〔《肘》〕治谷道赤痛。熬杏仁杵作膏，敷之良愈。
〔《外》〕治下部虫啮。杵桃叶一斛蒸之，令极热，纳小口器中，以下部榻上坐，虫立死。
〔《脉》〕 蚀阴脱，其脉虚小者生，紧急死。
〔仲〕小肠有热者必痔。
〔垣〕秦艽苍术汤 治痔疾，若破谓之痔漏，大便秘涩，必作大痛。此由风热乘食饱不通，气逼大肠而作
也。受病者，燥气也。为病者，胃湿也。胃刑大肠则化燥火，以乘燥热之实，胜风附热而来，是湿热风燥四气相合，
故大肠头成块者湿也，作大痛者风也。若大便燥结者，主病兼受火邪也。热结不通去燥屎者，其西方肺主诸
气，其体收下，亦助疾病为邪，须当破气药兼之，治法全矣，服之其疾立愈，不可作丸，以锉汤与之，
效如神速。
秦艽（一钱，去芦） 泽泻（三分） 苍术（七分，制） 防风根（五分） 桃仁（去皮，一钱，另研）
归根（三分，酒洗，第二服药用身） 黄柏（去皮，酒洗，五分） 大黄（少许，虽大便秘涩，亦不可
多用） 槟榔（一钱，细末，调服之） 皂角仁（烧存性，去皮，一钱，捣细末，调下服之）
上除槟榔、桃仁、皂角仁三味，候煎成药研匀调入外，余 咀作一服，水三盏，煎至一盏二分，去渣，入
前三味，再上火煎至一盏，空心热服，待少时以美膳压之，不犯胃气也。服药日忌生冷硬物及酒面大料物干
姜之类，犯之则药无效。如有白脓，加五朵白葵花，须除萼去心，细剪入，青皮五分不去白，入上药同煎，
又用木香三分为细末，同槟榔等三味，再上火同煎，根据上法服饵。古人以此疾多以岁月除之，此药一服立愈，
若病久者，再服必愈。
秦艽白术丸
秦艽（去芦） 归梢（酒洗） 桃仁（酒浸，去皮尖，另研。各一两） 地榆（三钱） 枳实（麸炒）
白术 泽泻 皂角仁（烧存性，去皮。各半两）
上为细末，和桃仁泥研匀，煎热沸汤面糊丸，鸡豆大。焙干，白汤下，空心，宿食消尽服之，
少时以美膳压。忌生冷硬物冷水冷菜之类，并湿面酒及五辣辛热大料物之类，犯之则药无验。十服必愈。
〔洁〕苍术泽泻丸
苍术（四两，去皮） 泽泻 枳实 秦艽（各二两） 地榆 皂角子（烧存性。各一两）
上为细末，烧饼为丸。如桐子大，每服三十丸，米饮汤或酒下。
白术丸（药味与苍术泽泻丸同，只改苍术为白术，去秦艽。）
〔丹〕痔漏，专一凉血为主。
人参 黄连 生地（凉血） 当归（和血） 川芎（和血） 槐角（凉生血） 条芩（凉大肠）
枳壳（宽肠） 升麻（提起）
上煎汤服之外，以涩药炉甘石、童便、 牡蛎、粉龙骨、海蛤、密陀僧之类敷之。
许孺人产后痔作，疮有头如蒜头大，或下鲜血，或紫血，大便疼，与黑神散。又多食肉大饱，此湿热在大
肠所为。
郁李仁（去皮） 麻仁 槐角（各七钱） 枳实 皂角仁（五钱，为末） 苍术 归尾 生地（各三钱）
大黄（炒，一钱）
上分六帖，纳三样仁另研，煎服。
〔《经》〕患五种痔。水研山豆根服。（味甘寒，退血热。）
〔《本》〕又方 治痔用鸡冠花不拘多少，浓煎汤，每服一盏，空心服。（《本草》云∶鸡冠花性凉，
治泻血。）
〔丹〕痔头向上，是大肠热甚，收缩为主。用四物解毒加枳壳、白术、槐角、秦艽。
治翻花痔。
荆芥 防风 朴硝
上煎汤洗之。次用木鳖子、郁金研末，龙脑些少，水调涂上。
〔世〕治翻花痔。用信一钱，蜈蚣数个，以香油久浸之，临卧时先洗痔拭干，却取浸油敷患处，用手按入，立
愈。累效。其余痔皆妙。
痔药膏子 治外痔翻花脱出，黄水不止，肿痛。并用银阔篦蘸药涂敷，日一次，重者五七次，立愈。先用药水
洗拭干，却敷此膏。
用真桑灰不拘多少，淋浓汁两碗，熬至一碗，却入草乌片、大黄片各二钱，再慢火熬至半碗，入甘草一钱，
数沸，下净细锻石半匙头，不可多，略沸三五次，用绢一重，花纸二重，如绞漆状，滤过，再熬成膏，候冷。
用真胆矾五分，研极细末，放入膏中，用瓦器盛贮封之，临用入龙脑末和匀敷之。
〔《千》〕治风痔漏，不问有头无头，定三日安。
藜芦（烧灰） 天麻（各五钱） 干姜（半两） 皂角针（不用皮条，炒，二钱） 莲子草 明矾 硫黄（各一两）
大苦栝蒌（一个） 麝香（五分）
上将栝蒌开一孔，入矾并硫黄在内，孔如小钱大，就将元掩合定，绵纸糊，却用瓦罐子盛坐瓶上，炭火
令烟尽为度，候冷取出，研细，同前六味药末和令匀，炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服十丸至十五丸，空心温酒下，
日三服，三日见效。忌油面 藏牛马肉鱼腥生冷行房行远劳力一切等事。
治肠痔，鳖甲丸
鳖甲 皮（炙焦黑） 穿山甲（炙焦） 白矾（枯） 附子 猪牙皂角（各半两，炙焦存性二分）
上细末研匀，蒸饼丸如桐子大，米饮下二十丸，食前，日三服。
又方
槐花（炒） 白矾（枯。各一两） 附子（五钱）
上细末研匀，蒸饼丸如桐子大，每服二十丸，米饮下，食前，日三服。以上二方庞老传。
治肠风痔漏。
赤芍药 官桂（去皮） 甘草（炙。各等分）
上 咀，每服二钱，姜二片，白糖一块，水一盏，同煎七分，去渣，空心服。
〔《素》〕因而饱食，筋脉横解，肠 为痔。（生气通天论）
〔洁〕黑地黄丸 治血虚久痔，神妙，治痔之圣药也。（方见劳瘵。）
〔世〕治痔方，神妙。
当归 川芎 黄连 全蝎 三棱 蓬术 羌活 独活 山茱萸（去核。各半两） 枳壳（十二两，去穣）
商陆（白者，一两） 巴豆（去壳，不拘数） 木香 甘草节 鼠粘子（炒） 苦参 本 柴胡（各一两）
刺皮（炒） 猪牙皂鱼（去皮弦。各一两）
一方，加白术、半夏、荆芥、薄荷、槟榔各一两。
上将巴豆二粒或三粒入枳壳内，线扎定，却用醋煮烂讫，冷水洗净，去巴豆不用，晒焙干入前药，同为
细末，煮醋面糊为丸，桐子大。每服三四十丸，空心醋汤下。更用五倍子、羌活、独活煎汤洗。如大便燥结，
用煮过巴豆六七粒，加入前药同丸。
上一方疏风泄热，破积滞，其效如神。
〔《集》〕治五痔不以年月日久新。枳实为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大，空心饮下二十丸。
〔丹〕二三十年不愈者，三服止，用莲花蕊散。
莲花蕊 黑牵牛头末（各一两半） 当归（半两） 矾红（少许）
