以上药材研成细末，将前三味药末混合均匀，用附子膏作为粘合剂，制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用茶送服。
如果疼痛像针刺一样，心痛剧烈，这是脾受邪气所致，因为脾脉上行穿过膈肌注入心中，邪气随经脉直冲心脏。诊察其脉象缓而极弱，这称为脾（病）。

治疗脾胃受寒导致的心腹疼痛，又治疗霍乱吐泻及妇人血气刺痛。
白术（米泔水浸泡一夜，焙干后用面炒至微黄取出）、良姜、桂枝、陈皮、茴香、甘草。
以上药材等分为末，每次服用二钱，加水一盏，生姜三片，煎至六分，去渣稍热服用；空腹饭前服用，或用沸汤加盐点服也可以。
镇心安神，宽胸膈，去除八种邪气，以及治疗妇人血气攻冲、寒热惊忧导致的疾病。
朱砂（五分）、阿魏、木香（各二分）、附子（一分半）、生姜（或者用雄姜）、安息香（各一分）、桃仁。
以上用蜂蜜调和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用桃心汤送服。腹部有肿块如拳头大者尤其适宜。（校定本在此方生姜处注云“或者用雄”，怀疑此处文字有误）
治疗心虚引起的各种疾病。
干山药、人参、茯苓、石菖蒲（各四两）、熟地黄、黄芪、紫石英（各二两）。
以上药材研成细末，炼蜜和丸，制成如弹子大小的丸剂。辰砂一两作为包衣，临睡前用白开水化开一丸服用。
治疗因惊恐失财或愤怒惆怅，若因惊忧逼迫追逐导致志气错乱、行为乖僻不得安定的情况。
龙骨、远志、茯神、防风、牡蛎（各二两）、甘草（七两）、大枣（七个）。
以上药材研成粗末，每次服用三钱，加水一盏，大枣一枚，同煎至六分，去渣温服。
另一个方子：
熟地黄、茯苓（各四分）、人参、桂枝（各三分）、甘草（二分）、麦门冬（五分）、半夏。
以上药材研成粗末，每次服用二钱，加水一盏，生姜一片，煎至六分，温服，不拘时间。
Powder of Costus Root (Muxiang), Realgar (Liuhuang) (each 0.5 liang), Lead Monoxide (Miduoseng) (1 liang), Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi) (0.5 liang, processed, peeled, powdered, and boiled in vinegar to form a paste).
Grind the above into fine powder. Mix the powders of the first three ingredients evenly. Use the Aconite paste as a binder to make pills the size of mung beans. Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with tea.
If the pain is like needle pricks and heart pain is severe, this is due to pathogenic factors affecting the Spleen, as its meridian ascends through the diaphragm to connect with the Heart; pathogenic factors follow the meridian to directly attack the Heart. Palpation reveals a very slow and weak pulse, which is termed Spleen [disease].
Aconite Root (Wutou) (4 liang), Yizhi Ren (Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit) (3 liang), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) (3 liang), Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi) (1 liang).
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add one cup of water and a pinch of salt, decoct until reduced to 70%, remove dregs, and take warm.
Treats heart and abdominal pain caused by cold damaging the Spleen and Stomach; also treats cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, and blood qi stabbing pain in women.
Bai Zhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), soaked in rice washing water overnight, dried, stir-fried with flour until slightly yellow, then removed; Galangal (Liangjiang); Cinnamon Twig (Gui); Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium); Fennel (Huixiang); Licorice Root (Gancao).
Grind the above into equal parts powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add one cup of water and three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 60%, remove dregs, and take slightly warm. It can be taken on an empty stomach before meals, or alternatively mixed with boiling water and salt.
Calms the Heart, clears the chest and diaphragm, eliminates eight types of pathogenic factors, and treats diseases in women caused by blood qi attacking, alternating chills and fever, fright, and anxiety.
Cinnabar (Zhusha) (0.5 fen), Asafoetida (awei), Costus Root (Muxiang) (each 2 fen), Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi) (1.5 fen), Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) (or use Xiong Jiang), Benzoin (Anshixiang) (each 1 fen), Peach Kernel (Taoren).
Mix with honey to make pills the size of loranthus seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, washed down with peach kernel soup. Especially suitable for cases where there are masses in the abdomen the size of a fist. (The corrected text notes "or use Xiong Jiang" for ginger, suspecting an error here.)
Treats various diseases caused by Heart deficiency.
Dried Yam (Ganshanyao), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (Changpu) (each 4 liang), Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang), Astragalus Root (Huangqi), Hematite (Zhiyingshi) (each 2 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder. Mix with refined honey to make pills the size of marbles. Coat with 1 liang of Cinnabar. One pill should be dissolved in plain white water and taken before going to bed.
Treats conditions resulting from financial loss due to fright or anger and melancholy, where being driven by fright and anxiety causes mental confusion and aberrant behavior, leading to instability.
Dragon Bone (Longgu), Polygala Root (Yuanzhi), Poria with Hostwood (Fushen), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Oyster Shell (Muli) (each 2 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao) (7 liang), Jujube (Dazao) (7 pieces).
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add one cup of water and one jujube, decoct together until reduced to 60%, remove dregs, and take warm.
Another prescription:
Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang), Poria (Fuling) (each 4 fen), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Cinnamon Twig (Gui) (each 3 fen), Licorice Root (Gancao) (2 fen), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong) (5 fen), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia).
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add one cup of water and one slice of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 60%, and take warm at any time.
