人中白、儿茶、青黛、硼砂各一钱，薄荷、元明粉、马屁勃各五分，冰片二分，共研细末，放在舌上，以无渣滓为度。掺药后如果病重，加牛黄三分、珍珠五分，疗效更快。喉症用笔管吹入。每天三次，夜间两次，非常奇妙。比以上两个方子更为有效。
393. 青腿牙疳：牙痛伴腿肿称为青腿牙疳。此症双腿形状如云片，或红或青，大小不一，疼痛且肿硬，行走艰难。其毒气上攻导致牙根腐烂，甚至穿腮破唇，即使高声说话也会疼痛。牙部用中人白散治疗。腿部用清凉膏，即芙蓉叶调蜂蜜敷贴。内服六味地黄汤，去掉山茱萸，加入茅根，服用十剂。
有人患青腿牙疳痛苦八年不愈。一位乞食道人用艾火在耳门边的肉尖上，隔蒜片连烧五次。立刻全愈，神妙非凡。左痛烧右，右痛烧左，或者双耳都烧，无不奇效。
牙根肿痛用银针刺破出血。内服龙胆泻肝汤痊愈。这是我亲自验证过的。
394. 骨槽风：牙腮疼痛，初起时不红不肿，久了则溃烂或有骨头露出，此名骨槽风，属于阴疽。最忌寒凉药物，宜用二陈汤加阳和丸煎服。犀黄丸。每日轮流服用。内服推车散收功，用保元汤加川乌煎服。屡试如神。这是经验神妙的方子。
395. 齿痈：牙根赘肉逐渐生长，此名齿痈症。用地黄汁、皂角煎汁搽涂。或用朴消末敷贴也能消退。
396. 髓溢：牙齿长出数寸长，名叫髓溢。方子：真白术为末，用人乳拌蒸后服用，即可痊愈。这是孙真人《千金方》中的方子。
397. 软牙疮：软牙疮此症多见于小儿。用生蚬四个，撬开取肉，先将壳烧枯，与蚬肉捣烂敷贴，甚效。
398. 羊须疮：羊须疮方子用旧棉絮胎烧成灰，用麻油调搽，立刻痊愈。

大麻风·白花蛇丸：白花蛇一条，乌梢蛇一条，并去头尾生用，防风、蝉蜕（去泥土）、生地、川芎、苦参、枸杞、槐花、银花以上各二两，白蒺藜、全蝎（醋浸一日去盐味）、北细辛、蔓荆子、威灵仙、何首乌、胡麻仁、金毛狗脊、川牛膝、乌药、天花粉、川连、黄芩、栀子、黄柏、连翘、牛蒡子以上各一两，炒漏芦半斤去苗洗净四两，荆芥穗半两。上头面者加白芷一两，肌肤溃烂者加大皂角一两。共研末，米糊为丸。桐子大。每服五六十丸，茶送下。午后临卧各一服。
疠风方：镇江丁参领得此秘传，治之全愈。又以医治多人，多人无不取效如神。但患此症者眉毛若尽脱落，其症难治。若眉毛未脱，虽手足节骨有塌损者，皆可取效。若初起未深之症，百试百效也。先汤药四剂，每日一剂。服完再服丸药，每丸一钱加枫子膏。春秋八厘，夏六厘，冬一分。
汤药方在：陈皮、白芷、苦参、天麻、秦艽、川续断、防风、荆芥、羌活、风藤、苡米、牛膝、当归、海桐皮、苍术、木香、桂枝、连翘、甘草各三钱，黑枣二枚。水二碗煎至一碗服。渣再煎二次服。
丸药方：大胡麻、小胡麻、白蒺藜各一斤四两，苦参一斤，防风、荆芥各八两，当归、苍术、续断、牛膝各四两。共研细末，水叠为丸。每日早午晚三服。每服三钱或二钱，照数加枫子膏。橪圆搅以细茶送服。
枫子膏：大枫子去壳取仁，铜锅内炒至三分红色、七分黑色为恰好。过大无力，不及伤眼。炒后研成细膏如红砂糖一样。用铜锅水加适宜，火上熬至六滚倒在纸上放地上面以物盖之听用。
406. 肠痈：肠痈有生于肠内者，腹内胀急，大小便牵痛如淋，转侧摇之如水声。溃后则脓从大便出。有生于肠外者，肚脐肿痛作胀，或一足湾曲，口有臭气，或脓自脐出。甚则肠穿有虫自脐中出，势难为计。初起宜用牡丹皮散以消之，溃烂则用参芪内托之剂。或多服六一散，至神至稳之方也。牡丹皮散：丹皮五钱，苡米一两，瓜蒌仁二钱，桃仁二十粒，水煎服。千金方也。或单用皂角刺八钱酒水煎服，脓血从大小便出而愈，此单方也。
407. 疳蚀：遍身肢节生疮，此名疳蚀。因风寒所搏，气血凝滞故也。方用蚕网一个，入矾五分，每矾一两另加陀僧五钱，白芷一钱，研末用蜜调敷即愈。
408. 疔疮：疔疮不一，辨别颇难，以生黄豆令病人嚼之，如无豆腥之味即是疔疮。先以红芽大戟嚼融敷之，立刻止痛。内服地丁饮：紫花地丁一两，白矾、甘草各三钱，银花三两，煎服。各疔俱效。有人生红疔已走至乳旁，服之立愈，真神方也。
头面诸疔救唇汤：紫花地丁、金银花各一两，白果二十粒，桔梗、甘草、知母各三钱，水煎服。至重三剂必愈。此方治头面口角疔毒俱效，唇疔更妙。
有人唇口生疔七个，头肿如斗，心闷神昏，百药不效。后有人云名七星赶月疔。用蛔虫捣烂敷之。顷刻疮口流出黄水肿消神清。次日痊愈。更有生蚬肉捣融敷即消，雄鸡冠血点上均效，活大蛤蟆肝贴之立消。对口疔似亦可治。
