Grind all into fine powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of red beans. Take 2–3 pills initially, gradually increasing to 5–7 pills, taken before meals with ginger soup. This formula, if taken regularly, resolves phlegm, dissipates nodules, and kills parasites. I have suffered from Yin Pi (drinking-related mass) for thirty years; in my later years, I often experience gastric嘈杂 (discomfort/burning), and when phlegm-fluids rise, I vomit late. Sometimes drinking half a cup of wine stops it, which seems to match this syndrome. Reading Chao Yuanfang's *Zhubing Yuanhou Lun* on Jiu Xia (wine mass): "Drinking much alcohol while eating little grain leads to gradual emaciation over time. The patient constantly desires alcohol; without it, they vomit, sleep excessively, and cannot eat. This is caused by worms in the stomach, named Jiu Xia." This medicine treats it. In summary, abstinence from alcohol makes it easy to cure; without abstinence, it is useless.

Grind all into fine powder, mix evenly with Badoushuang, use refined honey to make pills, rolling them into Sophora seed size. Take 3 pills initially, gradually increasing to 5–7 pills, stopping when bowel movement occurs, taken with ginger soup, lying down after meals. This medicine's efficacy is similar to Wenbai Wan in *Ju Fang*, and it is highly effective for dysentery occurring after Chushu (End of Heat) during autumn and winter. In spring and summer, add 2 liang of Huanglian; in autumn and winter, add another 2 liang of Houpo. To treat Wind patterns, besides the added Huanglian and Houpo for spring/autumn, add 1.5 liang each of Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) and Fuling (Poria). If wind-pain persists, based on the spring/autumn additions, add 1.5 liang each of Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix), Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), and Fuling (Poria). For accumulation in the Heart, add Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) and Baifuling (Poria) as assistants. For accumulation in the Liver, add Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) and Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) as assistants. For accumulation in the Lung, add Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) and Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix) as assistants. For accumulation in the Spleen, add Wuzuyu (Evodiae Fructus) and Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) as assistants. For chronic diarrhea in autumn/winter, add Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) and Fuling (Poria).
Wanbing Ziwan Wan (See Accumulation-Mass section).
Yiyuan San (See Injury by Summerheat section).
San Yi Chengqi Tang (by Hezi): Beidahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, remove coarse bark); Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, i.e., Yanxiao); Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, ginger-processed); Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus, raw use) (each 0.5 liang).
Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, remove peel, fried, 1 liang); Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed, dried, weight 2.5 qian).
Cut into pieces. Take 0.5 liang per dose, with one and a half cups of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and two Zao (Jujubae Fructus) split open, decoct together until seven-tenths remain, strain, and take hot at any time. For severe cases, take 1 liang per dose, add two slices of ginger and one jujube. If the patient cannot swallow the medicine, sip it frequently until unobstructed. Although it is a purgative, it has both draining and tonifying effects, achieving remarkable results. Liu Hejian added Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) to create San Yi Chengqi Tang, using sweet flavor to harmonize the middle, best capturing the secret of Zhang Zhongjing. The trial discussion only covers four ingredients; Danggui is not included in the trial discussion list and should not be used immediately, but since the dosage is small, its use is harmless.
Si Sheng Wan (by Hezi): Treats all types of constrained heat. Regular use moisturizes the limbs and promotes longevity.
Beidahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, remove coarse bark, wine-washed, wrapped in paper and roasted until fragrant, do not overdo, preserve nature, 1 liang); Heiqianniu (Stemonae Semen, 3 liang, take the first extraction powder, 1 liang).
Zhaojiao (Gorgonis Cornus, remove skin, raw use, 1 liang); Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, raw use, 0.5 liang).
Grind all into powder, make pills with drops of water, size of Sophora seeds. Take 20–30 pills, washed down with plain boiled water.
Duijin Yinzi (by Hezi):
Jingchenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, purified, 8 liang, baked); Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, 4 liang, baked); Renshen (Panacis Ginseng Radix, 1 liang); Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, 4 liang, ginger-fried); Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, fried, 3 liang); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, 2.5 liang, remove peel, core, black ash); Huangqi (Astragali Radix, 1 liang).
Cut into pieces. Take 0.5 liang per dose, with one and a half cups of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and two Zao (Jujubae Fructus), decoct together until seven-tenths remain, strain, and take hot. First take Chengqi Tang, then Si Sheng Wan at night. If effective and food can be swallowed without rejection, then use Duijin Yinzi. However, in the initial stage of disease onset, within the category of vomiting and stomach heat, it is better to select clearing and draining medicines first, assess the deficiency/excess and severity, and then use the aforementioned medicines.
