苦寒无毒，腊月取粪置坛中，埋土内越三年，取出，如水者是。
发明 金汁得土气最久，大解热毒，故温热时行昏热势剧者，用以灌之，下咽其势立减
。初生小儿周时内毒邪不散，服一二合胜化毒丹，胎毒尽解，无痘疹患，此屡验者。但胎禀
虚寒，体瘦色白者不可误用，误用反夺天真，多致夭枉，不可不审。园叟用以灌诸草木，即
花叶茂盛且无过壅伤花之患。
咸平无毒。

总取解毒之迅耳。

血恶物即苏。盖溲溺滋阴降火消瘀血、止吐衄诸血，每用盏许，入姜汁一二匙徐徐服之自有
效。然须乘热服之，以接生阳之气，冷则生气散矣。时珍云，童便入胃，随脾气上归于肺，
通调水道下输膀胱，乃其旧路也，故能清肺导火下行。若多服久服亦能损胃滑肠，故食少便
溏者禁用。伤寒少阴证下利不止，厥逆无脉，干呕欲饮水者，加人尿猪胆汁，咸苦寒物于白
汤姜附药中，其气相从，可无格拒之患。但胃虚欲作呕者勿与，恐助呕势，反致不测也。
【金汁】

发明：金汁得土气最久，能大解热毒，所以温热病流行时，出现昏迷高热、病情剧烈者，用金汁灌服，咽下后病势立刻减轻。初生婴儿一周内胎毒邪气不散，服用一两合金汁胜过化毒丹，胎毒完全解除，不会患痘疹，这是多次验证过的。但是先天禀赋虚寒，身体瘦弱面色苍白的人不可误用，误用反而损伤天真元气，多导致早夭，不可不审慎。园中老翁用金汁浇灌各种草木，花草叶子茂盛且没有过度壅滞伤害花朵的祸患。
【干粪灰】
味咸，性平，无毒。
发明：取人屎干燥后的灰烬，治疗小儿痘疮黑陷，解除时行大热狂躁奔走。用蜂蜜调涂疔肿，拔出毒根，主要是取其解毒迅速的功效。
【溺（人尿）】
味咸，性寒，无毒。童子的尿液为佳。不可见火，见火则腥臊难以下咽。
发明：人尿治疗寒热头痛，是取其咸寒降泄的特性。有外感客邪冲热，用葱头汤送服，出汗即止。而童子小便性质纯正，一切热劳吐血，阴虚火动，骨蒸劳瘵，用它来降火最快。产后血晕温饮一杯，压下败血恶物即可苏醒。大概是因为溲溺能滋阴降火、消瘀血、止吐衄等各种出血，每次用一盏左右，加入姜汁一二匙慢慢服用自然有效。然而必须趁热服用，以接续生发阳气之气，冷了则生气散失。李时珍说，童便进入胃中，随着脾气上升归于肺，通调水道向下输送到膀胱，这是它原来的路径，所以能清肺导火下行。如果多服久服也能损伤胃气滑利肠道，所以食少便溏的人禁用。伤寒少阴证下利不止，四肢厥冷无脉，干呕想喝水的人，在人尿猪胆汁中加入白汤姜附药中，咸苦寒的药物与姜附的热性相从，可以避免格拒的祸患。但胃虚想要呕吐的人不要给予，恐怕助长呕吐之势，反而导致不可测度的后果。
[Golden Juice]
Bitter, cold, non-toxic. Collect feces in the twelfth lunar month, place them in an earthenware jar, bury them in the soil for three years, and take them out; those that resemble water are of good quality.
Invention: Golden Juice absorbs the Qi of Earth for a long time and greatly resolves heat toxins. Therefore, during epidemics of warm-heat diseases, when patients suffer from coma, high fever, and severe conditions, administering it orally immediately reduces the severity of the illness upon swallowing. For newborn infants within one week of age whose fetal toxins and pathogenic factors have not dispersed, taking one or two *he* (a traditional unit of volume) of Golden Juice is superior to Huadu Dan (Detoxification Pill), completely resolving fetal toxins and preventing smallpox and chickenpox; this has been verified repeatedly. However, individuals with congenital deficiency-cold constitution, who are emaciated and have a pale complexion, must not use it erroneously. Erroneous use may deplete their innate vitality (*Tianzhen*), often leading to premature death; thus, caution is imperative. Gardeners use Golden Juice to irrigate various plants and trees, resulting in lush leaves and flowers without the risk of excessive stagnation damaging the blossoms.
[Dried Feces Ash]
Salty, neutral, non-toxic.
Invention: The ash of dried human feces treats black depression of pediatric smallpox lesions and resolves epidemic high fever accompanied by manic running. Mixed with honey and applied topically to carbuncles (*Dingzhong*), it draws out toxins and extracts the root cause, primarily utilizing its rapid detoxifying properties.
[Urine]
Salty, cold, non-toxic. Urine from young boys is best. It must not be exposed to fire, as heating makes it foul-smelling and difficult to ingest.
Invention: Human urine treats alternating chills and fever with headache due to its salty-cold descending and draining nature. In cases where external pathogenic factors rush into heat, administering it with Scallion Head Decoction stops symptoms once sweating occurs. Urine from young boys possesses a pure nature and is most effective for rapidly clearing fire in all types of heat exhaustion with hematemesis, Yin deficiency with fire hyperactivity, bone-steaming consumptive disease (*Guzheng Laozhai*). After childbirth, if fainting due to blood stasis occurs, drinking one cup warmed helps suppress lochia and evil substances, leading to recovery. Generally, urine nourishes Yin, clears fire, eliminates blood stasis, and stops vomiting and epistaxis and other bleeding disorders. Using approximately one cup per dose, mixed with one or two spoons of Ginger Juice and taken slowly, proves effective. However, it must be consumed while hot to connect with the generating Yang Qi; if cold, the generating Qi dissipates. Li Shizhen stated that after entering the stomach, child's urine ascends with Spleen Qi to the Lung, regulates water passages, and descends to the Bladder, following its original pathway; thus, it can clear the Lung and guide Fire downward. However, excessive or prolonged consumption can damage Stomach Qi and loosen the intestines, so it is contraindicated for those with poor appetite and loose stools. In Shaoyin syndrome of Cold Damage characterized by incessant diarrhea, cold limbs, absent pulse, dry retching, and desire to drink water, adding human urine and Porcine Gallbladder Bile to White Decoction with Ginger and Aconite allows the salty-bitter-cold herbs to harmonize with the hot properties of Ginger and Aconite, avoiding rejection phenomena. However, it should not be given to those with deficient Stomach Qi prone to vomiting, as it may exacerbate vomiting and lead to unpredictable consequences.