拔疔根方。疔毒重者好而复发，此疔根未出故也。急用蓖麻子三粒、乳香一分，共捣烂用饭和饼贴之。少时疔根自出。
409. 杨梅疮：霉疮最毒，治不得法多数缠绵不救。今得至稳至灵治杨梅疮第一妙方。忌醋、青椒及一切发物半年。方用：红枣丸以红枣三斤以杉木作柴煮之煮熟剥皮去核，多取烧过杉木枯炭磨细末和枣肉捣匀为丸如弹子大。每日任意服之。不可间断。虽疮毒满身，结毒穿顶，穿鼻溃烂不已，多年不愈者，服之大有奇效。愈后再服两月断根。按红枣能解丹石之毒。杉木专祛湿热之功。是以奏功如反掌也。
外用洗药方：生甘草、金银花、苍术、白芷、藿香、槐花各二钱，煎水洗之。
又汤药方用土茯苓一两，木通、白鲜皮、防风各一钱，宣木瓜、苡米仁、金银花各二钱，皂角子四分，水煎服。每日服一剂。以愈为度。忌醋、椒、茶及一切发物半年。屡试如神。
又方：大黄一两，炒穿山甲、川厚朴、白芷、大枫子仁、花椒、甘草各三钱，水煎兑酒服，毒气从大便出。七日痊愈。戒忌与上同。
410. 鱼脐疮：窄而长，肿而黑者是名鱼脐疮。此因风毒蕴结或气血凝滞或误食人汗所致。方用腊猪头骨烧枯研末，生鸡蛋白调搽数日即愈。
411. 蜘蛛疮：形如蛛网，痒不可忍。用豆腐皮烧枯存性，香油调搽。
412. 蚯蚓毒：蚯蚓毒症似麻风，令病人站在风炉旁脸绿者是也。用盐汤洗。内服淡盐水一碗，极效。
413. 蚂蚁毒：形如珠颗成片成串，或红或白，破则流水，好而复发。用穿山甲瓦上焙枯研末，香油调敷。虽多年不愈无不神效。
414. 葡萄毒：一小儿年六岁，额上忽起一颗紫色，形如葡萄。顷刻周身皆有。一医云此葡萄疔毒，一见鼻血即死。因小儿饮食言笑如故。病家不信，至夜半忽鼻中血如涌泉而死。其疮发无定处。总系热毒内蕴。法宜解毒凉血汤。外用吴萸热醋引热下行至妙，或用水银擦之自落。
415. 瓜藤疮：一身十余个牵连是名瓜藤疮。方用尖尾芋、茄子叶、五月艾、葱姜共捣烂醋煮敷擦。
416. 天泡疮：形如水泡者是名天泡疮。方用莲蓬烧枯，井底泥调敷神效，或用荷花瓣贴之。
417. 黄水疮：黄水疮初如粟米，痒而兼痛，破流黄水，浸淫成片，流处即生。由脾胃湿热外受风邪相搏而成。发于心下者若不早治难治。宜用青蛤散，方用蛤粉煅一两，青黛三钱，熟石膏二两，轻粉、黄柏各五钱，共研末。先用香油调成块，次用凉水调稀涂之，神效。并治鼻中生虫。
418. 热疮：热疮其色红而作痛者是。用男子尿桶中白霜敷上，立刻清凉止痛。
419. 漆疮：杉木屑煎水洗。用活螃蟹黄、滑石和蜜调敷甚效。此秘方也。或用白羊乳搽之。内服大黄三钱、枳壳二钱、芒硝一钱，水煎服，以泄为度。或用橄榄叶煎水洗，立刻消愈。白果树叶亦效。
420. 癣疮：癣疮单方用荔枝核磨醋将癣抓破搽之，虽痛不妨。用珠兰花叶时时擦之，半月断根。又方青矾炒研加猪腿汁和融再炒再研，老姜切片蘸药擦之大痛即愈。小儿生癣用青黛、黄柏、枯矾、雄黄、百药煎、硫磺研末香油调搽，名换形散。

Prescription for Toothache Caused by Worms: Use two liang of refined realgar powder and four liang of sesame oil, mix evenly, hold in the mouth for a while, then spit out, and rinse the mouth several times until healed. Some suffer from unbearable toothache caused by worms, unable to eat, with all treatments failing. This prescription can eradicate the root cause and has proven miraculous repeatedly; it is the first divine prescription for treating worm-induced toothache. Additionally, use a concentrated decoction of Chinese gall (Galla Chinensis) to gargle several times; the worms will die immediately, which is even more wonderful.