上为末，先忌食肉五七日，空心令食肉一顿，就取温酒下三钱，约两时辰，取下脓血或虫是效。
〔海藏〕《外台》治五十岁痔不瘥，涂熊胆取瘥，神效，诸方不及此。
〔垣〕七圣散丸 治大肠疼痛不可忍。王叔和云∶积气生于脾脏傍，大肠疼痛阵难当，渐交稍泻三焦是，
莫漫多方立纪纲。
羌活（一两） 槟榔 木香 川芎 桂枝（去皮。各半两） 大黄（八分，煨） 郁李仁（去皮，另研，
一两半）
上除郁李仁另研外，为细末，炼蜜丸，桐子大。验虚实临时斟酌丸数，白汤下。取大便微利，一服而愈。
切禁不得多利大便，若大便大行，其病滋甚。
秦艽防风汤 治痔漏。大便时时发疼痛，非痔漏也，此药主之。
奏艽 防风 白术（各一钱半） 归身（一钱） 黄柏（五分） 陈皮 红花（少） 甘草（炙）

〔《本》〕治痔有鼠结核，作渴疼痛方。

芍药（各一两） 大黄（五钱）
上为末，炼蜜丸，桐子大。每服三十丸，温酒下，食前日三服。未知，加至四五十丸。
治痔下肿痛。
枳壳（一两，陈粟米同炒令黄赤，米不用） 青木香（一分）
上为末，每服二钱，饭饮调下。
〔《集》〕治痔疾下血，疼痛不止。以玩月沙不限多少，慢火熬令黄色为末。每二钱入乳香五分，
空心温酒调下，日三四服，瘥。即兔子粪是也。
〔《外》〕治痔发疼痛。狸肉作羹食之良。作脯食。不过三顿，瘥。
〔世〕治痔疮痛不可忍者。木棉花煎汤，旋入朴硝，乘热熏之，候温浸之。（单用硝水极妙，曾用，
大有效。）
〔《本》〕治痔痛。
大蜈蚣（一条） 大青州枣（三个） 白矾（一块如枣大）
上将蜈蚣、白矾二味为末，用枣肉丸，分作二丸，烧烟，用竹筒透引烟熏妙。
〔垣〕秦艽羌活汤 治痔漏成块，下垂疙瘩，不任其痒。
升麻根 柴胡 甘草（炙） 麻黄根（各五分） 黄 秦艽（各一钱） 防风根（七分） 本（三分）
细辛（少） 羌活根（一钱三分）
上锉如麻豆大，作一服，水二大盏，煎一盏，去渣，空心，宿食消尽服之。忌如前。
〔梅〕治痔有虫咬，谷道痒，或下脓血多。取槐白皮浓煎汁，安盆中，坐熏之，塞其谷道，汤冷，更暖之。
良久欲大便，当虫出，不过三度即愈。如用末，绵裹纳下部。
〔丹〕治痔谷道中虫痒不止。水银枣膏各二两，研匀，捏如枣形，薄绵裹纳之，明日虫出。若痛者加粉草
三大分，作丸。（《梅师方》）
〔罗〕淋渫药 治下部痔肿，大肠头痒痛。
威灵仙 枳壳（麸炒。各一两）
上为粗末，熬水熏洗，冷即再暖，临卧避风洗三次，挹干，贴蒲黄散。
〔世〕治痔痒。用五茄茎叶浓煎汤，以瓶盛之，坐瓶口上熏痔，至汤温洗之，三次必效。
〔丹〕肠风痔漏。有虫如丝细黑头，取去除根。
瞿麦（半升） 猪牙皂角（一寸）
上为末，入猪腰子一双内，用米泔煮，空心食之。少顷，肚痛上攻，虫皆随出，作地坑埋之，薄粥补之。
〔垣〕当归郁李仁汤 治痔漏大便硬，努出大肠头，下垂多血，苦疼不能忍。
皂角仁（另为细末调服） 郁李仁 秦艽（各一钱） 麻子仁（一钱半） 当归梢 生地 苍术（各五分）
泽泻（三分） 枳实（七分） 大黄（三钱，煨）
上除皂角仁研细末，余药锉如麻豆大，水三大盏，煎一盏，去渣，入皂角末调在内，空心食前，候宿食消
尽服之。忌风寒处大小便。
〔丹〕如欲凉大肠，宽大肠，则用枳壳去穣，入巴豆，铁线缠，煮透去巴豆，入药用。若丸药则捣烂用，
煎药则干用。
〔《食》〕治野鸡痔下血肠风明目方。嫩槐叶一升，蒸如茶法，取叶碾作末，亦如茶法煎呷之。
〔《千》治肠痔，每大便下血。槐树上木耳取末之，饮服方寸，瘥，日三服，良。
〔《肘》〕治肠痔，每大便常血水，服蒲黄方寸匕，瘥。日三服，良。
〔《食》〕主五痔下血不止。杏仁去皮尖及双仁，水一升，研滤取汁，煎减半，投米煮粥停冷，空心食之。
〔《草》〕治肠痔多年不瘥，下血不止。木贼、枳壳各二两，干姜一两，大黄一分，四味并锉一处，入铫子
内炒黑色，存三分性，捣罗，温粟米饮调，食前，服二钱匕，甚妙。
〔《外》〕治患肠痔，大便常有血。食鲫鱼羹及随意任作饱食。孙真人同。
〔《本》〕治肠痔在腹内有鼠奶下血方。
白芜荑 椿树东行根 野狼牙根 贯众 皮（炙焦） 雄黄（半两） 白鳝头（一个，炙焦） 槐东
引根（白皮，一分）
上细末，腊月猪脂和一丸，弹子大，绵裹纳下部。
〔丹〕痔漏肠漏窍。用赤石脂、白石脂、枯矾、黄丹、脑子塞之。
〔《本》〕治肠风痔漏。用鲫鱼一个，破开去肠，入白矾令满，合之，瓦上烧过为细末，用鸡毛卷药敷之，
立效。
治痔漏疮方。
鸡子（一个，煮熟，去黄，取白，切炒。） 白矾（明者如皂角子大，匙上枯过，用三分）
上为末，先用温汤洗净，拭干，用纸捻点药，送入疮孔内，立效。日三易。
上治痔漏下血，如血虚，必兼服黑地黄丸乃妙。
〔《衍》〕鳞鲤甲烧一两，存性，肉豆蔻仁三个，同为末，米饮调二钱服，治气痔。脓血甚者，刺 皮一
两，烧服。中病即已，不必尽剂。
运气 痔发皆属寒。经云∶太阳之胜，痔疟发，治以苦热是也。
〔世〕治痔神应散 治五种肠风下血，上厕粪前有血名外痔，粪后有血名内痔，大肠不收名脱肛，谷道
四面有 肉名奶痔，痔头上有孔漏出名肠风，并治之。
黄牛角 （一枚，酌中者，槌碎。） 蛇蜕皮（一条，白者） 猪牙皂角（七茎） 穿山甲（七片）
刺皮（一两，锉）
上五味，细锉入瓮瓶内，以黄泥封固，候干，先用小火烧令烟出，后用大火 令通赤为度，取出摊开，候
冷，捣罗为末。服时先令患者临卧时细嚼胡桃仁一个如糊，用无灰好酒一盏送下，不可言语便睡。至五更时，
以温酒调下药末三钱，至辰时更进一服，虽久年不过三服，立效。
〔丹〕治肠风痔漏如神。大树木上寄生叶取干为末，酒水米饮任下，或丸桐子大，服三十丸亦得。
【《肘后备急方》】治疗肛门红肿疼痛。将杏仁炒熟后捣成膏状，外敷患处，疗效良好。
【《外台秘要》】治疗下部（肛门）被虫咬蚀。取一斛桃叶蒸至极热，放入小口容器中，让患者坐在容器口上熏蒸，虫子会立即死亡。
【《脉经》】阴部溃烂脱出，若脉象虚小则预后良好，若脉象紧急有力则预后不良（主死）。
