604.腹痛泄泻：小儿腹痛泄泻，呕吐痰浊，恶寒头重，胸窒，苔白脉微口不渴，用六和汤加减治之。方用：藿香六分 木香六分 壳砂仁七分 姜炒朴八分 南楂炭三钱 半夏三钱 炙草五分 赤芍三钱 盐陈皮七分 丝瓜络七寸 水煎服。服后症见微汗出，舌黑，便短色黄，腹满，饮食不进，转以丹栀通解三焦加减理之。丹皮二钱 栀子二钱 郁金一钱 苦杏一钱半 连翘三钱 通草一钱水煎服。
苋菜十斤 不拘红白。洗去泥，不必去根。以河水煎汤两大钵，用活甲鱼即穿山甲一个
重十二两者，不必切碎入苋菜汤连骨煮烂如膏。去渣将甲鱼膏薄摊晒末。研末。用麻油八两，熬至滴水成珠，下甲鱼末四两，如甲鱼膏不足以铅粉添配。搅匀成膏收之。用青布裱纸一层。量块大小摊贴。七日即消。重者贴至两次。永不再发神效。
又方用樗白皮二斤熬膏。先以生姜擦去垢以麝香一分掺在膏中烘热贴痞上，微痛，半日即止。胀满腹硬过脐者两张即愈。真神方也。孕妇忌贴。
又方雄黄末 白丸末各一两 面糊调膏贴之。大便必胀即愈。此秘方也。
606.囊脱：阴囊肿烂，肾子落出名曰囊脱。又名囊痈。用紫苏煎汤日日洗之。并用紫苏梗为末日敷用青荷叶包好。内用黄连六分 归尾 连翘 云苓各一钱半 甘草 木通各二钱 煎服。后仍以生肌散搽之。用凤仙花子 生甘草各二钱为末。麻油调敷。老母鸡蒸食。而愈。
607.下疳茎烂：徐灵胎先生治下疳后，玉茎烂尽再用长灵根方，五十日玉茎复生，其方列后;煅乳石三钱半 琥珀七分 朱砂六分 人参一钱 真珠七分 牛黄四分 真水粉五分胎狗一个 雄黄六分何首乌 威灵仙 牛蒡子蓼草汁煮一日夜炒如银色，右为末每服三厘。日进四服。卧又一服。俱以土茯苓半斤阴阳水十二碗煎五碗。连送五服七日验。按煮一日夜而炒如银色之药品。即上文乳香 水粉九味也。胎狗乃初生之狗。用泥裹定火上煨透煨燥色黑为末。分两必数倍于诸药。必同炒十味。炒如银色也。
濮院沈维德患下疳。前阴连根烂尽。溺从骨缝中出。沥灌肾囊中，哀号痛楚。肛门亦复烂弥半寸。载至余家。只求得生为幸。余亦从未见此病。故勉为治之。内服不过解毒养血之剂，敷药屡易，以不痛为要。两月后结痂能行。惟阴茎仅留根耳。余偶阅秘本，有再长灵根一方，内有胎狗一个，适余家狗生三子。去其一泥裹煨燥。合药付之。逾两年忽生一子。举族人大哗。谓人道已无焉能生子。盖维德颇有家资。应继者怀觊觎之心也。其岳徐君密询之。沈曰我服药后，阳道已长。生子何疑。徐君乃集其族人共验之。阳道果全。但累生如有节而无总皮。再期又生一子，众始寂然。远近传之。以为奇事。今犹有述之以为异闻者。
608.肺痈：唐宋古法治肺痈用甘凉之药以清其火，滋润之药以养其血，滑降之药以祛其痰，芳香之药以通其气，更以珠黄之药解其毒，金石之药填其空，兼数法而行之屡试必效。看法两脚骨疼痛者或脚骨不痛而舌下生如细豆一粒者，再心口之上内微痛或两肋微痛及咳嗽口渴喉干皆肺中生毒之症也，即用甘草 桔梗各二钱煎服，服下如觉稍安肺之患毒无疑矣。以犀黄丸服至一料全愈，此即预识预治百无一死，世人但知脚痛医脚咳嗽医嗽，舌下一粒，便以刀刺且此一粒痈未成脓定然色淡痈愈亦消。重者其色紫黑如用刀刺立害。诸书皆云口吐臭痰胸中发腥作痛者肺痈也。又称三不治。时吐臭痰久如粳米饭者不治。呕脓不止者不治。白色变赤者不治。惟呕而脓自出者易治。并无预知早治之法。此症吐脓色白用犀黄丸治无不效。贫者用陈年芥菜卤每早取半杯用豆腐浆冲服。服后胸中一块塞上塞下，数次吐出恶脓，数日脓尽自愈神效。此症永戒食鸭蛋白鲞红萝卜 石首鱼 甲鱼等。食则复发难治。林屋山人秘法也。又法用棉花卷竹片上蘸油点火使本人观之。如肺痈看火头是两个。肠痈火头只一个。
治法用炒薏苡仁为末同糯米汤调服，常服当下脓血而安。
又方竹叶绞汁一盏服之吐出脓血自愈。又方用元参半斤 天冬四两 桔梗二两 炙草一两 水十碗煎至两碗。另加蒲公英 金银花再煎至一碗。食后即服。初起即消。日久即愈极效无比。
又方：炒生芪 白芨 银花 桔梗各一钱 苡仁五钱 贝母一钱半 陈皮一钱二 甘草一钱二 甜葶苈八分 生姜一片水二钟煎半食后徐徐服。初起去黄芪加软防风一钱。久不愈者加槿树皮一钱。未成即消。已成即溃而愈其效如神。
609.桔梗汤：疗中满而振寒，脉数咽燥而不渴，时时吐出臭唾腥臭。久久吐脓如粳米粥是为肺痈。方用炙甘草二两 桔梗二两 水煎服吐出脓血则差。
610.桔梗白散咳胸中满而振寒。脉数咽干不渴时出浊唾腥臭。久久吐脓如粳米粥者肺痈也。桔梗三钱 贝母三钱 巴豆一钱去皮心熬研作脂右三味捣筛。强人饮服。病在上必吐。在下必利不止者饮冷水一杯忌猪肉 笋。
611.葶苈大枣泻肺汤治肺痈喘不得眠者主之。葶苈末大枣丸煎服。
612.仙枕方：丁公仙枕方：山西总兵丁其泰康熙时人年七十无嗣。遇异人授此方不二年精力强壮至八十一岁已生二十一子矣。其方用槐木做枕一个高三寸三分宽死寸五分长一尺二寸，如天盖地式而上钻孔一百二十八个如桐子大用后药装入枕中。百日后诸病消除。精神倍长。长寿高多子真仙方也。如夫妇皆以此做枕至见奇效。其药料三五个月一换按此法开药铺之人最便利宜可以行之也。真川椒 桔梗 荆实子 柏子仁 姜黄 吴萸 白术 薄荷 肉桂 川芎 智仁 枳实 当归 川乌 千年健 五加皮 藜芦 羌活 防风 辛夷花 白芷 附子 白芍 藁本 苁蓉 北细辛 猪牙皂 芜荑 甘草 荆芥 菊花 杜仲 乌药 半夏 共三十四味，每味一两务要顶好鲜明 咀片研为细末绢袋盛之装入枕中。按官桂以桂枝木代之亦可。