392. Gangrenous Stomatitis (Zou Ma Ya Gan): Rotting of the gum roots is called Gangrenous Stomatitis. In adults after febrile diseases, or in children after smallpox/variolous eruptions, fire-toxins flowing into the Stomach meridian cause this condition, which is extremely critical. In severe cases, teeth may fall out, cheeks perforate, and the nose be penetrated, leading to death within two or three days. Hence the name "Running Horse" (Zou Ma), indicating its rapid progression. There are five untreatable signs for this condition: inability to eat with rotting tongue roots; blackish rot resembling sinews; white floating flesh indicating stomach rot; fallen teeth with cheek perforation and unbearable nasal odor; and red spots appearing on the Shangen (root of the nose). Such danger implies life hangs by a thread. Urgently use three qian of raw Rhubarb (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), ten cloves (Flos Caryophylli), and two qian of mung beans, grind together into powder, mix with hot vinegar, and apply to the soles of both feet. This is most effective.
Jin Bian San (Golden Whip Powder): Calcined green vitriol (Lapis Chalcanthi Praeparatus) five liang calcined until thoroughly red, calcined human ashes (Ning Ren Bai Praeparatus) three liang, refined realgar (Realgar) two liang, genuine musk (Moschus) one qian, borneol (Bingpian) one qian. First, pierce the lesion with a silver needle, squeeze out toxic blood, then apply the powder. Healing occurs only after toxic blood and foul saliva are expelled.
Chi Shuang San (Red Frost Powder) specializes in treating Gangrenous Stomatitis. Take one red date, remove the pit, insert one grain of red arsenic (Arsenicum Rubrum) sized like a soybean. Mix well and roast on a tile over ash fire until the date is dry and smoke ceases. Remove, cover with a bowl, let cool, add one fen of borneol from the top, and grind to powder. Clean the affected area and insufflate the powder. It acts swiftly and miraculously. For long-standing ulcers, tissue regeneration is also rapid. This formula is simpler and highly effective compared to the previous one, passed down secretly by Linwu Shanren.
Ren Zhong Bai San (Human Ashes Powder) treats Gangrenous Stomatitis in men, women, and children of all ages, as well as sore throat with rotting, redness, swollen tongue, foul-smelling purulent gums, and ulcerated alveolar ridges. It is highly effective. Formula: Human ashes (Ning Ren Bai), catechu (Ka), indigo naturalis (Qingdai), and borax (Pengsha) each one qian; mint (Bohe), mirabilite (Yuanmingfen), and horseweed (Mapibo) each five fen; borneol (Bingpian) two fen. Grind finely, place on the tongue until no residue remains. If the disease is severe, add three fen of buffalo calculus (Niuhuang) and five fen of pearl (Zhenzhu) for faster effect. For throat conditions, insufflate using a brush tube. Apply three times daily and twice at night. It is very wonderful and more effective than the above two formulas.
393. Green Leg Stomatitis (Qing Tui Ya Gan): Toothache accompanied by leg swelling is called Green Leg Stomatitis. Both legs appear cloud-like, either red or green, varying in size, painful, swollen, and hard, making walking difficult. The toxin attacks upward, causing gum rot, even penetrating cheeks and lips; speaking loudly causes pain. Treat the teeth with Ren Zhong Bai San. Apply Qingliang Gao (Cooling Ointment), made by mixing lotus leaf (Folium Nelumbinis) with honey, to the legs. Internally administer Liuwei Dihuang Tang (Six-Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction) without Cornus officinalis (Shanzhuyu), adding cogon grass rhizome (Maogen), taken for ten doses.
A patient suffered from Green Leg Stomatitis for eight years without cure. A beggar Taoist priest used moxa moxibustion on the fleshy tip beside the ear gate,隔着 garlic slice, burning five times. Immediate complete recovery, extraordinarily miraculous. Burn the right side if pain is on the left, and vice versa, or burn both ears; all yield miraculous effects.
For swollen and painful gum roots, prick with a silver needle to bleed. Internally administer Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction) for cure. Personally verified.
