Yinqian Feng (Coin-shaped Leprosy-like Disease)
Lesions appear as coin-sized plaques. The interior is red and the exterior is white. Puncture yields no blood; the white color resembles silver. The disease first manifests on the body trunk, then spreads to the face, with lesions appearing subtly beneath the skin. For mild cases, use Goubao Tang (Dog Treasure Decoction); for severe cases, use Jili San (Tribulus Powder).
This condition resembles leprosy but is not leprosy. Treat urgently according to the methods described in this book.
Taidu Feng (Fetal Toxin Leprosy-like Disease)
Toxins remaining in the father's essence and mother's blood are transmitted to the offspring. Treatment methods vary; select herbs based on the specific syndrome differentiation. This is not leprosy.
Yindu Feng (Sexual Transmission Toxin Leprosy-like Disease)
Transmitted between husband and wife through sexual contact. The patient feels pain and itching all over the body, sensation of insects crawling on the face, and occasional facial heat. Use Babao Dan (Eight Treasures Pill) or Goubao Tang (Dog Treasure Decoction). This is an accidental transmission and not leprosy. Prompt treatment leads to recovery.