613.疳疾：消疳丸。苍术米泔浸去皮炒 白术土炒 酒炒当归 麦冬去心 薏米 山楂肉去核 石斛去芦 炒神曲 炒麦芽 枳壳 炒莱菔子 陈皮 厚朴 使君子肉 茯苓 槟榔 炙草各一两 青皮 莪术 木香 砂仁 各五钱 炒干为末炼蜜为丸。弹子大半汤送下一丸。专治小儿泄泻无度。嗜食无厌肚大青筋四肢嬴瘦或发夜热或肿面目 或肿手足瘦弱垂死者，但能进食泻止食调肌肉自生。小儿周岁后乳食杂夹则易成疳。预服此丸脾胃充实保无疳疾。或缺乳成疳者一应服之。此药大合脾胃生气血多服有益无病真妙方也。
614.脱皮腐肉疽方：小儿生脱皮腐肉疽，疽小如芝麻在后腕先起痛痒不堪，脓所到之处必溃烂。须先药洗之后。又用药擦之。韦陀簕（火秋簕） 白芷 仙人掌 岸边莲（即塘岩芋） 九里明各一钱半煎洗患处。雄黄精一钱 大枫子肉 蛇床子末 赤小豆末各一钱半 梅花冰片五分 搽之即愈。其效如神。
615.白喉双哦：急救白喉双哦一切喉症经验仙方。红牛膝生的捣汁草药店中可买 射干 桔梗各等分煎水兑牛膝汁服下立愈，即危险之症灌入亦可回生。惟阴寒之症禁用。
616.赘瘤：赘瘤草方用。马钱子以荸荠即莓梨也取汁磨涂患处。早晚二次不匝月而脱。
617.稀痘：三豆汤治小儿出痘或天花盛行可以预服。绿豆 小黑豆 赤小豆 甘草 每日水煮任意食豆饮汁，痘自不出。虽出必稀。
618.痘症泄泻：泄有二端而粪黄臭秽小便赤涩者，此毒气奔越热泄也。痘色必红紫加味四苓汤主之。泄而粪青白滑利者虚寒也，痘色必淡白参术散主之。如虚泄不止用七味荳蔻丸无不止矣。此聂久吾先生秘诀也。
加味四苓散治痘症热泄如神虚泄者断不可服。赤苓 木通 泽泻 朱苓各七分 炒川连 炒黄芩 牛蒡子 车前子各五分 灯心一团水煎空心服。
参术散治痘症虚泄如神。党参 土炒术 白茯苓 砂仁 炙草 炒薏苡仁 白莲肉 神曲 陈皮 南楂肉 南木香 肉蔻，右药为末空心米汤下。
七味荳蔻丸：肉豆蔻 诃子 木香 赤石脂 枯矾 龙骨 砂仁 稀粥为丸绿豆大。米饮下。
619.痘后目闭：痘后两目难开方用。兔粪二钱 密蒙花 蝉蜕 谷精草各一钱共为末用猪肝以竹刀剖开每肝一两入末一钱包肝内蒸熟去药饮汁食肝神效。
又方用蛇蜕一条洗净焙干 天花粉二钱 为末纳羊肝内（青羯者佳）用麻缚定米泔水煮熟切片食之。痘后毒上攻目内成障不见人者。（食此旬日无不愈也）
620.治麻良方：孟士治麻方用发表透肌清毒活血理肺消痰清胃解结，不拘四时皆可用之。诚治麻之良方也。干葛 荆芥 薄荷 桑白皮 桔梗 甘草 赤芍 牛蒡子 陈皮 枳壳 川贝 甘草 红花 石膏 归尾 地骨皮 水煎服。
621.血症要药：琼玉膏治虚劳干咳申先生方此为血证第一方。沉香 血竭 琥珀粉各一钱半 淮生地四斤 白茯苓十二两 白蜜一斤 党参一两 右以地黄汁同蜜熬数沸用绢滤过将参、茯为末入前药汁和匀以瓷瓶用绵纸十数层加箬叶封瓶口，入沙锅内以长流水没瓶颈，桑柴火煮三昼夜取出。换纸擦口以蜡封固。悬井中一日取起仍煮半日调服。此方制法各殊以此为正当。
622.至宝丹治中恶气绝中风不语，中诸物毒热疫，烦躁气喘吐逆难产闷乱死胎不下，以上并用童便一合生姜自然汁三五滴和温化下三丸至五丸神效。又治肝肺积热呕吐邪气攻心，大肠风秘神魂恍惚头目昏眩口干不眠伤寒狂语并治之。生乌犀屑 生玳瑁屑 琥珀研 朱砂研飞 雄黄研细各一两 龙脑麝香研各一分 牛黄五钱研 安息香一两半酒研飞净一两，熬膏。水安息香尤妙银铂箔各五十片。细研为衣，右将生犀 玳瑁为细末入余药研匀将安息香膏重汤煮凝成后入诸药中和搜成剂丸如桐子大。用参汤化下三丸至五丸。又治小儿诸痫急惊心热卒中客忤不得眠，烦躁风涎搐搦每二岁儿服二丸，人参汤下。本事方多人参 南星 天竺黄。安神定魂必备之方真神丹也。
623.圣济大活络丹治一切中风瘫痪萎痹痰拘挛疼痛痈疽流注跌打损伤小儿惊痫妇人停经。白花蛇 乌稍蛇 威灵仙 两头尖 草乌 天麻 全蝎 首乌 龟板 麻黄 贯仲 炙草 羌活 官桂 藿香 乌药 黄连 熟地 大黄 木香 沉香 以上各二两 细辛 赤芍 没药去油另研末 丁香 乳香另研 僵蚕 天南星 青皮 骨碎补 白蔻 安息香酒熬制附子蒸 黄芩 茯苓 香附酒浸焙 元参 白术 以上各一两 防风 一两半 葛根 炙虎胫骨 当归 各一两半 血蝎另研七钱 炙地龙 犀角 麝香 松脂各五钱 牛黄另研 片脑另研各一钱半 人参三两 右共五十味为末蜜丸如龙眼核大金箔为衣陈酒送下。
凡顽痰恶风热毒淤血入于经络非此方不能透连。凡治肢体大症必备之药也。
624.戒烟妙方：用棉花秸晒干，捣绒，每瘾一次后用五分开水冲服。不可间断。以断为度。方用南瓜藤汁一钱，拌烟煮服，亦可断瘾。解洋烟方用：白矾末凉水调服。
625.疥疮两方：先用石灰泡水洗，后用陈蒜瓣烧灰香油调涂搽。
627.杂物入目刮自己左指甲末用灯草蘸点自出。。又方用好京墨点之。
633.尘芒入目：藕汁滴之。
635.阴暑肚疼：先用皂角 白矾 生姜捣敷。后用烧酒和荞面敷之。
时方汇要
637.地骨皮饮：治阴虚火旺骨蒸发热，日静夜剧者。妇人热入血室。胎前发热者。四物汤加地骨皮三钱 牡丹皮三钱水煎服。
638.泻白散：治肺气热盛、咳嗽而喘、面肿身热。桑白皮 地骨皮 甘草 水煎服。
639.小半夏汤：呕家本渴。渴为欲解。今反不渴心下有支饮故也。半夏三钱 生姜一钱半水煎服。
640.外台茯苓散：治心胸中有痰饮，宿水自吐出水，复心胸间虚。气满不能食。消痰气令能食。茯苓 人参 白术各三两 枳实二两 桔皮一两半 生姜四两。水煎服。