394. Alveolar Osteitis/Bone Slot Wind (Gu Cao Feng): Pain in the teeth and cheeks, initially non-red and non-swollen, later ulcerating with bone exposure. This is called Bone Slot Wind, belonging to Yin abscesses. Cold-cooling herbs are strictly contraindicated. Use Erchen Tang (Two-Aged Decoction) combined with Yanghe Wan (Warming the Collateral Pill) decocted and taken. Xihuang Wan (Rhinoceros Horn Pill). Alternate daily administration. Internally use Tuiche San (Pushcart Powder) to consolidate efficacy, followed by Baoyuan Tang (Protect the Origin Decoction) with Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu) decocted. Repeatedly tested as miraculous. This is an experienced, divine prescription.
395. Dental Abscess (Chi Yong): Gradual growth of gingival hyperplasia is called Dental Abscess. Apply juice of Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi) and decoction of Gleditsia sinensis (Zaojiao). Or apply sodium sulfate (Puxiao) powder to resolve it.
396. Marrow Overflow (Sui Yi): Teeth growing several inches long is called Marrow Overflow. Formula: True Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu) powder mixed with human milk, steamed and taken. Cure follows. This is from Sun Simiao's Qianjin Fang (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold).
397. Soft Gum Ulcer (Ruan Ya Chuang): Common in children. Use four fresh clams (Xianxian). Open them, take the meat. First calcine the shells until burnt, then mash with clam meat and apply. Highly effective.
398. Goat Beard Ulcer (Yang Xu Chuang): Formula uses old cotton wadding ash mixed with sesame oil for application. Immediate cure.
399. Mandibular Dislocation (Xia Hai Tuo Luo): This condition arises from Lung and Kidney deficiency, insufficiency of primordial spirit, or sudden exhaustion of Yuan Qi due to excessive talking, excitement, or forgetting fatigue. The patient must sit upright. Someone should support the mandible with both hands, lifting it upwards from behind the ears to the joint. Secure tightly with a cloth band. Avoid wind exposure crucially. If exposed to wind pathogen, phlegm-saliva may obstruct upward, causing facial paralysis (deviation of mouth and eyes), which becomes difficult to treat. Externally, apply Arisaema cum Bile (Tiannanxing) powder mixed with ginger juice to both cheeks; reposition occurs overnight. Next day, internally administer Codonopsis pilosula (Dangshen), Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu), Poria cocos (Fuling), Pinellia ternata (Banxia) each five qian; Angelica sinensis (Danggui) two qan; Bombyx batryticatus (Jiangcan) two qian; Gastrodia elata (Tianma), Citrus reticulata (Chenpi) each one qian; Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong) eight fen; Glycyrrhiza uralensis (Gancao) three fen; Aconitum carmichaelii (Fuzi) six fen; Juncus effusus (Dengxin) fourteen strands; Zingiber officinale (Shengjiang) three slices. Decoct in water and take.
Another formula: Atractylodes macrocephala (Baizhu) one liang, Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng) five qian. Decoct in water and take. Reposition occurs in half a quarter-hour, acting even faster.
400. Neck Stiffness (Jing Ying): Straight stiffness of the neck preventing turning, caused by Wind invading the Liver and Kidney organs. Formula: Chaenomelis Fructus (Mugua), Myrrha (Moyao), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi), and black soybeans (Heidou) decocted and taken.
41. Nasal Sinusitis (Bi Yuan): Cang'er San treats persistent nasal discharge, called Bi Yuan. Formula: Magnolia flower bud (Xinyiren), stir-fried Xanthium fruit (Cangerzi) two and a half qian, Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) one liang, Mint (Bohe) five fen. Grind to powder. Take two qian per dose, washed down with scallion tea, administered after meals.
402. Epidemic Prevention: Biwen Shagui Wan (Avoid Plague and Kill Ghost Pill). Formula: Roasted tiger skull bone five liang, cinnabar (Zhusha) half liang ground, Pandanus tectorius (Guijiu) one liang, realgar (Xionghuang) half liang ground, roasted Gleditsia sinensis (Zaojia) one liang, orpiment (Cihuang) half liang ground, Chrysanthemum coronarium seedlings (Wuyi) one liang. The seven ingredients above are sifted into powder, mixed with wax and honey to form pills. Store in large crimson bags, worn on the shoulder. Men wear on the left, women on the right. Place one pill in each corner of the house. On the first and fifteenth days of the lunar month, burn one pill in the courtyard at midnight. Avoid raw blood products.
Waitai Zhiwen Fang (External Platform Plague Treatment Formula): For plague spreading contagiously, wiping out families and extending to outsiders with no one to bury the dead. Formula: Adzuki bean (Chixiaodou), Arisaema cum Gelatinum (Guijianyu), Pandanus tectorius (Guijiu), realgar (Xionghuang), cinnabar (Dansha) each two liang. The five ingredients above are ground to powder, mixed with honey into pills the size of adzuki beans. Take one pill; one can sleep with the patient.