【李东垣】秦艽苍术汤：治疗痔疮疾病，如果破溃则称为痔漏，伴有便秘涩滞，必定产生剧烈疼痛。这是由于风热之邪乘食积停滞不通，气机逼迫大肠所致。受病的是燥气，致病的是胃湿。胃中湿热刑克大肠使其化为燥火，进而乘袭燥热之实证，胜风附热而来，这是湿热、风、燥四气相合的结果。因此，大肠头形成肿块是由于湿邪，产生剧烈疼痛是由于风邪。如果大便干燥结硬，说明主病兼受火邪侵袭。热结不通需要去除燥屎时，考虑到肺属西方金，主一身之气，其体位在下，也会助长疾病成为邪气，必须配合使用破气药物，治疗方法才完备。服用此药，疾病可立即痊愈。不可制成丸剂，应锉碎煎汤服用，效果神速。
秦艽（一钱，去芦头） 泽泻（三分） 苍术（七分，炮制） 防风根（五分） 桃仁（去皮，一钱，单独研细） 归根（三分，酒洗，第二服药时用根部） 黄柏（去皮，酒洗，五分） 大黄（少许，虽然大便秘涩，也不可用多） 槟榔（一钱，研细末，调服） 皂角仁（烧至存性，去皮，一钱，捣细末，调下服用）
以上除槟榔、桃仁、皂角仁三味药外，其余药材切碎为一服量，加水三盏，煎至一盏二分，去渣，加入前三味药，再次上火煎至一盏，空腹温热服用。稍后食用美味食物以保护胃气。服药期间忌食生冷坚硬之物及酒类、面食、大料、干姜等物，违犯则药效无效。如果有白脓，加五朵白葵花，需去掉花萼和花心，剪细加入；青皮五分不去白肉，与上述药物同煎。另用木香三分研细末，同槟榔等三味药再次上火同煎，按照上述方法服用。古人认为此疾多以岁月治愈，此药一服即可立愈，若病程久者，再服必愈。
秦艽白术丸：
秦艽（去芦头） 归梢（酒洗） 桃仁（酒浸，去皮尖，单独研细。各一两） 地榆（三钱） 枳实（麸炒） 白术 泽泻 皂角仁（烧至存性，去皮。各半两）
以上研为细末，与桃仁泥研匀，用热沸水打面糊为丸，如鸡豆大小。焙干，用白开水送服，空腹，待宿食消化尽后服用，稍后食用美味食物压住药力。忌食生冷坚硬之物、冷水冷菜，以及湿面、酒类和五种辛辣辛热的大料之物，违犯则药效不验。十服必愈。
【朱丹溪】苍术泽泻丸：
苍术（四两，去皮） 泽泻 枳实 秦艽（各二两） 地榆 皂角子（烧至存性。各一两）
以上研为细末，用烧饼为丸，如梧桐子大小。每服三十丸，米饮汤或酒送下。
白术丸（药味与苍术泽泻丸相同，只将苍术改为白术，去掉秦艽。）
【朱丹溪】痔漏，专门以凉血为主治原则。
人参 黄连 生地（凉血） 当归（和血） 川芎（和血） 槐角（凉血生新） 条芩（清大肠热） 枳壳（宽肠理气） 升麻（升提阳气）
以上煎汤服用之外，再用收敛涩药如炉甘石、童便、牡蛎、粉龙骨、海蛤、密陀僧等敷贴患处。
许孺人产后痔疮发作，疮口有头如蒜头大，有时下鲜血，有时下紫血，大便疼痛，给予黑神散。又因多食肉类导致饱食，这是湿热在大肠所为。
郁李仁（去皮） 麻仁 槐角（各七钱） 枳实 皂角仁（五钱，为末） 苍术 归尾 生地（各三钱） 大黄（炒，一钱）
以上分六帖，将三种仁类单独研细，煎服。
【《黄帝内经》】患五种痔疮。用水研磨山豆根服用。（味甘寒，退血热。）
【《本草纲目》】又一方：治疗痔疮用鸡冠花不拘多少，浓煎汤，每服一盏，空腹服用。（《本草》记载：鸡冠花性凉，治泻血。）
【朱丹溪】痔头向上，是大肠热甚，以收缩为主治。用四物解毒汤加枳壳、白术、槐角、秦艽。
治疗翻花痔（痔疮脱出如花状）。
荆芥 防风 朴硝
以上煎汤清洗患处。随后用木鳖子、郁金研末，加少量龙脑，用水调匀涂敷。
【《世医得效方》】治疗翻花痔。用信石一钱，蜈蚣数个，用香油长时间浸泡。临睡前先清洗痔疮并擦干，取浸泡的油敷在患处，用手按入，立即痊愈。屡试屡效。其余痔疮也都很有效。
痔药膏子：治疗外痔翻花脱出，黄水不止，肿痛。均用银阔篦蘸药涂敷，每日一次，重症者五到七次，立即痊愈。先用药水清洗拭干，再敷此膏。
用真桑灰不拘多少，淋取浓汁两碗，熬至一碗，再加入草乌片、大黄片各二钱，慢火熬至半碗，加入甘草一钱，煮沸数次，加入净细锻石半匙头，不可多，略煮三五次，用一层绢、两层花纸过滤，像绞漆一样，再熬成膏，候冷。
用真胆矾五分，研极细末，放入膏中，用瓦器盛装密封，临用时加入龙脑末和匀敷之。
【《千金方》】治疗风痔漏，不问有头无头，定三日安。
藜芦（烧灰） 天麻（各五钱） 干姜（半两） 皂角针（不用皮条，炒，二钱） 莲子草 明矾 硫黄（各一两） 大苦栝蒌（一个） 麝香（五分）
先将栝蒌开一孔，放入矾和硫黄在内，孔如铜钱大，将原孔掩合固定，用绵纸糊住，放在瓦罐坐瓶上，用炭火煅烧至烟尽为止，候冷取出，研细，与前六味药末混合均匀，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大小。每服十丸至十五丸，空腹温酒送下，日服三次，三日见效。忌食油面、藏牛马肉、鱼腥、生冷、行房、行远、劳力等一切事项。
治疗肠痔，鳖甲丸：
鳖甲 皮（炙焦黑） 穿山甲（炙焦） 白矾（枯） 附子 猪牙皂角（各半两，炙焦存性二分）
以上研细末，蒸饼为丸如梧桐子大小，米饮送下二十丸，食前，日服三次。
以上研细末，蒸饼为丸如梧桐子大小，每服二十丸，米饮送下，食前，日服三次。以上二方由庞老传授。
以上切碎，每服二钱，姜二片，白糖一块，水一盏，同煎至七分，去渣，空腹服用。

以上为末，先忌食肉五七日，空腹令吃一顿肉，就取温酒送下三钱，约两个时辰，排出脓血或虫即为有效。
【张元素】《外台秘要》治疗五十岁痔疮不愈，涂熊胆取效，神效，诸方不及此。

以上锉如麻豆大，总作一服，水三盏，煎一盏，去渣稍热服，空腹，宿食消尽服之。避风寒，忌房事酒湿面大辛热物。当风寒处大便。
【《本草纲目》】治疗痔有鼠结核，作渴疼痛方。
皂角（酥炙） 黄芪 荆芥 槐子 穿山甲 木香 皮 桔梗 鳖甲（醋炒） 露蜂房（炒焦） 芍药（各一两） 大黄（五钱）
以上为末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大小。每服三十丸，温酒下，食前日三服。未知，加至四五十丸。
治痔下肿痛。
枳壳（一两，陈粟米同炒令黄赤，米不用） 青木香（一分）
以上为末，每服二钱，饭饮调下。