641.清脾饮：治痰积成疟。青皮 厚朴 草果 半夏 柴胡 白术 甘草 茯苓 黄芩 水煎服
642.温胆汤：治热呕吐苦虚烦惊悸不眠痰气上逆。竹筎 枳实 茯苓 半夏 甘草 陈皮 生姜水煎服。
643.导赤散：治心热小便黄赤茎中痛热急不通。生地黄 木通 甘草稍水煎服。
604. 腹痛泄泻：小儿出现腹痛、腹泻，伴有呕吐痰涎、怕冷、头重感、胸闷窒塞、舌苔白、脉象微弱且口不渴的症状，使用六和汤加减进行治疗。处方为：藿香六分，木香六分，砂仁壳七分，姜制厚朴八分，南山楂炭三钱，半夏三钱，炙甘草五分，赤芍三钱，盐陈皮七分，丝瓜络七寸，加水煎服。服药后若症状表现为微微出汗、舌苔变黑、小便短少色黄、腹部胀满、饮食不进，则改用丹栀通解三焦汤加减来调理。处方为：牡丹皮二钱，栀子二钱，郁金一钱，苦杏仁一钱半，连翘三钱，通草一钱，加水煎服。
605. 痞块（腹部肿块）：消痞膏可治疗多年形成的严重痞块，服用两张即可消除。多次试验效果神奇。
配方：苋菜十斤，不论红色或白色。洗净泥土，不必去根。用河水煎煮成两大钵汤，取活穿山甲一只（体重十二两的），不必切碎，与苋菜汤一起连骨煮烂如膏状。滤去药渣，将穿山甲膏薄摊晒干研成细末。用麻油八两，熬至滴水成珠的程度，加入穿山甲末四两，如果穿山甲膏量不足，可用铅粉补充。搅拌均匀制成膏药收存。用青布裱一层纸，根据肿块大小摊贴。七天即可消除。重症者贴两次，永不复发，神效。
另一方：用樗白皮二斤熬膏。先用生姜擦拭患处去除污垢，将一分麝香掺入膏中，烘热后贴在痞块上，会有轻微疼痛，半天后停止。若腹胀腹硬超过肚脐，贴两张即可痊愈。真是神方。孕妇禁止贴敷。
又一方：雄黄末和白丸末各一两，用面糊调成膏贴敷。大便必然胀气，随即痊愈。这是秘方。
606. 囊脱（阴囊肿烂脱落）：阴囊肿大溃烂，睾丸下垂脱出，名为囊脱。又名囊痈。用紫苏煎汤每日清洗患处。并用紫苏梗研成细末外敷，用青荷叶包好。内服方：黄连六分，当归尾，连翘，云茯苓各一钱半，甘草，木通各二钱，加水煎服。之后仍以生肌散涂抹患处。处方：凤仙花子，生甘草各二钱，研成细末，用麻油调和敷用。老母鸡蒸食，即可痊愈。
607. 下疳茎烂（生殖器溃疡腐烂）：徐灵胎先生治疗下疳后期，玉茎（阴茎）腐烂殆尽，再用长灵根方，五十天后玉茎重新生长，其方如下：煅乳石三钱半，琥珀七分，朱砂六分，人参一钱，真珍珠七分，牛黄四分，真水粉五分，胎狗一只，雄黄六分，何首乌，威灵仙，牛蒡子，蓼草汁煮一日一夜，炒至银色，右方研为细末，每次服用三厘，每天进服四次，睡前再服一次。均用土茯苓半斤，阴阳水十二碗，煎至五碗，连续送服五次，七天见效。按语：煮一日夜并炒至银色的药品，即上文提到的乳香、水粉等九味药。胎狗指初生的小狗。用泥包裹固定在火上煨透，煨干至黑色，研成细末。分量必须数倍于其他药物，必须同炒十味，炒至银色。
濮院沈维德患下疳，前阴连根腐烂殆尽，尿液从骨缝中流出，滴灌到肾囊中，哀号痛苦。肛门也腐烂了一半寸。抬到我家，只求能活命。我也从未见过这种病，所以勉强为他治疗。内服不过是解毒养血的药剂，外敷药多次更换，以不痛为关键。两个月后结痂能行走，只有阴茎仅留根部。我偶然阅读秘本，有一个再长灵根的方子，里面有一只胎狗，恰好我家狗生了三只，去掉一只，用泥包裹煨干，配合药物给他服用。过了两年忽然生了一个儿子，全族人大哗，说人道已绝，怎么能生子？大概沈维德颇有资产，应继承的人心怀觊觎之心。他的岳父徐君秘密询问他，沈某说：“我服药后，阳道已经长出，生子有什么怀疑？”徐君于是召集族人共同验证。阳道果然完全恢复，只是累次生育如有节而无总皮。再过一年又生了一个儿子，众人才沉默下来。远近传开，认为是奇事。至今还有人讲述作为异闻。
608. 肺痈（肺部化脓性感染）：唐宋古法治疗肺痈，用甘凉的药物以清火，滋润的药物以养血，滑降的药物以祛痰，芳香的药物以通气，再以珠黄类药物解毒，金石类药物填补空洞，兼用多种方法施行，屡试必效。诊察方法：若双脚骨疼痛，或者脚骨不痛但舌下生出如细豆一粒的东西，再加上心口内部微痛或两肋微痛以及咳嗽、口渴、喉干，都是肺中生毒的症状。此时即用甘草、桔梗各二钱煎服，服下后如果觉得稍安，则肺中有毒无疑。服用犀黄丸直到一料全部治愈，这就是预知早治，百无一死。世人只知道脚痛医脚，咳嗽医咳，看到舌下一粒，就用刀刺，况且这一粒痈未成脓，颜色定然淡，痈愈也会消退。重症者颜色紫黑，如果用刀刺立刻受害。诸书都说口吐臭痰，胸中发腥作痛的是肺痈。又称三种不治之症：时常吐出臭痰，久后像粳米饭一样的不治；呕脓不止的不治；白色变为红色的不治。只有呕出而脓液自出的容易治疗。并没有预知早治的方法。此症吐脓色白，用犀黄丸治疗没有不有效的。贫穷者用陈年芥菜卤，每早晨取半杯用豆腐浆冲服。服后胸中一块堵塞感上下移动，数次吐出恶脓，数日后脓尽自愈，神效。此症永远禁止食用鸭肉、蛋白、鲞鱼、红萝卜、石首鱼、甲鱼等，吃了就会复发难治。这是林屋山人的秘法。又一种方法：用棉花卷在竹片上蘸油点火，让病人观看。如果是肺痈，看火头是两个；肠痈火头只有一个。
治疗方法：用炒薏苡仁研为细末，同糯米汤调服，常服可以排出脓血而安宁。
又一方：竹叶绞汁一盏服用，吐出脓血自愈。
又一方：玄参半斤，天冬四两，桔梗二两，炙甘草一两，水十碗煎至两碗。另外加蒲公英、金银花再煎至一碗。饭后即服。初起即可消除，日久也能痊愈，极效无比。