403. Eruptive Disease (Ban Zheng): Sudden body heat followed by coldness, with macules appearing all over the body like rashes. This is fire escaping externally but not fully venting through the skin, thus stagnating and generating macules. People generally assume it is heat. If cooling and fire-draining herbs fail, and macules do not dissipate leading to death, it can still be saved. Use Scrophularia ningpoensis (Yuanshen) and Ophiopogon japonicus (Maidong) each one jin; white mustard seed (Baijiezi) and Glehnia littoralis (Shashen) each three qian; Cimicifuga foetida (Shengma) two qian; Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) one qian; Moutan cortex (Danpi) five qian. Decoct in water and take. After one dose, macule severity reduces; after two doses, macules scatter; after three doses, traces disappear completely. The brilliance lies in Yuanshen and Maidong resolving macules, and the abundant use of Shengma guiding them into the skin to exert their effect.
404. Chilblains (Dong Chuang): Common among boatmen, porters, and farmers. Selected excellent prescriptions listed below. Formula: Charred olive pit (Ganlanhe) powder with a little calomel (Qingfen), mixed with sesame oil for application. Miraculous. Washing with boiled horse dung is also effective.
Secret formula: Calcined ark shell (Hanziqiao) ground extremely fine, mixed with sesame oil for application. If wet, apply dry powder. Cured in a few days.
After End of Heat (Chushu) during latent summer heat, crush garlic into paste and apply to areas where chilblains occurred previously. Apply continuously for several days until blisters form and skin breaks. Even in extreme cold, they will not recur. This method, passed down by boatmen and porters for prevention, is also a merit.
405. Leprosy (Da Ma Feng): Leprosy patients necessarily have numb areas where needle pricks cause no pain. Symptoms then manifest externally. If there is no numbness, it is not leprosy. Although the body is numb, symptoms emerge externally after months; even if severe, it is easy to treat. However, if chronic and deep, deforming the face, collapsing the nose bridge, crumbling flesh, falling off fingers, and rotting soles, it becomes difficult to treat. Mr. Xiao Xiaoting from Jiangxi authored "Complete Book of Leprosy," which can be consulted. Here is the Five-Dose Prescription of Zeng Keguang, obtained from a good physician, verified on many people, curing severe leprosy and saving many lives. Repeatedly tested, truly a divine prescription.
First Dose: Notopterygium incisum (Qianghuo), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie), Silver bush (Yinchai), Scrophularia ningpoensis (Yuanshen), Red peony root (Chishao), Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin), Dictamnus dasycarpus (Baixianpi), Aurantium fruit (Zhike), Honeysuckle (Yinhua), Licorice (Gancao). Decoct in water, take four doses.
Second Dose: Notopterygium incisum (Qianghuo), Asarum heterotropoides (Xixin), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Anemarrhena asphodeloides (Zhimu), Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Licorice (Gancao). Decoct in water, take two doses.
Third Dose: Rhubarb (Dahuang), Mirabilite (Puxiao), Honeysuckle (Yinhua), Peach kernel (Taoren), Aurantium fruit (Zhike), Scrophularia ningpoensis (Yuanshen), Coptis chinensis (Huanglian), Phellodendron amurense (Huangbai), Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin). Decoct in water, take three doses.
Fourth Dose: Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Aconitum carmichaelii (Chuanwu) soaked in child's urine and boiled in rice wash water, Typhonium giganteum (Baifuzi) steamed with ginger juice, Gastrodia elata (Tianma), Bombyx batryticatus (Jiangcan) steamed with ginger juice, Tribulus terrestris (Jili) water-extracted, stir-fried, thorns removed, Pubescent angelica root (Duohuo), Scrophularia ningpoensis (Yuanshen), Hemp seed (Damaoren) washed, stir-fried, Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Red peony root (Chishao), Phellodendron amurense (Huangbai), Honeysuckle (Yinhua), Licorice (Gancao), Aurantium fruit (Zhike), Giant magnolia fruit (Dafengzi). Decoct in water. Take ten or more doses sequentially on an empty stomach, without guiding herbs.
Fifth Dose Pill: Scrophularia ningpoensis (Yuanshen), Aurantium fruit (Zhike), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) each two liang; Red peony root (Chishao), Honeysuckle (Yinhua) each one liang; Hemp seed (Damaoren), Tribulus terrestris (Jili), Giant magnolia fruit (Dafengzi) each one jin; Pubescent angelica root (Duohuo) two qian; Processed Aconitum carmichaelii (Zhi Chuanwu) one piece; Northern Saposhnikovia (Beifangfeng) ten liang. Grind all above into fine powder. Bostrichus sinensis (Qishe) twelve liang, remove head and tail, soak in hot wine for three days (six days in autumn/winter). After soaking loosens the bones, remove bones, steam until cooked, dry, and grind to powder. Mix with previous powders and honey to form pills. Take four qian three times daily (morning, noon, evening), washed down with tea.