【《济生方》】治疗痔疾下血，疼痛不止。以玩月沙不限多少，慢火熬令黄色为末。每二钱入乳香五分，空心温酒调下，日三四服，瘥。即兔子粪是也。
【《外台秘要》】治疗痔发疼痛。狸肉作羹食之良。作脯食。不过三顿，瘥。
【《世医得效方》】治疗痔疮痛不可忍者。木棉花煎汤，旋入朴硝，乘热熏之，候温浸之。（单用硝水极妙，曾用，大有效。）
【《本草纲目》】治疗痔痛。
大蜈蚣（一条） 大青州枣（三个） 白矾（一块如枣大）
上将蜈蚣、白矾二味为末，用枣肉丸，分作二丸，烧烟，用竹筒透引烟熏妙。
【李东垣】秦艽羌活汤：治疗痔漏成块，下垂疙瘩，不任其痒。

【梅师方】治疗痔有虫咬，谷道痒，或下脓血多。取槐白皮浓煎汁，安盆中，坐熏之，塞其谷道，汤冷，更暖之。良久欲大便，当虫出，不过三度即愈。如用末，绵裹纳下部。
【朱丹溪】治疗痔谷道中虫痒不止。水银枣膏各二两，研匀，捏如枣形，薄绵裹纳之，明日虫出。若痛者加粉草三大分，作丸。（《梅师方》）
【罗谦甫】淋渫药：治疗下部痔肿，大肠头痒痛。
威灵仙 枳壳（麸炒。各一两）
以上为粗末，熬水熏洗，冷即再暖，临卧避风洗三次，挹干，贴蒲黄散。
【《世医得效方》】治疗痔痒。用五茄茎叶浓煎汤，以瓶盛之，坐瓶口上熏痔，至汤温洗之，三次必效。
【朱丹溪】肠风痔漏。有虫如丝细黑头，取去除根。
瞿麦（半升） 猪牙皂角（一寸）
以上为末，入猪腰子一双内，用米泔煮，空心食之。少顷，肚痛上攻，虫皆随出，作地坑埋之，薄粥补之。
【李东垣】当归郁李仁汤：治疗痔漏大便硬，努出大肠头，下垂多血，苦疼不能忍。
皂角仁（另为细末调服） 郁李仁 秦艽（各一钱） 麻子仁（一钱半） 当归梢 生地 苍术（各五分） 泽泻（三分） 枳实（七分） 大黄（三钱，煨）
以上除皂角仁研细末，余药锉如麻豆大，水三大盏，煎一盏，去渣，入皂角末调在内，空腹食前，候宿食消尽服之。忌风寒处大小便。
【朱丹溪】如欲凉大肠，宽大肠，则用枳壳去穣，入巴豆，铁线缠，煮透去巴豆，入药用。若丸药则捣烂用，煎药则干用。
【《饮膳正要》】治疗野鸡痔下血肠风明目方。嫩槐叶一升，蒸如茶法，取叶碾作末，亦如茶法煎呷之。
【《千金方》】治疗肠痔，每大便下血。槐树上木耳取末之，饮服方寸，瘥，日三服，良。
【《肘后备急方》】治疗肠痔，每大便常血水，服蒲黄方寸匕，瘥。日三服，良。
【《饮膳正要》】主五痔下血不止。杏仁去皮尖及双仁，水一升，研滤取汁，煎减半，投米煮粥停冷，空心食之。
【《本草纲目》】治疗肠痔多年不瘥，下血不止。木贼、枳壳各二两，干姜一两，大黄一分，四味并锉一处，入铫子内炒黑色，存三分性，捣罗，温粟米饮调，食前，服二钱匕，甚妙。
【《外台秘要》】治疗患肠痔，大便常有血。食鲫鱼羹及随意任作饱食。孙真人同。
【《本草纲目》】治疗肠痔在腹内有鼠奶下血方。
白芜荑 椿树东行根 野狼牙根 贯众 皮（炙焦） 雄黄（半两） 白鳝头（一个，炙焦） 槐东引根（白皮，一分）
以上细末，腊月猪脂和一丸，弹子大，绵裹纳下部。
【朱丹溪】痔漏肠漏窍。用赤石脂、白石脂、枯矾、黄丹、脑子塞之。
【《本草纲目》】治疗肠风痔漏。用鲫鱼一个，破开去肠，入白矾令满，合之，瓦上烧过为细末，用鸡毛卷药敷之，立效。
治痔漏疮方。
鸡子（一个，煮熟，去黄，取白，切炒。） 白矾（明者如皂角子大，匙上枯过，用三分）
以上为末，先用温汤洗净，拭干，用纸捻点药，送入疮孔内，立效。日三易。
【《衍义》】鳞鲤甲烧一两，存性，肉豆蔻仁三个，同为末，米饮调二钱服，治气痔。脓血甚者，刺皮一两，烧服。中病即已，不必尽剂。
【《世医得效方》】治痔神应散：治五种肠风下血，上厕粪前有血名外痔，粪后有血名内痔，大肠不收名脱肛，谷道四面有肉名奶痔，痔头上有孔漏出名肠风，并治之。
黄牛角（一枚，酌中者，槌碎。） 蛇蜕皮（一条，白者） 猪牙皂角（七茎） 穿山甲（七片） 刺皮（一两，锉）
以上五味，细锉入瓮瓶内，以黄泥封固，候干，先用小火烧令烟出，后用大火烧令通赤为度，取出摊开，候冷，捣罗为末。服时先令患者临卧时细嚼胡桃仁一个如糊，用无灰好酒一盏送下，不可言语便睡。至五更时，以温酒调下药末三钱，至辰时更进一服，虽久年不过三服，立效。
[From *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang*] Treats redness and pain in the anal region. Roast apricot kernels, pound into a paste, and apply topically; this yields excellent results.
[From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*] Treats insect bites in the lower orifices (anus). Pound one hu of peach leaves, steam until extremely hot, place in a small-mouthed vessel, and have the patient sit over it to fumigate; the insects will die immediately.
[From *Mai Jing*] For prolapse with ulceration of the yin area: if the pulse is deficient and small, survival is indicated; if the pulse is tense and rapid, death is indicated.
[Zhang Zhongjing] Heat in the Small Intestine inevitably leads to hemorrhoids.