又一方：炒生黄芪、白芨、银花、桔梗各一钱，薏苡仁五钱，贝母一钱半，陈皮一钱二分，甘草一钱二分，甜葶苈八分，生姜一片，水二钟煎至半钟，饭后徐徐服用。初起去掉黄芪加软防风一钱。久不愈者加槿树皮一钱。未成脓即消，已成脓即溃而愈，其效如神。
609. 桔梗汤：治疗胸中胀满而寒战，脉数，咽燥但不口渴，时时吐出臭唾沫腥臭。久久吐出脓液如粳米粥样，这是肺痈。处方：炙甘草二两，桔梗二两，加水煎服，吐出脓血则病愈。
610. 桔梗白散：治疗胸中胀满而寒战，脉数，咽干不渴，时常吐出浊唾沫腥臭，久久吐出脓液如粳米粥样的肺痈。处方：桔梗三钱，贝母三钱，巴豆一钱（去皮心，熬研成脂）。右三味捣筛，强壮之人饮服。病在上部必定呕吐，在下部必定腹泻不止，此时饮一杯冷水，忌食猪肉、笋。
611. 葶苈大枣泻肺汤：治疗肺痈气喘不能睡眠的患者为主。葶苈末和大枣丸煎服。
612. 仙枕方：丁公仙枕方：山西总兵丁其泰，康熙年间人，七十岁无子嗣。遇到异人传授此方，不到两年精力强壮，到了八十一岁已经生了二十一个儿子。其方用槐木做一个枕头，高三寸三分，宽一寸五分，长一尺二寸，呈天盖地式，上面钻孔一百二十八个，如桐子大小，用以下药物装入枕中。一百天后各种疾病消除，精神倍增。长寿多子，真是仙方。如果夫妇都用此做枕头，可见奇效。药材三五个月换一次，按照这种方法开药铺的人最便利便宜，可以推行。真是川椒、桔梗、荆实子、柏子仁、姜黄、吴茱萸、白术、薄荷、肉桂、川芎、益智仁、枳实、当归、川乌、千年健、五加皮、藜芦、羌活、防风、辛夷花、白芷、附子、白芍、藁本、肉苁蓉、北细辛、猪牙皂、芜荑、甘草、荆芥、菊花、杜仲、乌药、半夏，共三十四味，每味一两，务必要顶好鲜明，切片研为细末，用绢袋盛装装入枕中。按：官桂可以用桂枝木代替也可以。
613. 疳疾（小儿营养不良综合征）：消疳丸。苍术用米泔水浸泡去皮炒，白术土炒，酒炒当归，麦冬去心，薏米，山楂肉去核，石斛去芦，炒神曲，炒麦芽，枳壳，炒莱菔子，陈皮，厚朴，使君子肉，茯苓，槟榔，炙甘草各一两，青皮，莪术，木香，砂仁各五钱，炒干为末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大半大小，汤送下一丸。专治小儿泄泻无度，嗜食无厌，肚子大青筋暴露，四肢羸瘦，或者发夜热，或者面目浮肿，或者手足肿，瘦弱垂危者，只要能进食，泻止食调，肌肉自然生长。小儿周岁后乳食杂夹则易成疳。预先服用此丸，脾胃充实，保证无疳疾。或者缺乳成疳的，一律服用。此药大合脾胃生气血，多服有益无病，真是妙方。
614. 脱皮腐肉疽方：小儿生脱皮腐肉疽，疽小如芝麻在后腕先起，痛痒不堪，脓所到之处必溃烂。须先用药物洗，然后再用药擦。韦陀簕（火秋簕）、白芷、仙人掌、岸边莲（即塘岩芋）、九里明各一钱半，煎洗患处。雄黄精一钱，大枫子肉，蛇床子末，赤小豆末各一钱半，梅花冰片五分，搽之即愈。其效如神。
615. 白喉双哦（白喉伴呼吸困难）：急救白喉双哦一切喉症经验仙方。红牛膝（生的捣汁，草药店中可买）、射干、桔梗各等分，煎水兑牛膝汁服下立愈，即使是危险病症灌入亦可回生。惟独阴寒之症禁用。
616. 赘瘤（良性肿瘤）：赘瘤草方用。马钱子用荸荠（即莓梨）取汁磨涂患处。早晚二次，不到一个月即脱落。
617. 稀痘（预防天花/水痘）：三豆汤治疗小儿出痘，或者天花盛行时可以预先服用。绿豆、小黑豆、赤小豆、甘草，每日水煮任意食豆饮汁，痘自然不出。即使出也必然稀疏。
618. 痘症泄泻：泄泻有两种情况，粪便黄臭秽，小便赤涩的，这是毒气奔越的热泄，痘色必红紫，用加味四苓汤主治。泄泻而粪便青白滑利的，是虚寒，痘色必淡白，用参术散主治。如虚泄不止，用七味豆蔻丸没有不止的。这是聂久吾先生的秘诀。
加味四苓散治疗痘症热泄如神，虚泄者断不可服。赤茯苓、木通、泽泻、朱茯苓各七分，炒川连、炒黄芩、牛蒡子、车前子各五分，灯心一团，水煎空心服。
参术散治疗痘症虚泄如神。党参、土炒白术、白茯苓、砂仁、炙甘草、炒薏苡仁、白莲肉、神曲、陈皮、南楂肉、南木香、肉蔻，右药为末，空心米汤下。
七味豆蔻丸：肉豆蔻、诃子、木香、赤石脂、枯矾、龙骨、砂仁，稀粥为丸，绿豆大，米饮下。
619. 痘后目闭：痘后两眼难开的方子。兔粪二钱，密蒙花、蝉蜕、谷精草各一钱，共为末，用猪肝以竹刀剖开，每肝一两入末一钱，包肝内蒸熟，去药饮汁食肝，神效。
又方：用蛇蜕一条洗净焙干，天花粉二钱，为末纳入羊肝内（青羯者佳），用麻缚定，米泔水煮熟切片食之。痘后毒上攻目内成障不见人的。（吃此旬日无不愈也）
620. 治麻良方：孟士治麻疹方用发表透肌、清毒活血、理肺消痰、清胃解结，不拘四时皆可用之。诚为治麻之良方。干葛、荆芥、薄荷、桑白皮、桔梗、甘草、赤芍、牛蒡子、陈皮、枳壳、川贝、甘草、红花、石膏、归尾、地骨皮，水煎服。
621. 血症要药：琼玉膏治疗虚劳干咳，申先生方，此为血证第一方。沉香、血竭、琥珀粉各一钱半，淮生地四斤，白茯苓十二两，白蜜一斤，党参一两，右以地黄汁同蜜熬数沸，用绢滤过，将参、茯为末入前药汁和匀，以瓷瓶用绵纸十数层加箬叶封瓶口，入沙锅内以长流水没瓶颈，桑柴火煮三昼夜取出。换纸擦口以蜡封固。悬井中一日取起仍煮半日调服。此方制法各殊，以此为正当。