Zaoci San (Soap Thorn Powder): One person suffered severe leprosy, blind from wind, eyebrows and hair fell out, nose bridge collapsed. Met an unusual person who transmitted a formula: three jin of soap thorns (Zaojiaoci) calcined, steamed for one hour, dried, ground to powder. Take two qian after meals daily, adjusted with strong Rhubarb decoction. After half a month, eyebrows and hair regrew, vision cleared, skin moistened.
Secretly Transmitted Qi Huang Chan Su Dan: Four fresh crabs, one jin of true raw lacquer, true toad venom (Chansu), refined realgar (Xionghuang) each two liang. Put crabs in a porcelain jar, add lacquer, seal, and bury in soil for fourteen days. Upon retrieval, both substances liquefy. Filter clean. Boil the liquid slowly over low fire until dry and ground to fine powder. Add realgar and toad venom powders, mix evenly, store in a porcelain jar. Take two qian on an empty stomach and before bed daily, washed down with good wine. Complete cure and eradication within a month. Miraculous beyond words. Treating leprosy is as easy as picking something up from one's hand. Cost is low; do not neglect preparation. Do not pass to unworthy persons. Keep secret and precious.
Da Ma Feng · Baihua She Wan: One white-banded snake (Baihuashe), one dark-striped snake (Wushaoshe), heads and tails removed, used raw; Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Cicada slough (Chantui) cleaned of dirt, Rehmannia glutinosa (Shengdi), Ligusticum chuanxiong (Chuanxiong), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Goji berry (Gouqi), Sophora flower (Huaihua), Honeysuckle (Yinhua) each two liang; White tribulus (Baijili), Whole scorpion (Quanzhe) soaked in vinegar for one day to remove saltiness, Northern Asarum (Beixixin), Vitex trifolia (Manjingzi), Clematis chinensis (Weilingxian), Polygonum multiflorum (Heshouwu), Sesame (Huma), Golden-haired dogwood (Jinmaogouji), Achyranthes bidentata (Chuanniuxi), Lindera aggregata (Wuyao), Trichosanthes kirilowii root (Tianhuafen), Coptis chinensis (Chuanlian), Scutellaria baicalensis (Huangqin), Gardenia jasminoides (Zhizi), Phellodendron amurense (Huangbai), Forsythia suspensa (Lianqiao), Aster tataricus seed (Niubangzi) each one liang; Stir-fried Agrimonia pilosa (Loulu) half jin, cleaned and trimmed, four liang; Schizonepeta spike (Jingjisui) half liang. For head/face lesions, add Angelica dahurica (Baizhi) one liang; for skin ulcers, add Gleditsia sinensis (Da Zaojiao) one liang. Grind to powder, bind with rice paste into pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose, washed down with tea. One dose in the afternoon and one before bed.
Li Feng Fang (Leprosy Formula): Ding Shenling from Zhenjiang obtained this secret transmission, cured completely. Used to treat many others, all responding miraculously. However, if eyebrows are completely lost, the condition is difficult to treat. If eyebrows remain, even with collapse of joints in hands and feet, efficacy can be expected. For early-stage shallow conditions, hundred tests yield hundred successes. First, four doses of decoction, one dose daily. After finishing, take pills. Each pill one qian, plus Fengzi Gao. Spring/Autumn eight li, Summer six li, Winter one fen.
Decoction Formula: Tangerine peel (Chenpi), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Sophora flavescens (Kushen), Gastrodia elata (Tianma), Gentiana macrophylla (Qinjiao), Cyathula officinalis (Chuanxuduan), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie), Notopterygium incisum (Qianghuo), Aristolochia debilis (Fengteng), Coix seed (Yimi), Achyranthes bidentata (Niuxi), Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Peucedanum praeruptorum (Haitongpi), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), Aucklandia lappa (Muxiang), Cinnamon twig (Guizhi), Forsythia suspensa (Lianqiao), Licorice (Gancao) each three qian; two black dates. Decoct two bowls of water to one bowl. Take. Decoct dregs twice more and take.
Pill Formula: Large sesame (Dahuma), Small sesame (Xiaoma), White tribulus (Baijili) each one jin four liang; Sophora flavescens (Kushen) one jin; Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Jingjie) each eight liang; Angelica sinensis (Danggui), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), Cyathula officinalis (Xuduan), Achyranthes bidentata (Niuxi) each four liang. Grind finely, bind with water into pills. Take three times daily (morning, noon, evening). Each dose three qian or two qian, plus Fengzi Gao according to dosage. Stir round, take with fine tea.
Fengzi Gao: Remove shell of Giant magnolia fruit (Dafengzi), take kernel. Stir-fry in copper pot until 30% red and 70% black. Over-roasting loses potency; under-roasting harms eyes. Grind into fine paste resembling brown sugar. Add appropriate amount of water in copper pot, boil on fire until six boils. Pour onto paper, place on ground, cover with object, and set aside for use.