[Li Dongyuan] Qinjiao Cangzhu Tang: Treats hemorrhoidal disease. If ulcerated, it is called hemorrhoidal fistula. With constipation and difficulty in defecation, severe pain must occur. This arises from wind-heat attacking due to food stagnation and obstruction, forcing qi into the Large Intestine. The pathogenic factor affecting the body is dryness, while the cause of disease is stomach dampness. Stomach heat penalizes the Large Intestine, transforming into dry fire, which attacks the excess of dryness-heat, combining with wind and heat. Thus, the combination of damp-heat, wind, and dryness causes the formation of masses at the head of the Large Intestine due to dampness, and severe pain due to wind. If stool is dry and hard, it indicates the primary disease involves fire pathogens. When heat accumulation causes obstruction requiring the removal of dry feces, considering that the Lung (Metal element) governs all qi and its position is inferior, it may also assist the disease as a pathogen. Therefore, qi-breaking herbs must be combined. The treatment method is complete; upon ingestion, the disease resolves immediately. Do not make pills; decoct the chopped herbs for administration, yielding divine speed in efficacy.
Qinjiao (1 qian, remove rhizome), Zexie (3 fen), Cangzhu (7 fen, processed), Fangfeng Gen (5 fen), Taoren (peeled, 1 qian, separately ground), Guigen (3 fen, wine-washed; use root for the second dose), Huangbai (peeled, wine-washed, 5 fen), Dahuang (a little; do not use much even with constipation), Binglang (1 qian, fine powder, mixed and taken), Zaorao Ren (burnt to retain nature, peeled, 1 qian, finely ground powder, mixed and taken).
Except for Binglang, Taoren, and Zaorao Ren, chop the remaining herbs for one dose. Add three zhan of water, decoct to one zhan two fen, strain, add the first three herbs, boil again to one zhan. Take warm on an empty stomach. Eat a good meal shortly after to protect Stomach qi. Avoid cold, raw, hard foods, alcohol, wheat products, strong spices, and dried ginger during medication; violation renders the medicine ineffective. If white pus is present, add five white hibiscus flowers (remove calyx and heart, cut finely); add Qingpi (5 fen, do not remove albedo), decoct together with the above herbs. Also, grind Muxiang (3 fen) into fine powder, mix with Binglang and the other three herbs, boil again, and administer according to the above method. Ancient people treated this disease over years; this medicine cures it in one dose. For chronic cases, a second dose ensures cure.