622. 至宝丹：治疗中恶气绝、中风不语、中诸物毒、热疫、烦躁气喘、吐逆、难产、闷乱、死胎不下，以上均用童便一合、生姜自然汁三五滴和温化下三丸至五丸，神效。又治疗肝肺积热、呕吐邪气攻心、大肠风秘、神魂恍惚、头目昏眩、口干不眠、伤寒狂语，并治之。生乌犀屑、生玳瑁屑、琥珀研、朱砂研飞、雄黄研细各一两，龙脑、麝香研各一分，牛黄五钱研，安息香一两半酒研飞净一两，熬膏。水安息香尤妙，银箔、铂箔各五十片，细研为衣，右将生犀、玳瑁为细末入余药研匀，将安息香膏重汤煮凝成后入诸药中和搜成剂，丸如桐子大。用参汤化下三丸至五丸。又治疗小儿诸痫急惊、心热卒中、客忤不得眠，烦躁风涎搐搦，每两岁儿服二丸，人参汤下。本事方多人参、南星、天竺黄。安神定魂必备之方，真神丹也。
623. 圣济大活络丹：治疗一切中风瘫痪、萎痹、痰拘挛、疼痛、痈疽流注、跌打损伤、小儿惊痫、妇人停经。白花蛇、乌稍蛇、威灵仙、两头尖、草乌、天麻、全蝎、首乌、龟板、麻黄、贯仲、炙甘草、羌活、官桂、藿香、乌药、黄连、熟地、大黄、木香、沉香，以上各二两，细辛、赤芍、没药去油另研末、丁香、乳香另研、僵蚕、天南星、青皮、骨碎补、白蔻、安息香酒熬制、附子蒸、黄芩、茯苓、香附酒浸焙、元参、白术，以上各一两，防风一两半，葛根、炙虎胫骨、当归各一两半，血蝎另研七钱，炙地龙、犀角、麝香、松脂各五钱，牛黄另研、片脑另研各一钱半，人参三两，右共五十味为末，蜜丸如龙眼核大，金箔为衣，陈酒送下。
凡顽痰恶风热毒淤血入于经络，非此方不能透连。凡治肢体大症必备之药也。
624. 戒烟妙方：用棉花秸晒干，捣绒，每瘾一次后用五分开水冲服。不可间断。以断为度。方用南瓜藤汁一钱，拌烟煮服，亦可断瘾。解洋烟方用：白矾末凉水调服。
625. 疥疮两方：先用石灰泡水洗，后用陈蒜瓣烧灰香油调涂搽。
627. 杂物入目：刮自己左指甲末用灯草蘸点自出。又方用好京墨点之。
633. 尘芒入目：藕汁滴之。
635. 阴暑肚疼：先用皂角、白矾、生姜捣敷。后用烧酒和荞面敷之。

637. 地骨皮饮：治疗阴虚火旺骨蒸发热，日静夜剧者。妇人热入血室。胎前发热者。四物汤加地骨皮三钱、牡丹皮三钱，水煎服。
638. 泻白散：治疗肺气热盛、咳嗽而喘、面肿身热。桑白皮、地骨皮、甘草，水煎服。
639. 小半夏汤：呕家本渴，渴为欲解。今反不渴，心下有支饮故也。半夏三钱、生姜一钱半，水煎服。
640. 外台茯苓散：治疗心胸中有痰饮，宿水自吐出水，复心胸间虚，气满不能食。消痰气令能食。茯苓、人参、白术各三两，枳实二两，桔皮一两半，生姜四两，水煎服。
641. 清脾饮：治疗痰积成疟。青皮、厚朴、草果、半夏、柴胡、白术、甘草、茯苓、黄芩，水煎服。
642. 温胆汤：治疗热呕吐苦、虚烦惊悸不眠、痰气上逆。竹茹、枳实、茯苓、半夏、甘草、陈皮、生姜，水煎服。
643. 导赤散：治疗心热、小便黄赤、茎中痛、热急不通。生地黄、木通、甘草稍，水煎服。
644. 犀角地黄汤：主治吐衄便血、妇人血崩、赤淋。生犀角、生地黄、白芍、牡丹皮三味，水煎去渣入犀汁热服。
645. 二黄汤：治疗上焦火盛、头面肿大、目赤肿痛、心胸咽喉口舌耳鼻热盛及生疮毒者。黄芩、黄连、甘草各等分，水煎食后服。
604. Abdominal Pain and Diarrhea: In children presenting with abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting of phlegm-turbidity, aversion to cold, heavy head sensation, chest oppression/stuffiness, white tongue coating, faint pulse, and no thirst, treat with Liuhe Tang (Six Harmonies Decoction) modified. Formula: Huoxiang (Patchouli Herba) 6 fen, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) 6 fen, Sharen Qiao (Amomi Fructus Shell) 7 fen, Jiang Chao Houpo (Zingiberis Recens Rhizoma processed with ginger and Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex stir-fried) 8 fen, Nan Zha Tan (Crataegi Fructus Carbonized) 3 qian, Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) 3 qian, Zhi Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma honey-processed) 5 fen, Chi Shao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra) 3 qian, Yan Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium salt-processed) 7 fen, Sigualuo (Luffae Fructus Retinervia) 7 cun, decoct in water and take orally. If after taking the medicine symptoms change to slight sweating, black tongue coating, short yellow urine, abdominal fullness, and loss of appetite, switch to Danzhi Tongjie Sanjiao Tang (Moutan and Gardenia Decoction for Unblocking the Triple Burner) modified. Formula: Danpi (Moutan Cortex) 2 qian, Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) 2 qian, Yujin (Curcumae Radix) 1 qian, Ku Xing (Pruni Semen) 1.5 qian, Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) 3 qian, Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla) 1 qian, decoct in water and take orally.
605. Pi Mass (Abdominal Mass): Xiaopi Gao (Mass Dissolving Plaster) treats severe chronic pi masses; two applications will eliminate them. Tested repeatedly with miraculous results.
Formula: Xiancai (Amaranthi Hortensis Herba) 10 jin, red or white, wash off mud, roots not removed. Decoct in river water into two large bowls. Take one live Pangolin (Manis pentadactyla), weighing 12 liang, do not chop, boil together with Amaranth soup until bone and meat are rotten like paste. Remove dregs, spread Pangolin paste thinly and dry in sun, then grind into powder. Use 8 liang Sesame Oil, boil until it forms beads when dropped in water, add 4 liang Pangolin powder. If Pangolin paste is insufficient, supplement with Lead Powder (Qianfen). Stir evenly to form plaster. Paste on a layer of green cloth paper. Apply according to mass size. Eliminate in seven days. For severe cases, apply twice, never recurs, miraculous.
Another formula: Chuang Bapi (Broussonetiae Papyriferae Cortex) 2 jin, decoct into paste. First wipe dirt from lesion with fresh ginger, mix 1 fen Moschus (She Xiang) into paste, warm and apply to pi mass. Slight pain, stops after half a day. If abdominal distension and hardness exceed the navel, two applications cure. Truly a divine formula. Pregnant women forbidden to apply.
Another formula: Xionghuang (Realgar) powder and Baiwan powder (likely referring to a specific white mineral/herb powder, context implies toxic/mineral) each 1 liang, mix with wheat paste to form plaster and apply. Fecal distension will occur, then cure. This is a secret formula.