406. Intestinal Abscess (Chang Yong): Intestinal abscesses occurring inside the intestine cause abdominal distension and urgency, pulling pain during bowel/bladder movements resembling strangury, and water-sloshing sounds upon turning. After rupture, pus discharges via stool. Those outside the intestine cause umbilical swelling/pain/distension, flexion of one leg, fetid breath, or pus discharging from the umbilicus. Severe cases involve intestinal perforation with worms exiting the umbilicus, difficult to manage. Initially, use Mudan Pi San (Moutan Cortex Powder) to resolve. After rupture, use Ginseng and Astragalus internal-supporting agents. Or frequently administer Liuyi San (Six-to-One Powder), a divine and stable formula. Mudan Pi San: Moutan cortex (Danpi) five qian, Coix seed (Yimi) one liang, Trichosanthes seed (Gualouren) two qian, Peach kernel (Taoren) twenty grains. Decoct in water and take. From Qianjin Fang. Alternatively, use alone Gleditsia sinensis thorn (Zaojiaoci) eight qian decocted in wine and water. Pus and blood discharge via bowel/bladder, leading to cure. This is a single herb formula.
407. Gan Erosion (Gan Shi): Sores appearing all over limbs and joints, called Gan Erosion. Caused by Wind-Cold invasion leading to Qi and Blood stagnation. Formula: One silkworm net, add five fen alum. For every one liang of alum, separately add five qian of lead monoxide (Tuoseng) and one qian Angelica dahurica (Baizhi). Grind to powder, mix with honey, and apply. Cure follows.
408. Carbuncle/Furuncle (Ding Chuang): Various types of Ding Chuang are hard to distinguish. Have the patient chew a raw soybean; if no bean smell is detected, it is Ding Chuang. First, chew Hongya Daji (Euphorbia fischeriana root with red芽) and apply; pain stops instantly. Internally, consume Diding Yin: Purple flower Diding (Zihuadi ding) one liang, alum (Baifan), Licorice (Gancao) each three qian, Honeysuckle (Yinhua) three liang. Decoct and take. Effective for all Ding Chuang. Someone with a red Ding spreading to the breast side was cured instantly after taking this; truly a divine prescription.
Toumian Zhu Ding Jiuchun Tang (Head and Face Carbuncles Saving Lips Decoction): Purple flower Diding (Zihuadi ding), Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua) each one liang; White ginkgo nut (Baiguo) twenty grains; Platycodon grandiflorus (Jiegeng), Licorice (Gancao), Anemarrhena asphodeloides (Zhimu) each three qian. Decoct in water and take. For severe cases, three doses guarantee cure. Effective for head, face, and lip angle carbuncles; especially wonderful for lip Ding.
Someone had seven lip/carbuncles, head swelling like a bucket, chest oppression, confusion, unresponsive to hundreds of medicines. Later identified as Seven Stars Chasing Moon Ding. Applied crushed roundworms; yellow fluid drained instantly, swelling subsided, consciousness cleared. Cured next day. Fresh clam meat mashed and applied also resolves it. Rooster comb blood applied topically is also effective. Live toad liver applied locally dissolves it instantly. Opposite Ding (Duikou Ding) might also be treatable.
Extracting Ding Root Formula: For heavy Ding toxicity recurring after apparent healing, the root remains. Urgently use three castor seeds (Bimazi) and one fen frankincense (Ruxiang), mash together, mix with rice dough to make a cake, and apply. Soon the Ding root emerges.
409. Lues/Kaposi's Disease (Yangmei Chuang): Most toxic of plagues; improper treatment often leads to lingering incurability. Now obtained the most stable and spiritual first miracle prescription for Yangmei Chuang. Avoid vinegar, green peppers, and all stimulating foods for half a year. Formula: Red Date Pill. Three jin of red dates boiled with fir wood (Shanmu) as fuel. Peel and pit the cooked dates. Grind excess burnt fir charcoal into fine powder, mix with date pulp, form pills like marbles. Take freely daily. Do not interrupt. Even with full-body sores, knotted toxins piercing top/nose, continuous ulceration, or chronic non-healing cases, great miraculous effects occur. Continue taking for two months after cure to eradicate roots. Red dates detoxify mineral drugs; fir wood specifically dispels damp-heat. Thus, efficacy is achieved easily.
External Wash Formula: Raw Licorice (Sheng Gancao), Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua), Atractylodes lancea (Cangzhu), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Agastache rugosa (Huoxiang), Sophora flower (Huaihua) each two qian. Decoct in water and wash.
Another Decoction: Smilax glabra (Tufu Ling) one liang, Akebia quinata (Mutong), Dictamnus dasycarpus (Baixianpi), Saposhnikovia divaricata (Fangfeng) each one qian; Xuan木瓜 (Xuan Mugua), Coix seed (Yimi Ren), Honeysuckle (Jinyinhua) each two qian; Gleditsia sinensis seed (Zaojiaozi) four fen. Decoct in water. Take one dose daily until cured. Avoid vinegar, pepper, tea, and all stimulating foods for half a year. Repeatedly tested as miraculous.