Qinjiao Baizhu Wan:
Qinjiao (remove rhizome), Guishao (wine-washed), Taoren (wine-soaked, peel and remove tips, separately ground. Each 1 liang), Diyü (3 qian), Zhishi (bran-fried), Baizhu, Zexie, Zaorao Ren (burnt to retain nature, peeled. Each half liang).
Grind into fine powder, mix with Taoren paste, use hot boiling water and flour paste to make pills the size of chicken beans. Bake dry, take with plain boiled water on an empty stomach after digestion of retained food. Eat a good meal shortly after. Avoid cold, raw, hard foods, cold water/vegetables, wet wheat products, alcohol, and spicy/hot spices; violation renders the medicine ineffective. Ten doses guarantee cure.
[Zhu Danxi] Cangzhu Zexie Wan:
Cangzhu (4 liang, peeled), Zexie, Zhishi, Qinjiao (Each 2 liang), Diyü, Zaorao Zi (burnt to retain nature. Each 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder, use baked biscuit to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills per dose with rice drink or wine.
Baizhu Wan (Ingredients same as Cangzhu Zexie Wan, replace Cangzhu with Baizhu, remove Qinjiao.)
[Zhu Danxi] For hemorrhoidal fistula, focus primarily on cooling blood.
Renshen, Huanglian, Shengdi (Cool blood), Danggui (Harmonize blood), Chuanxiong (Harmonize blood), Huaijiao (Cool blood and generate new), Tiaoqin (Cool Large Intestine), Zhiqiao (Widen/intestines), Shengma (Lift).
Decoct and take orally. Additionally, apply astringent herbs such as Luganshi, Tongbian, Muli, Fenlonggu, Haige, and Mitoseng to the affected area.
Xu Ruren suffered postpartum hemorrhoid flare-up; the sore had a head the size of a garlic clove, sometimes bleeding fresh blood, sometimes purple blood, with painful defecation. Prescribed Heishen San. Excessive meat consumption caused fullness, indicating damp-heat in the Large Intestine.
Yuliren (peeled), Mahren, Huaijiao (Each 7 qian), Zhishi, Zaorao Ren (5 qian, powder), Cangzhu, Guiwei, Shengdi (Each 3 qian), Dahuang (stir-fried, 1 qian).
Divide into six doses. Grind the three types of kernels separately, decoct and take.
[From *Huangdi Neijing*] Suffering from five types of hemorrhoids. Grind Shandougen in water and take orally. (Sweet and cold, clears blood heat.)
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Another prescription: Treat hemorrhoids using Jiguanhua (Cockscomb flower) in any quantity. Decoct strongly, take one zhan per dose on an empty stomach. (*Bencao* states: Cockscomb flower is cool in nature, treats bloody diarrhea.)
[Zhu Danxi] Hemorrhoids pointing upward indicate excessive heat in the Large Intestine; treatment focuses on contraction/astringency. Use Siwu Jiedu Tang plus Zhiqiao, Baizhu, Huaijiao, Qinjiao.
Treats "flower-turning" hemorrhoids (prolapsed hemorrhoids resembling flowers).
Jingjie, Fangfeng, Poxiao.
Decoct and wash the area. Subsequently, grind Miebiezi and Yujin into powder, add a little Longnao, mix with water, and apply topically.
[From *Shiyi Defang*] Treats flower-turning hemorrhoids. Use Xingshi (Realgar) 1 qian, several Wugong (centipedes), soak in sesame oil for a long time. Before bed, clean and dry the hemorrhoids, apply the soaked oil to the lesion, press in with hand; immediate cure. Repeatedly effective. Also excellent for other hemorrhoids.
Zhixue Gaozi: Treats external flower-turning prolapsed hemorrhoids, continuous yellow discharge, swelling, and pain. Apply with a silver spatula once daily; severe cases 5-7 times, immediate cure. First wash with medicinal water, dry, then apply this ointment.
Use genuine Sanghui (Mulch ash) in any quantity, leach to obtain two wan of concentrated juice, boil down to one wan. Add Caowu Pian and Dahuang Pian (each 2 qian), slow-boil to half a wan. Add Gancao (1 qian), boil several times. Add half a spoonful of pure Duanshi (not too much), boil 3-5 times. Filter through one layer of silk and two layers of floral paper like lacquer. Boil down to ointment consistency, let cool.
Grind Zhen Danfan (5 fen) into ultra-fine powder, mix into the ointment, store in a ceramic vessel sealed tight. Before use, mix with Longnao powder and apply.
[From *Qianjin Fang*] Treats wind-hemorrhoidal fistula, regardless of whether there is a head or not, guaranteed peace in three days.
Lilu (burnt to ash), Tianma (Each 5 qian), Ganjiang (half liang), Zaorao Zhen (without skin strips, stir-fried, 2 qian), Lianzicao, Mingfan, Liuhuang (Each 1 liang), Da Kuagualou (one), Shexiang (5 fen).
Make a hole in the Gualou, insert Fan and Liuhuang, seal the hole (size of a small coin), cover with cotton paper. Place in a clay pot on a sitting bottle, roast over charcoal fire until smoke ceases. Cool, grind fine, mix evenly with the previous six herb powders. Refine honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10-15 pills per dose with warm wine on an empty stomach, three times daily. Effective in three days. Avoid oily/flour foods, stored beef/horse/pork, fishy/raw/cold foods, sexual intercourse, long walks, and labor.
Biejia Wan for treating intestinal hemorrhoids:
Biejia Pi (roasted until black), Chuanshanjia (roasted), Baifan (calcined), Fuzi, Zhuya Zaorao (Each half liang, roasted until black retaining nature, 2 fen).
Grind fine, make pills with steamed bread dough the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills with rice drink before meals, three times daily.
Another Formula:
Huaihua (stir-fried), Baifan (calcined. Each 1 liang), Fuzi (5 qian).

Treating Changfeng hemorrhoidal fistula:
Chishaoyao, Guanyi (peeled), Gancao (roasted. Equal parts).
Chop, take 2 qian per dose with 2 slices of ginger, a piece of white sugar, one zhan of water. Decoct to 0.7 zhan, strain, take on an empty stomach.
[From *Suwen*] Due to overeating, meridians and vessels become slack, leading to intestinal discharge and hemorrhoids. (From *Shengqi Tongtian Lun*)
[Zhu Danxi] Heihuangdi Wan: Treats chronic hemorrhoids due to blood deficiency. Divine efficacy, considered the holy medicine for hemorrhoids. (Formula see Lao Zhai section.)
[From *Shiyi Defang*] Treatment for hemorrhoids, divine efficacy.