606. Nang Tuo (Scrotal Ulceration and Testicular Descent): Scrotum swollen and ulcerated, testicles hanging out, named Nang Tuo. Also called Nang Yong (Scrotal Carbuncle). Wash daily with Zi Su (Perilla Folium) decoction. Also apply Zi Su Geng (Perillae Caulis) powder externally, wrapped in fresh green lotus leaf. Internal formula: Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 6 fen, Guiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail) 1.5 qian, Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) 1.5 qian, Yunling (Poria) 1.5 qian, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian, Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) 2 qian, decoct in water and take. Afterwards, still apply Shengji San (Flesh Regenerating Powder). Formula: Fengxianhua Zi (Impatiens Balsamina Seed) 2 qian, Sheng Gancao (Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian, grind to powder, mix with sesame oil and apply. Steam and eat old hen, then cured.
607. Xiagan Jing Lan (Chancre Penile Ulceration): Mr. Xu Lingtai treated post-chancre where the jade stem (penis) was completely rotten, then used Zhanglinggen Fang (Stem Regrowth Formula). After fifty days, the jade stem regenerated. The formula is listed below: Duan Rushi (Calcined Frankincense) 3.5 qian, Hupo (Amber) 7 fen, Zhusha (Cinnabar) 6 fen, Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 1 qian, Zhenzhu (Pearl) 7 fen, Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) 4 fen, Zhen Shuifen (Mineral White Lead/Powder) 5 fen, Tai Gou (Fetal Dog) 1, Xionghuang (Realgar) 6 fen, Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Weilingxian (Syneilesis Aconitifoliae Herba), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), Liaocao juice boiled for one day and night, stir-fried until silver color. Grind right-side ingredients to fine powder. Take 3 li per dose. Four doses daily. One more dose before sleep. All delivered with Tubaling (Smilax Glabrae Rhizoma) 0.5 jin, Yin Yang Shui (Yin-Yang Water) 12 bowls, decocted to 5 bowls. Deliver five doses continuously, effective in seven days. Note: The herbs boiled for one day and night and fried to silver color refer to the nine items above including Rushi and Shuifen. Tai Gou refers to a newborn dog. Wrap in mud, roast over fire until thoroughly dried and black, grind to powder. Dosage must be several times that of other herbs, must be stir-fried together ten items until silver.
Shen Weide from Huyuan suffered from chancre. Anterior genitals rotted to the root. Urine flowed from bone fissures, dripping into the scrotum, wailing in pain. Anus also rotted half an inch. Carried to my home, only hoping to survive. I had never seen this disease, so I tentatively treated him. Internal medication was merely detoxifying and nourishing blood agents. External applications changed frequently, aiming for no pain. After two months, scabs formed, able to walk. Only the penile root remained. I accidentally read a secret book containing a formula for regrowing the stem, which included one fetal dog. My family dog had just given birth to three pups. I took one, wrapped in mud, roasted dry, combined with medicine and gave it to him. Over two years later, he suddenly had a son. The whole clan uproared, saying human lineage was extinct, how could he have a son? Shen Weide had considerable wealth, heirs harbored greedy hearts. His father-in-law, Mr. Xu, secretly asked him. Shen said, "After taking medicine, my yang path has grown. What doubt is there about having a son?" Mr. Xu gathered clansmen to verify. The yang path was indeed fully restored, though repeated births showed segments without total skin. Another year later, another son was born, and the crowd fell silent. Spread far and wide as a wonder. Still recounted today as an oddity.
608. Fei Yong (Lung Abscess): Tang and Song ancient methods treat Fei Yong using sweet-cool drugs to clear fire, moistening drugs to nourish blood, slippery-descending drugs to expel phlegm, aromatic drugs to unblock qi, plus pearl-yellow drugs to resolve toxicity, and metal-stone drugs to fill cavities. Combining these methods yields frequent success. Diagnostic signs: Pain in both foot bones, or if foot bones do not hurt but a bean-sized lump appears under the tongue, plus slight internal pain above the heart/chest, slight pain in both ribs, cough, thirst, dry throat—these are all signs of poison generating in the lungs. Immediately use Gancao (Licorice Root) and Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) each 2 qian, decoct and take. If feeling slightly relieved after ingestion, lung poison is confirmed. Treat with Xihuang Wan (Rhino Horn and Musk Pill) until one dose is finished for complete cure. This is early recognition and treatment, ensuring survival. People only know to treat feet for foot pain, cough for cough. Seeing a lump under the tongue, they pierce it with a knife. Moreover, this lump is an abscess not yet suppurated, color likely pale; if abscess heals, it disappears. Severe cases have purple-black color; piercing causes immediate harm. Books state that spitting foul sputum and chest stench/pain indicates Lung Abscess. Also states three untreatable conditions: Spitting foul sputum long-term resembling rice grains is untreatable. Unstopping vomiting of pus is untreatable. Color changing from white to red is untreatable. Only vomiting with spontaneous pus discharge is easy to treat. There is no method for early prediction/treatment in these texts. For this condition with white pus, Xihuang Wan is universally effective. Poor patients can use aged mustard brine, half cup every morning mixed with tofu slurry. After ingestion, a blockage sensation moves up and down in the chest, spitting foul pus several times, curing in days when pus is exhausted, miraculous. Strictly avoid duck, egg whites, dried fish, carrots, croaker, soft-shelled turtle. Eating them causes recurrence and difficult treatment. Secret method of Linwu Shanren. Another method: Roll cotton on bamboo stick, dip in oil, light it, let patient watch. If Lung Abscess, two flame heads appear. If Intestinal Abscess, only one flame head.
Treatment: Use stir-fried Yiyiren (Coicis Semen) powder, mixed with glutinous rice soup, taken regularly to expel pus/blood and bring peace.
Another formula: Zhu Ye (Bamboo Leaf) juice, one cup, taken to vomit pus/blood and self-cure.