Another Formula: Rhubarb (Dahuang) one liang; stir-fried Pangolin scales (Chuan Shan Jia), Magnolia bark (Chuan Houpo), Angelica dahurica (Baizhi), Giant magnolia kernel (Dafengzi Ren), Sichuan peppercorn (Huajiao), Licorice (Gancao) each three qian. Decoct in water, mix with wine. Toxic qi exits via stool. Cured in seven days. Restrictions same as above.
410. Fish Umbilicus Sore (Yu Qi Chuang): Narrow, long, swollen, and black sores are called Fish Umbilicus Sores. Caused by Wind-Toxin accumulation, Qi-Blood stagnation, or accidental ingestion of human sweat. Formula: Calcined pig head bone (La Zhu Tou Gu) powder mixed with raw egg white for application. Cured in a few days.
411. Spider Sore (Zhi Zhu Chuang): Resembling spider webs, unbearable itching. Calcine tofu skin until burnt, retain nature, mix with sesame oil for application.
412. Earthworm Poison (Qiuyin Du): Earthworm poison resembles leprosy; patient turns green when standing near a wind stove. Wash with salt water decoction. Internally drink one bowl of light salt water. Extremely effective.
413. Ant Poison (Mayi Du): Pearls-shaped clusters, red or white, weeping fluid when broken, recurring after healing. Calcine Pangolin scales (Chuan Shan Jia) on a tile, grind to powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Miraculous even for chronic cases.
414. Grape Poison (Putao Du): A six-year-old child suddenly developed a purple grape-like lump on the forehead, spreading rapidly. A doctor said this is Grape Carbuncle; death ensues upon seeing nasal bleeding. Since the child ate and spoke normally, the family did not believe it. At midnight, the child died with spurting nasal blood. Lesions appear不定ly. Generally due to internal heat-toxin accumulation. Method: Use Detoxifying and Cooling Blood Decoction. Externally, use Evodia rutaecarpa (Wuyu) with hot vinegar to guide heat downward (very wonderful), or rub with mercury to make it fall off naturally.
415. Vine Sore (Gua Teng Chuang): More than ten connected lesions on the body, called Vine Sore. Formula: Arrowhead tuber (Jianwei Yu), eggplant leaves (Qiezi Ye), May mugwort (Wuyue Ai), scallion and ginger, mash together, boil in vinegar, apply and rub.
416. Blister Sore (Tian Pao Chuang): Water-blister-like lesions, called Tian Pao Chuang. Formula: Calcined lotus pod (Lianpeng) mixed with well-bottom mud for application (miraculous), or apply lotus petals.
417. Yellow Water Sore (Huang Shui Chuang): Initially millet-sized, itchy and painful, bursting with yellow fluid, spreading in patches, appearing wherever fluid flows. Caused by Spleen-Stomach damp-heat combining with external Wind pathogen. If occurring on the heart region, difficult to treat if not addressed early. Use Qing Ge San: Calcined clam powder (Ge Fen) one liang, Indigo naturalis (Qingdai) three qian, calcined gypsum (Shu Shigao) two liang, calomel (Qingfen), Phellodendron amurense (Huangbai) each five qian. Grind to powder. First mix with sesame oil into a block, then dilute with cold water and apply. Miraculous. Also treats worms in the nose.
418. Heat Sore (Re Chuang): Red and painful sores. Apply white frost from a man's urinal; immediate cooling and pain relief.
419. Lacquer Dermatitis (Qi Chuang): Wash with decoction of fir wood shavings. Apply live crab bile mixed with talc and honey (highly effective). Secret formula. Or apply white goat milk. Internally, Rhubarb (Dahuang) three qian, Aurantium fruit (Zhike) two qian, Mirabilite (Mangxiao) one qian. Decoct in water and take until purgation occurs. Or wash with olive leaf decoction for immediate resolution. Ginkgo biloba leaves are also effective.
420. Tinea/Ringworm (Xuan Chuang): Single herb formula: Grind lychee seed (Lizhihe) with vinegar, scratch the tinea, and apply. Pain is acceptable. Rub with Michelia figo (Zhulan) leaves frequently; eradicate in half a month. Another formula: Calcined green vitriol (Qingfan) ground, mixed with pork leg juice, re-cooked and re-ground. Dip old ginger slices in medicine and rub; intense pain indicates cure. For children's tinea, use Qingdai, Huangbai, Calcined Alum (Kufan), Realgar (Xionghuang), Quince extract (Baiyaojian), Sulfur (Liu Huang) ground to powder, mixed with sesame oil for application. Named Huanning San (Shape-Changing Powder).