Danggui, Chuanxiong, Huanglian, Quanxie, Sanleng, Pengru, Qianghuo, Duhuo, Shanzhuyu (pitted. Each half liang), Zhiqiao (12 liang, remove pith), Shanglu (white variety, 1 liang), Badou (shelled, any quantity), Muxiang, Gancao Jie, Niuzaozi (stir-fried), Kushen, Ben, Chaihu (Each 1 liang), Cipi (stir-fried), Zhuya Zaoyu (peeled of skin and strings. Each 1 liang).
Alternative formula adds Baizhu, Banxia, Jingjie, Bohe, Binglang (Each 1 liang).
Place 2-3 Badou beans inside Zhiqiao, tie tightly, boil in vinegar until soft. Wash in cold water, discard Badou, dry and bake. Mix with other herbs into fine powder. Use vinegar and flour paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30-40 pills with vinegar water on an empty stomach. Also wash with Wubeizi, Qianghuo, Duhuo decoction. If stool is dry/hard, add 6-7 cooked Badou beans to the pill mixture.
The above formula disperses wind, drains heat, breaks stagnation; efficacy is divine.
[From *Jisheng Fang*] Treats five types of hemorrhoids, regardless of duration. Zhishi powder, refined honey pills, size of paulownia seeds. Take 20 pills with water on an empty stomach.
[Zhu Danxi] For those unhealed for 20-30 years, three doses suffice. Use Lianhua Rui San.
Lianhua Rui, Heiqianniu Toumo (Each 1.5 liang), Danggui (half liang), Fanhong (a little).
Grind into powder. Fast from meat for 5-7 days. On an empty stomach, eat one meal of meat, then take 3 qian with warm wine. After about two shichen (4 hours), expulsion of pus/blood or worms indicates efficacy.
[Zhang Yuansu] *Wai Tai Mi Yao* treats hemorrhoids in 50-year-olds that do not heal; applying Xiongdan (Bear bile) cures them. Divine efficacy, superior to other formulas.
[Li Dongyuan] Qisheng San Wan: Treats unbearable Large Intestine pain. Wang Shuhe said: Accumulated qi arises beside the Spleen, paroxysmal Large Intestine pain is unbearable, gradually affecting the San Jiao, do not scatter multiple methods but establish principles.
Qianghuo (1 liang), Binglang, Muxiang, Chuanxiong, Guizhi (peeled. Each half liang), Dahuang (8 fen, baked), Yuliren (peeled, separately ground, 1.5 liang).
Except for Yuliren separately ground, make fine powder, refine honey into pills size of paulownia seeds. Adjust dosage based on deficiency/excess. Take with plain water. Aim for slight loose stools; cured in one dose. Strictly forbid excessive laxative effect; if bowels move profusely, the disease worsens.
Qinjiao Fangfeng Tang: Treats hemorrhoidal fistula. Frequent pain during defecation, not typical hemorrhoidal fistula, this medicine governs it.
Qinjiao, Fangfeng, Baizhu (Each 1.5 qian), Guishen (1 qian), Huangbai (5 fen), Chenpi, Honghua (little), Gancao (roasted), Shengma (Each 6 fen), Chaihu (2 fen), Taoren (30 pieces), Dahuang (3 fen, baked), Zexie.
Chop like hemp seeds, one dose. Three zhan water, decoct to one zhan. Strain, take slightly warm on an empty stomach after digestion of retained food. Avoid wind-cold, forbid sexual intercourse, alcohol, damp/wheat products, and spicy-hot foods. Defecate in windy/cold places.
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Prescription for hemorrhoids with rat-like nodules, thirst, and pain.
Zaorao (roasted in lard), Huangqi, Jingjie, Huaizi, Chuanshanjia, Muxiang, Pi, Jiegeng, Biejia (vinegar-fried), Lubofang (roasted until charred), Shaoyao (Each 1 liang), Dahuang (5 qian).
Make powder, refine honey into pills size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills with warm wine before meals, three times daily. If ineffective, increase to 40-50 pills.
Treats hemorrhoidal swelling and pain.
Zhiqiao (1 liang, stir-fried with aged millet until yellow-red, discard millet), Qingmuxiang (1 fen).
Make powder, take 2 qian mixed with rice drink.
[From *Jisheng Fang*] Treats hemorrhoidal bleeding with unceasing pain. Use Wanyuesha (rabbit feces) in any quantity, slow-roast until yellow, grind to powder. Take 2 qian mixed with 5 fen Rushiang, dissolved in warm wine on an empty stomach, three to four times daily. Cure. This is rabbit feces.
[From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*] Treats painful hemorrhoid flare-ups. Eating raccoon meat soup is beneficial. Can also be eaten as jerky. Within three meals, it cures.
[From *Shiyi Defang*] Treats unbearable hemorrhoid pain. Decoct Mumianhua (Kapok flower), add Poxiao while hot, fumigate with the steam, soak when warm. (Using only nitrate water is excellent, tested, highly effective.)
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Treats hemorrhoid pain.
Da Wugong (one), Da Qingzhou Zao (three dates), Baifan (piece date-sized).
Grind Wugong and Baifan into powder, form pills with date flesh, divide into two. Burn to produce smoke, guide smoke into anus via bamboo tube. Excellent.
[Li Dongyuan] Qinjiao Qianghuo Tang: Treats hemorrhoidal fistula forming masses, hanging nodules, intolerable itching.
Shengmag Gen, Chaihu, Gancao (roasted), Mahuang Gen (Each 5 fen), Huangqi, Qinjiao (Each 1 qian), Fangfeng Gen (7 fen), Ben (3 fen), Xixin (little), Qianghuo Gen (1.3 qian).
Chop like hemp seeds, one dose. Two large zhan water, decoct to one zhan. Strain, take on empty stomach after digestion of retained food. Avoidances as before.
[Mei Shi Fang] Treats hemorrhoids with worm bites, anal itching, or copious pus/blood discharge. Decoct Huaimubai Pi (Sophora bark) strongly, place in basin, sit and fumigate. Plug the anus, re-warm the liquid when cool. After some time, urge to defecate occurs, worms exit. Three treatments suffice for cure. If using powder, wrap in cotton and insert into lower orifice.