Another formula: Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) 0.5 jin, Tiandong (Asparagi Radix) 4 liang, Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) 2 liang, Zhi Gancao (Honey-fried Licorice) 1 liang, 10 bowls water decocted to 2 bowls. Add Pugongying (Dandelion) and Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower), decoct again to 1 bowl. Take immediately after meals. Eliminates at onset, cures even if chronic, extremely effective.
Another formula: Chao Sheng Huangqi (Stir-fried Raw Astragalus), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Yinhua (Honeysuckle), Jiegeng each 1 qian, Yiren (Coix Seed) 5 qian, Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) 1.5 qian, Chenpi (Citrus Peel) 1.2 qian, Gancao (Licorice) 1.2 qian, Tingli (Descurainiae Semen/Lepidii Semen) 8 fen, Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) 1 slice, 2 zhong water decocted to half. Take slowly after meal. At onset, remove Huangqi, add Ruan Fangfeng (Soft Saposhnikovia) 1 qian. If chronic, add Jinshupi (Hibiscus Bark) 1 qian. Prevents formation, promotes rupture/cure if formed, effect like spirit.
609. Jiegeng Tang (Platycodon Decoction): Treats chest fullness with chills, rapid pulse, dry throat without thirst, frequent spitting of foul-smelling saliva. Long-term spitting of pus like rice porridge indicates Lung Abscess. Formula: Zhi Gancao (Honey-fried Licorice) 2 liang, Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) 2 liang, decoct in water. Taking until pus/blood is vomited indicates recovery.
610. Jiegeng Bai San (Platycodon and White Powder): Treats chest fullness with chills, rapid pulse, dry throat without thirst, frequent spitting of turbid foul-smelling saliva, long-term spitting of pus like rice porridge—Lung Abscess. Formula: Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) 3 qian, Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus) 3 qian, Badou (Crotonis Fructus) 1 qian (skin/core removed, roasted/grinded to fat). Grind three ingredients together. Strong adults drink. Disease upper: must vomit. Disease lower: must have incessant diarrhea; drink one cup cold water. Avoid pork and bamboo shoots.
611. Tingli Dazao Xiefei Tang (Descurainia and Jujube Decoction Draining Lung): Mainly for Lung Abscess with wheezing preventing sleep. Tingli powder and Jujube pill, decoct and take.
612. Xian Zhen Fang (Immortal Pillow Formula): Ding Gong Xian Zhen Fang: Ding Qitai, General of Shanxi, Kangxi era, seventy years old, no heir. Met strange man who taught this formula. Within two years, energy strengthened. At eighty-one, had twenty-one sons. Formula: Make pillow from Huaimu (Locust Wood), high 3.3 cun, wide 1.5 cun, long 1.2 chi, dome-earth shape, drill 128 holes like tung seed size. Fill with following herbs. 613. Gan Ji (Childhood Malnutrition/Gan Syndrome): Xiao Gan Wan (Gan Dissolving Pill). Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) soaked in rice water, peel, stir-fry. Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephala) earth-fried. Jiudanggui (Wine-fried Angelica). Maidong (Ophiopogon) de-heart. Yimi (Coix Seed). Shanzha Rou (Crataegi Fruit flesh) de-pitted. Specifically treats endless childhood diarrhea, insatiable eating, big belly with visible veins, emaciated limbs, night fever, facial swelling, hand/foot swelling, weak/dying. If able to eat, diarrhea stops, diet regulates, muscles grow. Children over one year with mixed milk/solid food easily develop Gan. Preventive use strengthens spleen/stomach, ensures no Gan. Or due to lack of milk causing Gan, all should take. This medicine harmonizes spleen/stomach, generates qi/blood, beneficial even for healthy, truly wonderful.
614. Tuopi Furou Ju Fang (Peeling Flesh Gangrene Formula): Child develops peeling flesh gangrene, small like sesame, starts behind wrist, unbearable pain/itch, pus causes ulceration. Must wash with medicine first, then apply. Weitule (Fire Qiu Le - likely local herb), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Xianrenzhang (Opuntia), Anbianlian (Pistia Stratiotes/Ji Tangyanyu), Jiuliming (Murraya Exotica) each 1.5 qian, decoct wash lesion. Xionghuangjing (Polygonatum Kingianum with Realgar?), Dafengzi Rou (Croton Seed flesh), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) powder, Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean) powder each 1.5 qian, Meihua Bingpian (Borneol) 5 fen, apply, cures instantly. Effect like spirit.
615. Baihou Shuang E (White Throat Double Groan/Affliction): Emergency experience divine formula for all white throat conditions. Hong Niuxi (Achyranthes Bidentata, raw crushed juice, available in herbal shops), Shaye (Belamcandae Rhizoma), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root) equal parts, decoct water, mix with Niuxi juice, take, instant cure. 619. Dou Hou Mi Bi (Post-Pox Eye Closure): Formula for eyes hard to open after pox. Tu Fen (Rabbit Feces) 2 qian, Mimenghua (Buddleja Flower), Chantui (Cicada Slough), Gujingcao (Euphrasia Herb) each 1 qian. Grind to powder. Cut pig liver with bamboo knife, 1 liang liver per 1 qian powder. Wrap powder inside liver, steam cooked. Remove medicine, drink juice, eat liver. Miraculous.
Another formula: She Tui (Snake Slough) one strip, wash dry roast, Tianhuafen (Trichosanthes Root) 2 qian. Grind to powder, insert into sheep liver (green castrated male best). Tie with hemp, cook in rice water, slice and eat. Post-pox toxin attacking eyes causing opacity/blindness. (Eat for ten days, all cured).

621. Xue Zheng Yao Yao (Essential Medicine for Blood Disorders): Qiongyu Gao (Jade Dew Plaster) treats consumptive dry cough, Mr. Shen's formula, Number One Formula for Blood Disorders. Chenxiang (Agarwood), Xuexie (Dragon's Blood), Hupo Fen (Amber Powder) each 1.5 qian, Huaishengdi (Huai Rehmannia) 4 jin, Baifuling (White Poria) 12 liang, Baimi (White Honey) 1 jin, Dangshen (Codonopsis) 1 liang.