[Zhu Danxi] Treats incessant itching in anal orifice due to worms. Shuiyin (Mercury) and Zaogao (Date Paste) each 2 liang, grind uniformly, shape like dates, wrap thinly in cotton, insert. Worms exit next day. If painful, add Fengan (Licorice root) 3 major portions, make pills. (*Mei Shi Fang*)
[Luo Qianfu] Linxie Yao: Treats lower orifice hemorrhoid swelling, Large Intestine head itching/pain.
Weilingxian, Zhiqiao (bran-fried. Each 1 liang).
Make coarse powder, boil water for fumigation/washing. Re-warm when cool. Wash three times before bed avoiding wind. Dry, apply Puhuang San.
[From *Shiyi Defang*] Treats hemorrhoid itching. Decoct Wuqia Stem/Leaves strongly, pour into bottle, sit on bottle mouth to fumigate hemorrhoids, wash when warm. Three times guarantees efficacy.
[Zhu Danxi] Changfeng hemorrhoidal fistula. Worms like thin black threads. Remove to eradicate roots.
Qumei (half sheng), Zhuya Zaorao (1 cun).
Grind into powder, insert into one pair of pig kidneys. Cook in rice wash water. Eat on empty stomach. Soon, abdominal pain rises, worms exit. Bury in ground pit, supplement with thin porridge.
[Li Dongyuan] Danggui Yuliren Tang: Treats hemorrhoidal fistula with hard stool, prolapsed Large Intestine head, hanging with much blood, unbearable bitter pain.
Zaorao Ren (separately ground powder for mixing), Yuliren, Qinjiao (Each 1 qian), Maziren (1.5 qian), Dangguishao, Shengdi, Cangzhu (Each 5 fen), Zexie (3 fen), Zhishi (7 fen), Dahuang (3 qian, baked).
Except Zaorao Ren ground fine, chop rest like hemp seeds. Three zhan water, decoct to one zhan. Strain, mix in Zaorao powder. Take before meals on empty stomach after digestion of retained food. Avoid defecating in windy/cold places.
[Zhu Danxi] To cool and widen the Large Intestine, use Zhiqiao (remove pith), insert Badou, bind with iron wire, boil thoroughly, remove Badou, use the Zhiqiao for medicine. For pills, mash and use; for decoctions, use dry.
[From *Yishan Zhengyao*] Prescription for Wild Pheasant Hemorrhoids with bleeding and Changfeng, brightening eyes. One sheng tender Huaiye (Sophora leaf), steam like tea, grind leaves to powder, decoct like tea and sip.
[From *Qianjin Fang*] Treats intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent bloody stool. Take powder from Mulberry tree wood ear mushrooms, ingest one fangcun measure. Cured. Take three times daily. Good.
[From *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang*] Treats intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent bloody water in stool. Take Fangcunbi of Puhuang. Cured. Take three times daily. Good.
[From *Yishan Zhengyao*] Mainly treats unceasing bleeding from five hemorrhoids. Apricot kernels (peel, tip, twin-kernel removed), one sheng water, grind and filter juice, boil to half, add rice, cook congee. Let cool, eat on empty stomach.
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Treats chronic intestinal hemorrhoids with unceasing bleeding. Muzei, Zhiqiao (Each 2 liang), Ganjiang (1 liang), Dahuang (1 fen). Chop together, stir-fry in pot until black, retain 30% nature. Grind, mix with warm millet drink, take 2 qianbi before meals. Very excellent.
[From *Wai Tai Mi Yao*] Treats intestinal hemorrhoids with frequent bloody stool. Eat Crucian Carp soup and eat to fullness as desired. Same as Sun Simiao.
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Prescription for intestinal hemorrhoids with rat-milk nodules in abdomen causing bleeding.
Baiwuti, Chunshu Dongxing Gen, Yelangya Gen, Guanzhong, Pi (roasted black), Xionghuang (half liang), Bai Shan Tou (one, roasted black), Huaidong Yin Gen (white bark, 1 fen).
Grind fine, mix with December pig fat, make pill size of bullet, wrap in cotton, insert into lower orifice.
[Zhu Danxi] Hemorrhoidal fistula/Intestinal leak orifice. Use Chishizhi, Baishizhi, Kufan, Huangdan, Naoshan to plug.
[From *Bencao Gangmu*] Treats Changfeng hemorrhoidal fistula. Use one crucian carp, gut, fill with Baifan, close, roast on tile until fine powder. Wrap in chicken feather, apply. Immediate effect.
Prescription for Hemorrhoidal Fistula Sores:
Jizi (one egg, boiled, remove yolk, take white, cut and stir-fried), Baifan (clear piece size of Zaorao seed, calcined on spoon, use 3 fen).
Grind to powder. First wash with warm water, dry. Use paper twist to apply medicine into sore hole. Immediate effect. Change three times daily.
For treating hemorrhoidal fistula bleeding, if blood deficient, must simultaneously take Heihuangdi Wan for best results.
[From *Yanyi*] Linli Jia (Roasted 1 liang, retain nature), Rou Doukou Ren (three). Grind together, mix with rice drink, take 2 qian. Treats Qi-type hemorrhoids. For severe pus/blood, Ci Pi (1 liang), roast and take. Stop when illness subsides, do not finish dose.
Yunqi: Hemorrhoid flare-ups all belong to Cold. Classic says: When Taiyang prevails, hemorrhoids/malaria flare, treat with bitter-hot. This is correct.
[From *Shiyi Defang*] Zhi Shenying San: Treats five types of Changfeng bleeding. Blood before stool named External Hemorrhoids, blood after stool named Internal Hemorrhoids, Large Intestine collapse named Rectal Prolapse, flesh around anal orifice named Nai Hemorrhoids, holes leaking from hemorrhoid heads named Changfeng. All treated by this.
Huangniujiao (one horn, medium size, crushed), Shed Snake Skin (one strip, white), Zhuya Zaorao (seven stems), Chuanshanjia (seven slices), Cipi (1 liang, chopped).
These five herbs, finely chopped into jar, seal with yellow mud. When dry, burn with small fire until smoke appears, then large fire until red hot. Take out, spread, cool, grind to powder. To take, patient chews one walnut kernel to paste before bed, swallow with one zhan of good non-ashy wine. Do not speak, sleep. At fifth watch, mix 3 qian powder with warm wine, take. At Chen hour, take another dose. Even for chronic years, three doses yield immediate effect.
[Zhu Danxi] Treats Changfeng hemorrhoidal fistula divinely. Take dry leaves of parasitic plants on large trees, grind to powder. Take with wine/water/rice drink freely, or make pills size of paulownia seeds, take 30 pills.
